Flame & Fire Brazilian Steakhouse
My husband and i arranged to take four people to dinner as a thank you for helping us with a house project. We ended up ill and couldnt make it but wanted the four people to dine without us and we pay the tab. The manager agreed that i could handle the tab “remotely”. He personally greeted our group and escorted them to their table. Let me just say that these four people could not say enough good things about the service-food and the cocktails! I would definitely recommend and I cant wait until im well enough to go there myself!
Food was good, service was great. Took awhile but she was friendly and knowledgeable.
I would recommend going when it’s a little later in the evening so there is more meat being circulated. We waited about 45 for ribs.
The room we were in was plainly decorated but for a neighborhood restaurant it was appropriate. Will like to come back in spring summer and listen to the music and have apps. The entree is too much food for me.
Very good selection of protein
Coming back soon
Had a wonderful experience! We will definitely be back.
First time guest due to gift card use. Phenomenal place. Definitely my new favourite restaurant!
My husband always wanted to try this dining experience. We felt the meat was under seasoned and over cooked. The sides at the buffet were underwhelming. It is priced as a buffet and dessert and drinks are not included. I do not mind paying for an expensive meal but paying for one that is terrible won't happen her again. We will not be back.
This place never disappoints!
Amazing salad bar. LOVE, LOVE the pineapple! But overall the meats were average and the filet came around next to never. Overall it’s a fun place if you just want to eat a lot of food, but as far as quality, not the greatest.
Very nice place to go eat at if you are looking for something fancy for a date. Not a chain restaurant like applebees its an authentic dining experience with very lovely staff! I took my wife here for our 11 year anniversary and it was worth every penny. 100/10 would go back on a special occasion!
Food is amazing. It might seem pricey but for the quality variety and amount of food you receive it's worth it. I love coming here for a spevial occasion, it always feels rewarding.
The service was amazing and the food was awesome. Highly recommend.
Food was excellent. Service was on point. Went to Brisas Do Sul in Folsom recently and it doesn't compare to Flame & Fire. Even though Folsom is a lot closer to me, it is worth the drive out to Roseville
Great fresh out fire meat! I can't wait to go back and some lamb. You can eat meat as much as you want and all freshly made. Their grape salad is the bomb. The rice was delicious. Also, they serve Brazilian soda which is so good and refreshing. My family and I love going there.
Not bad, not great. Won’t be on my list of places I’m craving.
We had a wonderful experience at Flame & Fire. Our server, Bree was attentive and terrific! The food is delicious and the ambiance is lovely.
The owner came over several times to see if we had everything we needed. We loved it!
As always, Flame and Fire exceeded expectations. With its understated elegance, exceptional service, and great food it always feels special l.
Great food, excellent service. A bit pricey but it is all you can eat, and the food is actually good enough to warrant eating all you can eat.
Excellent service, delicious and bountiful selection of meats, buffet sides in a wide variety of spice and ingredients, absolutely loved the pineapple served table side, my favorite meat was the spiced chicken with a close second being the bacon wrapped filet mignon.
I think it is a little too pricey. Wish there were some warm vegetable options. Overall it was great! I won't return too often though due to price.
The bar was great but the meat was unseasoned and tough. Overall it was alright but not great.
The on-duty manager during our visit was outstanding. He circulated throughout the dining room and made himself available. We had some questions on our bill and he was thorough and quick to explain everything. All-in-all a great manager. The server, Bia, was absolutely top-notch with her explanation of the menu items and the sequencing of the meal from the salad bar, to the main course and wrapping up with the excellent dessert.
Food and service was excellent. The staff was very professional and personable. The ambiance was quiet and romantic.
We chose this restaurant for a special occasion - the engagement of our grandson and his girlfriend. I told the hostess when I got there - she said she would see if they could do something to recognize it - nothing happened. She never even got back to me to tell me that they wouldn't do anything so we sat there expecting something that never came.
When we got there we had four gift certificates for the four people in our party. They refused to accept two of them saying that they would only take two per table - unacceptable. We paid for them and they should have honored them.
Our service was terrible - every time we needed our waitress we had to flag a server down and ask them to find her - other than that, she was nowhere to be found.
The food was excellent but other than that, the experience was really disappointing.
