Fleet Landing Restaurant & Bar
Lovely views off one side of the restaurant. I had the triggerfish which was light and delicious. Pimento cheese grits as a side were super tasty. My husband had their swordfish which was not on the printed menu and he said it was just ok. Fresh oysters in the half shell along with spinach and artichoke dip for appetizers were perfect
The waterfront location, the building, and the ambience were terrific. Prices were good too. The food and service were sub-par, as was the bar and cocktail service. Still worth a visit for the first-time visitor to Charleston.
Food was amazing and so was service. We were inside and it was a bit loud. Totally worth a visit though
We love Fleet Landing! The food is amazing, but you can’t beat the location. With a parking lot and waterside views you just can’t beat Fleet Landing! It’s also a great place to take a baby to and the service is always wonderful and helpful.
Restaurant wasn’t as expected. Food was average. Children’s menu sub par. Was expecting She Crab soup. Bisque was thick and barely a hint of crab. Was so hoping for a better over all dining experience.
We were not disappointed! It was everything we were told it would me. Highly recommended to us by family and friends.
Great food and ambiance- our waitress was very accommodating since we had special food allergies for one of our guests
Great view... great food... awesome service!
As always , my experience is beyond awesome. Fantastic, service, food and atmosphere.
Great as usual
The food and service never disappoint! You're not gonna order anything off the menu that isn't good!
A staple whenever I go to Charleston. Great food, service and views. Make sure to make a reservation if you want to get in without having a very long wait.
This restaurant was absolutely amazing! Best jumbo shrimp I've had in my entire life! So good with the lemon dill butter sauce!
We went to Fleet Landing on our last night in Charleston, SC. Our waitress was awesome with her suggestions. We ended up having the hushpuppies, shrimp and grits, fried oyster salad and crab cakes. The hushpuppies were stuffed with seafood and were a delicious surprise! The shrimp and grits had a brown gravy and were incredible. My daughter loved the oyster salad too! We were also there for a beautiful sunset. We will be back the next time we are in Charleston!
Fleet Landing is a must visit every time we come to Charleston! The atmosphere on the water is beautiful and the food is amazing! Shrimp & grits is the must order here!
My wife and I went for brunch on her birthday. We arrived a little early but were seated promptly . Our server was attentive and took our drink orders. Fleet Landing is always busy, but we have never experienced slow or inattentive service. The food was delicious as usual. The only negative thing I can relate is that it is always pretty loud and not really conducive to casual conversation. As described in the review, this place is always "energetic". But it remains our favorite restaurant in Charleston.
Steven did an amazing job serving us. Wonderful Customer Service, great Job Steven!!!!
We reserved a table a while ago and when I spoke with the person taking the reservation I asked if we could get a window seat. It was my mom’s 80th birthday and she loves looking at the water. When we got seated we ended up with a booth in the middle of the restaurant with one guest having to sit at the end of the booth. It was extremely loud, no water view and they didn’t do anything for my mom. I asked in advance if she could get a piece of cake with a candle in it. That never happened either. The food was ‘okay’ but definitely won’t revisit because it certainly didn’t make up for the rest of the time we spent there.
LOVE Fleet Landing and definitely dine here everytime we visit Charleston. Just down the street from our hotel and definitely a gem.
Food and service was outstanding. Megan our waitress was awesome. She suggested the pasta and it was on point. The crabcakes need a little work. Overall very nice birthday dinner. Thank you!!!
Fleets Lansing never disappoints. Already looking forward to going back again.
Good service, good food and great location. The shrimp and Grits was worth the price in taste and portion. Low country crab cake was also a tasty dish. The prize was the homemade pecan pie ala mode. This a good restaurant for the out of towner to visit and get acquainted with Charleston. We will definitely eat here on our next visit and recommend you do as well.
Table wasn’t ready at reservation time so we sat at the bar. The bar turned out to be great. The bartender was great, food delicious, and we had a good time.
Great food and great service from our server Sam!
Lovely setting on the water. The service was outstanding and the food very good. The trigger fish was amazing.
Great food! Shrimp and grits were perfect! Cocktails were fantastic! Service was wonderful!
Best dinner!!! Great service! And wonderful scenery of dolphins throughout dinner!
Nice assortment of beets, wines, and cocktails. Food was awesome.
Our server was very attentive and made some great suggestions. The She Crab soup was delicious. I had read an online recommendation for the Fried Green Tomato BLT.... it sounded great in concept, but the reality was that it was served on a dry ciabatta roll, and with the breading on the fried green tomatoes this combo made it really dry. I asked for extra spread but even adding more it just felt too "bready". Would definitely go here again, but would order something different. My son had the Fried Flounder and it was delicious.
Never had shrimp and grits together as a dish before. Grits were very good and like none other I have ever had. The shrimp were very fresh and the Andouille sausage was not overly spacey. I am not a huge seafood lover, but this was a very delicious meal.
Schönes Restaurant direkt am Wasser
Great view outside by the water and food was really good
Dinner was prepared perfectly. Wait staff was attentive and very cordial. We will definitely be back
Wanted waterfront dining so chose Fleet Landing. Had a table on the outdoor deck overlooking the harbor.
The food and service were very good. Of note, the stuffed hushpuppies were highly recommended as an appetizer. And they were excellent, but be aware they are MASSIVE. Think billiard balls!
Would definitely return when visiting Charleston again.
There are better places if the food is your top priority, but it's right on the water with great view and deck and service is excellent, so for visitors wanting the "Charleston experience", it fits the bill
Our server Jessica acted as though it was a real chore to serve us. The “famous” hush puppies were raw inside and they did not want to remove the item from the check.
It’s extremely rare for me not to leave a tip, I did reduce it to 18% and really wanted to reduce it significantly more.
It is unlikely that I would go to Fleet Landing again
We loved this restaurant! The food was great--especially the stuffed hushpuppies!! It's relaxing to sit by the water and we got to see some dolphins playing nearby!
Great food and service. We sat outside, we were there past closing time and we never felt rushed. We had the crab cakes and the bbq shrimp appetizer. Everything was really good
Fantastic food and service. Go to Charleston place.
Our appetizers were great! Highly recommend the stuffed fish puppies and the calamari was unique and delicious! Our entrees were fine-- Nothing overly ourstanding, but nothing bad.
Everything could have used a little more flavor and one person in our party ordered the swordfish special and got a different fish entirely.
Our waitress was great, she was friendly and super efficient and the location is great.
