Excellent service, McKayla was a great server! Food was perfect and the desserts were delicious. Affordable drinks! Just an overall great experience!

We enjoyed the Flame very much. Food was very good, steak was tender and tasted awesome. Creme Brelee dessert was amazing. Never had to wait on anything. We will definitely go back.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoy Eating here at least once a month if we can.

Felt like the waitress was missing most of the time. She NEVER asked how we like our meat 🍖cooked. The guy coming around with the meat was the one who asked after he had an attitude with my spouse. We have ate at flame lots of time over the years both before and after covid hit and this was by far the WORST service we had at flame...

No one in the restaurant at 5 pm. We are taken to a dark corner next to a abandoned work station with no lighting, no candle, i dontvthink the servers could even see us.
I said this table NOT ACCEPTABLE. The server looked confused. It's pretty simple, there's no one else in the restaurant but us and there are plenty of tables next to the lighting and fabulous artwork inside the restaurant, and not in this dark dingy hallway. Would you please get us another table. We were taken to another table 10 feet away which was basically just as dark with poor lighting, no candle in the middle of the traffic that came in later. I could not see the color of my food. Not to mention my beautiful wife I could not see. The food was great as usual but the staff really needs some training. When I drop $100 for dinner I expect to sit in a nicer location, table in the place. Especially when there are tables that are not occupied throughout the whole restaurant. If I return I will expect a table by the artwork and good lighting. Plus a server that does not have attitude, when I request decent accommodations to dine with my wife at the flame restaurant.

Perfect night out with friends. Can't wait to do it again =soon!

The Covid precautions limited staff ability but everything was great considering.

Took my grandson here for his 16th birthday. We were very impressed. Awesome ambience, friendly waitress and the food - absolutely wonderful!!!

Covid sure messes up a great dining experience.
No salad bar, but server brought us items from a list. Good effort on restaurants part.
Food was excellent as usual. Service friendly and efficient. Considering lack of extravagant salad bar, the price was slightly high.

Our last 2 visits were not very positive. So we stopped going. Then the covid 19 BS happened. So I surprised my wife, daughter and 2 granddaughters with reservations. This is the first time that my daughter had been there. The service was awesome. Our waiter waited on us like we were the only ones in the restaurant. The food was spot on. I lost count on refills. I received more refills on this visit than I did in the last 3 visits. The Flame pulled through. We will definitely return.

Anniversary

We have been here before and loved it. This time not good, potatoes came out cold service was slow and other times we were there the walk around meat options were non stop, this time we waited and waited and didn't receive all the options. Overall not pleased and will be a long time before we come back if at all very pricey for substandard meal.

Flame is our special occasion steakhouse. The service is always top notch. Although the menu is always the same, the food is superior.

Found the selection and frequency of Gouchos brining meet around to be far inferior to that of Texas De Brazil or Fogo.

We had a good experience overall. We had 8pm reservations, arrived at 7:50 and were seated by 8:10pm. The salad was excellent with all the items that are offered. Including the oysters which were very good! The gauchos were frequent at first, but I had to ask later when they would be back. They would walk along the opposite side of the restaurant and go back in the kitchen before making their way to us. I had to ask out waiter three times before they finally came to us. The meats very very good as usual. Cooked perfectly and the temperature was on par. Will definitely be back!

We visited the Flame Brazilian Steakhouse - Grand Casino Hotel and Resort for our daughters birthday. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially knowing we had never been to the restaurant before. The salad bar and starters were amazing. Then, once the men started to bring food, it was almost overwhelming in a good way. Thank you for having this amazing restaurant so close to us, allowing us to experience it without going to Dallas or Brazil! Happy New Year!

The only recommendation I would make would be to offer a check list for which meats we loved and not so much, like at wine tastings.

Food was very good but we were there for an hour and 20 minutes and were never offered all the meats that were being served. We were seated in the back corner and feel this is the reason they never got around to us. Waiter was pleasant but not efficient and we waited far too long for drink refills. The potatoes and banana were brought to the table over 30 minutes after we were seated and eating. Nice place to eat with an elegant atmosphere.

The Flame is our favorite restaurant in Oklahoma. It never disappoints. The food, service and ambiance are always amazing!!

Our FAVORITE restaurant!

We had a wonderful experience at The Flame restaurant from start to finish. The salad bar is incredible with everything from Caesar salads to hot soups. The lobster bisque was great and the smoked salmon was to incredible. The gauchos were rotating at a steady pace Providing meats that were wonderfully cooked to my liking. My plate was never empty until I had to throw in the towel! I would highly recommend this restaurant.