Would like to give a better review. party of three sat near the kitchen door with plenty of traffic. Waited way past industry standard for a greet time, at least 10min. food was mostly pretty good everyone was happy with that. Past the greet time with no apology I was baffled and shocked how the manager attempted to decant my 200.00 bottle of 1997 Atalon Cab. I think we need a little serious lesson on how to decant wine. I've been in the business over 25 years myself, currently still bartending in very fine dinning. Dude watch some you tube videos or something on how to decant an older wine with sediment!. Don't pour it like a cheap beer attempting to get as much head/foam as possible... I mean, a manger of a pricy restaurant in Roseville CA, should know how to do this! And I was still charged for a corkage fee...Moral of the story good food, don't be in a hurry and DON'T bring rare wine. Also might be a case of judging a guy with tattoos. Sorry I wasn't wearing a 3 piece suit that night.
Always love the attention to detail and amazing service here.
My girlfriend and I made a late reservation here for our anniversary. There was a wide array of food available at their salad-style bar. The meat selection was incredible and the servers were well versed in the cuts they were serving. On that note, the entire staff was very friendly, kind and well humored. It made our dinner experience memorable and we would definitely return in the future.
I was disappointed most of the meats they were bringing to our table was slightly on the dry side but really enjoyed the salad buffet, so after a while i just skipped the meats and just ate the salad, which to me turned out to be a $50 salad, slighly expenseive for me.
This was our first time here and we met friends at the restaurant for dinner. It was a great atmosphere and our waitress and the servers were all friendly and helpful. It was an enjoyable time.
This was my first time ever going to Flame and Fire and it was absolutely amazing! The food was exquisite all the staff was wonderful and friendly and the ambiance was perfect. We will definitely be returning in the near future.
I took my significant other for the first time. He really enjoyed everything. Great food. Great times. Great service.
Highly recommend. Food was excellent, service top notch!
Every one was super upbeat and polite. We were sort of worried taking our 7 yr old (who’s not a big meat eater) but the selection at the salad bar was great for her. It actually turned out well. She was so amused with the way they severd the different cuts of meat she ended up trying several. Super delicious if you like meat, just don’t over fill on the salad bar stuff!
Dinner started with an appetizer and salad buffet. Then came the meats which were incredible! We got to try nearly 10 different cuts which were brought to our table one at a time. The bacon wrapped filet mignon was my favorite. Servers were friendly, fast and professional.
We recently moved to Sac and this was our first time in. We have been to other similar restaurants and so our observations were mainly in comparison to these others. Your side dishes were amazing. I loved that you do pineapple. This was out favorite part. Your staff was courteous and extremely friendly. The meat was good, but not as amazing as I've had at other churascurrias. I know a lot of places due a salt brine or crust and I felt this would have benefited your steaks. Additionally, I felt $50 per person was higher than I am used to seeing. Typically a price point closer to $42 per person seems to be more normal from what I've seen other places.
Service And employees all very friendly. Just not enough people bringing the meat around. Also, we kept missing out on the rotations when they would make it around with food so we filled up pretty quickly on the salad bar waiting for the real meat. Not really worth 50$ a person sadly.
Won’t be going back, not worth the money!!! Meat was ok, service not great, overall Burger King is a better choice.
Excellent value and menu for everyone. Quality remains consistent for all these years in operation..tells me this a well managed restaurant.
I was dissappointed... very expensive but thought the "unlimited meats" would be worth it...... meats were decent but servers were slow, not all meats were offered to each table, we had to ask twice for pineapple, had to ask for more filet mignon, server would come to the table of 5 with 2 or 3 servings, not enough for each person. Filet mignon was very small, overdone and chewy. Salad bar was very nice, good selections, quality food and well presented. NOT worth $39 alone though. Drinks were great. 4 adult dinners, 4 drinks - worked out to about $75 a person with 15% tip (service was slow, had to wait for meats......empty plates not cleared) The meat selections (tri tip, sirlion, chicken, small, greasy lamb chops and poorly served filet mignon) were nothing special and certainly not worth $50 a person. The restaurant looks inviting, was comfortable and very nice/clean. Meats were decent, not great. Salad bar was very good. I would not recommend this place due to high pricing, poor service and lack of quality meats for the price. As our one guest said......I could have had lobster, crab legs or a great filet mignon for a lot less with better service at most any nice restaurant.
Everything was delicious. Only problem I had was that the filet and smaller cut steaks were over well done. Hard to enjoy a nice piece of steak when it's super dry and chewy. Other than that everything was delicious.
everything was great but the waiter service wasn't so good. We got there at opening time and was told that we had to wait to get our cheesebread plate cause they didn't make any (for 114.00 that we paid, there's no excuse for this), and they didn't bring it to us when it was ready, but they brought it to other people and we had to ask to get ours. Then they never offered us another cheesebread plate so I had to ask again. The food was good but with our service being so poor, I don't feel like we got our 114.00 dollars worth by far. Had the price been less then 20, I would have said it was great but with other brazillian steakhouses being available, I probably won't come back..
