   Very attentive staff and really good food. You won't be disappointed. The Bacon wrapped filet was very tender and tasty. If you go away hungry it's your fault.

   We took our 14 year old for the first time. We had a great seat by the window where the meat was being cooked. Jessica took excellent care of us. We had a wonderful evening for sure. The food was fantastic and we even saved a little room for dessert.

    Oysters, ceviche, smoked salmon, shrimp and lobster bisque on the salad bar made for an amazing beginning. Waitress checked in at appropriate times. Beef selections were delicious, lamb a bit overcooked, didn't try the chicken.

    This is our fifth time eating at Flame in the last year. My husband and I go on a Friday, typically, after a long work week where we just want to have dinner outside our norm. We’ve had a couple of mediocre experiences here, but we have gone back because we know how it CAN be…and last night, we had a good experience. It might even be the first time we didn’t have to request an item be brought by the table—for whatever reason, our table has been skipped multiple times in past visits to the point of hilarity. But not last night! One person did pass the table without speaking to us, but he doubled back less than a minute later and asked if we were interested in his meat selection. I opted for the light dinner (salad bar/pescatarian options) as I do most often—I mean, I like meat, but the tuna, shrimp, salmon, sushi, blue cheese grapes, etc. are more than enough to make me happy! The only thing that wasn’t tasty last night was the oysters, to be honest. They were not cut well, so I had to cut every single one myself, somewhat, but they were REAL dirty tasting. But, as shellfish go, they DO embed themselves in sand, so…I can’t blame anyone for that. We will be back, of course. Truly, everyone was so welcoming last night that it made at least one less-than-par experience of the past seem like a distant memory. Keep striving to make our experiences positive and we will continue coming back!

    Our server was Jessica and I think she also ran the bar. We had a tremendous time, a wonderful salad, bar, extraordinary meal, and great drinks! Thanks for making date night special… Will be back!

    This is one of our favorite places to go with friends despite the drive from OKC. They have a good wine menu. The salad bar is enough by itself and they are very good about the circulation of the grilled meat choices. We rarely have room for dessert

    Got there and they set us at the furthest table against a wall and it just felt blah. After getting our salad and sides they started bringing the meat and serving us. The second meat guy asked me to use my tongs to grab the fillet and the piece of meat was stuck to the skewer and he used his knife to help get it unstuck and it slipped and cut me. I told him he stuck me with the knife he asked was I sure (really guy) I told him yes I’m sure. So then he went to my date and served her while using the same knife that just cut me (kinda gross) but this time I’m bleeding all over. By the way not sure how many other people he served meat to with that knife. Another server brought me a bandaid and antibiotic ointment. When we were done they offered us free dessert then brought the bill well they didn’t charge for the dessert but I told them I didn’t want the free dessert I’d rather they took the cost of that off the bill, my server I guess went and told the manager who then came to our table and asked how everything was. She was not pleasant or for that matter nice. I told her that I got cut with a knife by one of your servers and she said well I can take one of the meals off the ticket. I’ve never ever been to a restaurant where the management wasn’t concerned at all about a customer. Needless to say I would not recommend this place to anybody ever. The food was good but if the management doesn’t feel like checking to see if a customer is ok and showing some kind of concern, they don’t deserve anybody’s business. I’ve seen a hair in somebody’s food get more attention then myself getting stabbed in my finger and bleeding. Anyways we will never be back to Flaming Brazilian Steakhouses!!!!!

    This could be a fantastic "classy dining" venue if it weren't for a couple failing points: 1) Why, Oh Why, do you insist on charging for sodas, tea, etc when the ticket price is already $45 a person. I can eat at crab buffets that not only cost less but have more food options and provide drinks as part of the cost. The added irony to this is that I can walk 50 feet out of this restaurant into the casino and obtain all the free soda, coffee, and tea that I want. This is a foolish and greedy grab for extra revenue. 2) An expectation should be in place for the wait staff and gauchos to be more consistent in their customer service from visit to visit.

    It seems that there is an inconsistency in service here. I absolutely love the salad bar area and we’ve eaten here 4 times in the last year. I keep wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt but I’m really disappointed in the service this time AGAIN. My husband gets the full meal most often but every other time, he has to wait and wait and wait for anyone to offer him meats. Last night, four men walked by with meat and offered it to the table next to us, but not to my husband even though his green coin was up. He even asked our waitperson for filet multiple times and someone came out with it and offered it to the table of 4 next to us—but not us. The first time, I could assume it was a mistake and they thought that table wanted the meat, but twice!!! Two times, they came with filet and never once even looked at our table. I really began to get upset as I was finished eating and my husband had barely had anything to eat. He finally got some filet—but again, how many times should we have to ASK for something? Isn’t the point of this restaurant to offer meat selections to every table with a green coin up? I’m really disappointed in paying over $84 + $20 tip for crappy service. Plus, we drove 40 minutes both ways for it.
