We have been coming to Charleston for years and had never been to Fleet Landing... we have been missing out big time! Food was awesome and the service was great. My dad got the fried oyster platter, mom got fried flounder and shrimp combo platter and I had blackened jumbo shrimp with the homemade lemon butter- YUM!
We had a fantastic dinner this week. We started with seafood hush puppies which are shrimp and lobster stuffed hush puppies. Delicious. For dinner I had the snapper special and dining partner had the seafood pasta. Both dishes were excellent. Lastly we split a bread pudding for dessert. A perfect ending. During our trip to Charleston, our three ‘nice’ dinners was Husk, Poogan’s porch and Fleet Landing. All were great BUT for me only Fleet Landing would be a repeat visit. It is that good. And shout out to Gloria. Excellent server. She is personable and willing to give you her opinions.
Everything was great!
Another great meal at Fleet Landing. It never disappoints!
Great service, good eats.
Excellent appetizers - loved the hush puppies.
Dinner and service wer great.
We had a reservation so we were able to get right in. We sat down and ordered our drinks but didn’t get even a water for a while. The collards were overdone our fish was amazing but the grits were not. This is usually my favorite restaurant but they had a bad day Sunday!
Hush puppies are a must!! Chef was nice enough to customize a meal for me :) No one in our party was disappointed with their food selection!!
The food and service here are always outstanding and the place is always packed so it is loud and festive. If you want anbiance... not the place for you
Great place to have brunch on a beautiful day. Excellent staff and food
Had a great dinner at Fleet Landing. Highly recommend this restaurant!
The food and service are some of the best that I have ever had!
Cleanliness, view, service, taste was all spot on. We enjoyed the salmon entree and the scallop entree - both were excellent. The "painkiller" cocktail certainly had plenty of alcohol in it. Sometimes you just get the fruity filler, but not so with this one. Fleet landing is our favorite in a city with lots of choices.
Great waterfront dining in Charleston! Food and service are outstanding!
A horrible dinning dining experience. We were seated on the side porch which was rather noisy from the construction equipment. Just as our food arrived, a pile driver started. I felt like I needed ear protection from the banging. My wife had a headache the rest of the afternoon. We usually drive up from our place at Edisto and dine there during the spring and fall. That won't happen anytime soon.

James Barnard
Great food, great service! Go when you can appreciate the view, otherwise, eating inside probably best.
Excellent food and service. Delicious lunch, affordable wine. Jordan, our server was efficient, courteous and knowledgeable.
Terrific experience and meal! Ate on the patio/deck on a beautiful day.
We were not too impressed. We had a hard time finding the restaurant with all the construction going on so parking is out on the street. The food was just average. I had the mahi mahi and my husband had the seafood boil. This restaurant would not be On my radar when we return to Charleston.
The food is always good. When we come to Charleston we have to eat at Fleet Landing before we leave.
We arrived early for our reservation and were seated promptly. Our server, Alex, was helpful and friendly. The fried green tomatoes were especially good.
Best waterfront Restaurant in Charleston!
It was a chilly windy day, we opted to eat on the patio as the inside was a bit crowded. The food was amazing and the service was awesome
We sat outside. Nice view. Hubby had shrimp platter and I had carb cake sandwich. Food was very good. Would recommend. We did make reservations, therefore no wait. However many people had to wait to be seated.
This was our first time eating here and we LOVED it!
On our weekend away in Charleston, we knew this needed to be a place to eat. We had hoped to come for dinner, but reservations were booked up. So glad we came for lunch instead! We sat outside (a bit chilly) but had amazing views and had plenty of space in the corner. Food was good, drinks were great and Tripp was a fantastic server! Will come again and when we visit Charleston.
Get the hush puppies!!! Rest of the food is delicious too, but the hush puppies!!!
Great place to eat in Charleston! Excellent food and service without being stuffy or snobby. I always try to eat a meal while visiting or traveling through. A southern girl born and bred that can tell you these are the best shrimp and grits hands down!!
The food overall is good. My issue on this visit was the oysters. We had a dozen and they were faily torn up like they were not properly opened and they did not have a very good selection this evening. That aside it is great seafood. I highly recommend this restaurant for seafood.
One of the few places in Charleston with a water view. Worth going to.
We enjoyed sitting outside as it was a beautiful day. The food was excellent but just a bit pricey!
We absolutely love Fleet and was an easy choice for our Valentine’s Day dinner. We arrived a few minutes early for our reservation and were greeted quickly and told it would be about a 5 min wait but they would seat us early. We were quickly seated on the outside patio area where they had the sides closed due to the rain. Our waitress Casey was fantastic, very attentive and friendly. Our food was ok, we had the hush puppies to start and while they had good flavor they were fried very hard. I had the chicken picante and it was ok, not the quality I’ve enjoyed in the past... asparagus was huge and had a very stringy wood texture. My partner had the seafood pasta as this is his go to dish, he was happy although commented that the quantity seemed to be less than usual. Overall it was a good experience but food quality appears to be declining the past few visits.
What a wonderful experience for our Valentine’s Day dinner! We had a great window table with a view of the Cooper River & Pinckney Castle. Our waiter was very efficient & went over & above to check with the chef to see if he could make the Lowcountry Seafood pasta without butter! It was amazing!
The SheCrab soup with a crab cake add on was one of the best dishes we had over a 4 day trip to Charleston! Would go there just for that. The fried shrimp platter and blackened triggerfish sandwich were also both very good. Highly recommend!
Loved our brunch and staff couldn't be nicer!
Fabulous restaurant we will be back!!
Our waitress was so friendly and nice. Her name was Alexandria Hudson, ironically our daughters name is Hudson Alexandra. She was great and we love Fleet Landing!!
Thanks
Fine food. Waitress was a little bothersome. Affordable cocktails, decent seafood.
Our waitress, Alexandria, guided us through the menu for our first time here. Hushpuppies for an appetizer were delicious but huge! Broiled scallops were excellent. Fried green tomato stack was good - crab salad did not really have a lot of taste. The restaurant put us by the window and we just loved everything about the setting. Can't wait to go back!
The food is always perfect and the staff could not be more friendly & helpful. Love this place so much I come every time I’m in Charleston
