Yes, we take reservations and invite you to make them as far in advance as possible!
This time of year, reservations fill up several days in advance. We always invite walk-ins to join the waitlist when you arrive! If there is no availability on OpenTable, we are fully committed for reservations, and you are invited to join the waitlist when you arrive. For groups of 5-10, please give us a call at 843.722.8100. Larger groups are usually booked several weeks in advance. The largest group that we are able to accommodate is 10 guests.

While still “good,” Fleet Landing is not as outstanding as it was pre-pandemic. It’s outstanding biscuits are no longer available. It’s fresh fish choices are more limited. And, prices seem to be significantly up. Still, the meal was enjoyable overall, so earns a four stars out of five.

My very picky mom and I came here to celebrate her 70th birthday. I was very pleased that she enjoyed the food and atmosphere. We started out with the stuffed hush puppies and they were as delicious as advertised by our excellent waiter John Ryan. We both had the pick 3 seafood platter with red rice. I had butter beans and she had pasta salad. She was very happy and kept raving about it to my dad. We brought him the exact dinner I had and he loved it too. John Ryan was awesome. You won't be disappointed with the food or service here. We're Lowcountryians (lol) and Fleet Landimg depicts the food and hospitality that we take pride in.

My husband and I ate here a few years ago and really enjoyed it. It was during the summer and I think we had the fried platter which was great. Was so looking forward to having a similar experience this time but was very disappointed with my dinner. It may have been my choice which was the pan-fried grouper. My fish was very greasy, red rice was very bland . Overall disappointed this time. Service was great and place was clean and nice ( nothing fancy but I knew that).

Enjoyed our dinner. Shrimp and grits looked wonderful. Grouper was a pretty small portion and not flakey. Seemed more like flounder. Steak was medium rare not medium as requested. Service from David was excellent as was the bread pudding. (Large portion)

The food was excellent and our waitress was timely and attentive. We loved the steak calamari and also the shrimp and grits. There was a parking garage across the street and midway up the block so that was convenient because there is no street parking at the waterfront. The building is old, not fancy at all and the seating is comfortable but also not fancy.

One of the few moderately priced restaurants in the area - and the food is GOOD! Four of us dined at a table with a view of the water (although it was dark, and we couldn’t see much). Husband’s shrimp plate was plentiful and very nicely done. Shrimp was a good size and delicious. My flounder dinner was well executed. The flounder itself was mild and lightly breaded, so I could really taste the fish. I was able to substitute a salad for French fries (which were very good; I tasted my husband’s). Friends were pleased with their dinners, and we we all thought that the server was knowledgeable, attentive and friendly.

Used to be favorite spot in Charleston. Couldn’t wait to visit. Even amended departure so we could go. First night of opening after 3 week closure. Wife Ordered: cup of hot tea. Waitress made 2 attempts at bring hot water. Both were lukewarm at best. Then came her Shrimp & Grits-shrimp was inedible. Had the consistency of paste. I ordered blacked triggerfish with grits. Grits were room temp & needed salt. I’ve had blackened seafood for years & have never had so salty. At least they sort of balanced each other so I could manage. Extremely disappointed. Manager offered dessert but didn’t accept. Hope they get it together.

Waitress was accommodating and moved us to window table which I’d requested when I reserved. Waiter was helpful and brought crackers when asked. The green beans looked tired and not well presented but salmon was perfect as was the fried green tomato blt.

Great New Year’s Day at fleet! Sunny skies and great weather for sitting outside and enjoying lunch. Service was fabulous. The oysters were awesome. The fresh catch and the quiche were very good. Even the New Year’s collard greens and Hoppin John were great. One of our favorite spots for great service, drinks and food at reasonable prices! A must especially if you have never been. Fun and casual but still great service and high quality food.

We enjoyed our dinner at Fleet Landing on New Year's Eve. Very few people there at 9:00 p.m. Guess they were waiting for the later evening festivities. Food was very good as was the service. Unfortunately, we couldn't park at the restaurant due to construction, so had to park across the street in a deck. Not far to walk, but the restaurant would be a challenge for physically challenged customers.
