5 Stars across the board, service to food, excellent. Had the Bison RibEye, beyond my expectations. My wife had the filet, also made to perfection. We had the table side Ceasar also excellent. Our server Nina was Pleasent as could be and very accommodating to anything we asked for. Highly recommend the Flame for an excellent fine dining experience.

The $90 ribeye was basically a chicken fried steak, breaded and deep fried. Wasn’t told the steak was fried. It was huge but flavorless. Caesar salad was incredible tho.

We went for the Experience dinner. Javier was our server! He was very attentive and knowledgeable. Everyone at the restaurant was very attentive. Our water glasses never went empty. I messed up and devoured the bread with all the delicious spreads. Then he had carpaccio and I had the sautéed shrimp which both were delicious. He went with the Paella for dinner and I went for the Milanese. Needless to say, barely ate any of our meal. The paella was yummy and the Milanese was huge! The truffle fries might have been my favorite. But I didn’t pace myself with the bread. Fun experience. Can’t wait to see if flame brings another guest chef in!

It’s an excellent restaurant. We got the Chilean sea bass and the lamb chops. The sea bass was a little fishy, if I’m being honest, but it was still good. My only real complaint was that there are plenty of high-end, gourmet restaurants out there with the exact same level of food for significantly less money. We spent $375 with appetizers, drinks, and desserts, and it was just as good as other places that only cost around $250 for the same experience. I liked everything I got, but I probably won’t ever go back.

very different to write a bad review. Went for breakfast…..no one was there but one or two other couples. Service was weird…. once we were seated it took FOREVER to get food. The wait staff never checked in on us hardly ever… It wasn’t like they were busy lol… It was just a really weird experience. It was like no one knew how to wait on a table. We sat on the outside balcony, which was nice, but not anything special. It was just a miss all the way around

We really enjoyed the buffalo ribeye and white asparagus. The dessert was a delicious carrot cake. We came for our anniversary and we were treated like royals. Our server Kelly was very personable and professional and took very good care of us. We would return.

Solid 4 stars. Food was very good, what one expect at the 4 seasons. Service was nice. The meal was not rushed. Ambient music was a little louder than one would expect, and someone choosing the tunes really enjoys CCR and the Beatles. Our server mentioned several specials, but did not mention the one we had seen in the newspaper, the dinner for two special with half off on wine. That was a special worth mentioning. I'm glad we saw it in the paper. We will return, but probably only when there are newspaper specials.

We enjoyed the views, cocktails and the delicious chef amenities. The shrimp cocktail was enough to share. Tomahawk steak ,bone in ,was sliced in the kitchen and we enjoyed sides of Yukon mashed potatoes and crispy Brussels sprouts. We ended our evening with carrot cake and ice cream. We considered Flame restaurant outstanding including wait staff

Great place. Service was good and the food was too. In fact, i booked again for 2 days later. I recommend the Scallops and the Steak. Salads were also a great appetizer. I recommend you try this place especially if you are staying at the Four Seasons.

We ordered the steak frites which we understood wasn't prime. The steak was not tender and my husband's was full of grizzle that it was barely edible. They did credit us for that. THe peppercorn sauce was highly salted as were the truffle fries. The chef has a heavy hand with salt. We ate here last year and it was excellent.

Celebrated a special wedding anniversary. Very luxurious atmosphere with mountain casual attire and beautiful view to the outside patio with the mountain above and the pool area below. Very attentive staff with even the chef appearing at our table. Live music in the upstairs Four Seasons bar to top off the evening with an after dinner cocktail. Lovely and fun!

We took advantage of a dinner special for 2 people they were advertising (1 Bison Ribeye, Caesar salad for 2, 1 side & dessert & 50% off bottle of wine). The food was excellent as was our server. Our server made the Caesar salad in front of us to that was a nice touch. The downside is that is took almost an hour and a half for our main course to come which is not acceptable. Our server apologized for the wait but it was very disappointing. We sat by the window which I would recommend for summer dining. The Flame should open up the beautiful patio outside for guests to dine on during the warmer months and get some outdoor heaters.

this is our third time at this restaurant, the previous 2 times it was Miller and Lux, which was one of the best restaurants we have ever been to. This time was our first time at Flame, we were not impressed at all, the service was poor for a restaurant of this caliber. The food was ok, but nothing compared to Miller and Lux. We will not be returning.

The restaurant is no longer Flame and not what we had expected at all. I wish we had known about the change prior to our arrival. The food was good..some things excellent, some things not. We had to wait 10 (maybe more) mins after we finished for plates to be cleared and had to ask a staff member passing by for the check. Overall, out of our fine dining experiences, this just wasn't our favorite.

We went here for our anniversary and had an absolutely amazing experience. We accidentally stayed past closing and they didn't even warn us, just continued with their excellent service all around. Food was delicious, attention to detail was great, mountain views were fabulous. Javier was a fantastic waiter!

This was NOT a very good experience. Okay food, nice but slow service (one hour from seating to appetizer), and a very dull atmosphere. Upstairs was hopping, maybe we should’ve eaten in the bar! With all the choices in Vail this will not be on our list of returns.
