Brazilian Steakhouse
Come in and enjoy our authentic fine dining Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse. We offer a unique experience where Gaucho Chefs circle the tables with 15 different types of rotisserie cooked meats on skewers from picanha, filet mignon, bottom sirloin to chicken & lamb. The patrons partake in tasting as many of the meats as they wish, and as many times as they wish. The delicious uniquely cooked and served meats are not the only intriguing part of the experience. A gourmet salad bar features over 30 salad dishes made with local fresh produce. The salads are accompanied by several types of traditional Brazilian dishes such as Feijoada, Beans, farofa and Brazilian rice. Each table is also served fried banana, pao de queijo (cheese bread) and cinnamon roasted pineapple. Our restaurant also features Brazilian deserts such as mousse de Maracuja (passion fruit mousse) and many more. We offer a full bar, including specialty Brazilian exotic drinks, such as the Caipirinha!

Eat all you want meat & salad bar. Salad bar has hot foods such as rice & mashed potatoes. Our waiter was amazing! When I made reservations I asked if they can do something special for our Anniversary but that portion was ignored sadly.

I prefer my meat to be more on the medium well side so I had to wait longer to get my meat cooked more. When I did finally get my meat a majority of the time my meat wasn’t medium well.

Overall I liked the experience except the price. For me it was overpriced but bigger eater might be OK. I liked the most chicken and filet mignion in bacon, beef strogonoff with couscous and hot pineapple. Service was excellent.

This place is awesome. The food is so good and the staff is very attentive. They ask questions, and bring things out if they know your preference (i love the hot cinnamon pineapple and they brought it to my table a few times when they saw i was running low). Ambiance is very soothing, i love the amber lit mood.

First time eating here, or at any Brazilian Steakhouse. In an effort to diversify our dining options, we ate here on a fairly busy Saturday evening. I think the head Chef must have had the night off, as almost all the doze or so meat choices that came out were very over cooked. Most choices came out medium-well to well done. That is not the way to properly cook supposed “top cuts” of beef and lamb. Our server greeted us, served drinks, and then basically disappeared until we were finished to inquire about dessert choices. Wine list and dessert choices are below average as well, although I knew this going in. I was hoping the meat quality and selection would overcome that, but they didn’t. We even brought our own wine! Will not be back.

The one thing that stuck out the most (besides the amazing food) is the OUTSTANDING service. Not just from our waitress but from the hosts, the guys walking around with meat, to the manager Ricky. All amazing!

I just had the "salad" bar...but they ran out of the hot foods early (beef stroganoff) so I did not even get to taste it. Since the salad bar was so expensive, I do not feel like I got the full experience. We have been there before, and it was not like that...

The meat servers were great! I would’ve liked to see our regular server be more timely. It took a while to get my glass of wine at the start of dinner as well as dessert at the end of dinner.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Flame and Fire on Saturday night and had quite a nice time. The meat was, as always, outstanding. I was less than impressed with the side dishes this time. We usually find at least one nice potato dish (scalloped or au gratin) but this time, pretty plain tasting mashed potatoes. Salad bar was excellent.

The service was too good. Even though we had our red button up (meaning, no meat now thanks), we continually got asked by meat servers while we were trying to eat our salad. Having too much service is not the worst thing I've ever had at a restaurant.

Overall, this is an outstanding choice for special occasions and I recommend it.

If meat was my world then I would give this a better rating. But even then I would expect more than a cold bar for vegetables. Maybe they had those ala carte...I did not inquire.

The food tasted just ok. Many meats were bland and raw, but at the same time over cooked. Perhaps they were cooked at a high temperature so the outside burned quickly but the inside was deep red. No steak knives provided and our table shook anytime anything was placed on it or when we moved a glass or tried to cut our meat. The salad bar was underwhelming in both appearance and amount of toppings offered. Staff was super friendly, but it was definitely overpriced for the quality of food. Lastly, they had problems with the music playing over the speakers and the volume would go from quiet / normal to extremely loud. This happened multiple times during our hour or so there. I had been asking my fiancée to come here for months because he had said how great the Brazilian steakhouse was that he went to in Texas. This was definitely not the same and he rated it the worst valentines dinner we’d ever had. He hardly ate anything because of how rare the meats were. You would think someone would have noticed the growing pile of red meat on the plate. I guess we had too high of expectations. I would not recommend coming here and we unfortunately won’t be back.

We made a reservation over a month ago but were seated late. While there we had to constantly find our server who never fulfilled any of our request for the different meats. One of the servers seemed to intentionally avoid our table. We ordered drinks that were made incorrectly or poorly, just overall a very poor experience. Would highly recommend if you like grilled pineapple but for anything else its not worth the money, time or headache

I really enjoyed our experience, the food and service was great. A lot of meat options to choose from. I wish we had room for dessert, but when there’s all-you-can-eat meat, it’s hard to leave room for anything else. We’ll definitely be back.

Great service with our waiter Oscar and very friendly servers. We loved all the food from the hot food bar. In addition the special meat and pineapple served at each table are so delicious. Because of Valentine’s Day, it was pretty crowded. We were lucky to reserve the 4:30 time slot thru the open table app. If not, they wouldn’t guarantee this reservation because there was already a 4:30 table booked in the restaurant system. Thank you Open Table! We really had a great time getting such delicious food and customer service!

My husband and I were celebrating an early Valentine's, we made reservations and showed up about 10 minutes early. They sat us right away. We waited 5-10 minutes for our server and noone came, so we decided to grab some plates, got a few things from the salad bar and then added some meat as the meat men came around. Finally a man in a suit came and asked how dinner was going and we asked for some water. A lady came with water and said shed be our server, she brought a small plate of sides. I think she only stopped at our table 1 other time the entire night. We finished eating and waited over 20 minutes with no plates even on our table for a lady (who worked in a completely separate dining room) to ask if we were ready for our check. Now I have worked in restaurant service, so I know how it can be, however our bill was over $100 (with military discount), and I honestly didn't even want to leave a tip. I didnt mind paying that much as our meal was great, and the meat men did a great job making sure we had what we wanted, but our server completely ruined our overall experience!

Dimly lit and cozy with modern decor. Service is fast and friendly. They have a full bar with a decent selection of beer and wine. A flat fee gets you the salad and hot bar. It includes your basic salad bar options as well as some cheese and charcuterie. 2 hot dishes and a couple of hot sides like rice pilaf and mashed potatoes. They start you with Brazilian cheese bread fried plantains and flambed bananas. As you are enjoying your salad they start bringing the main courses which is Brazilian style carved tableside meats which included bacon wrapped chicken and filet, sausages, lamb chops, top sirloin, parmesan chicken etc. I would have loved to see some seafood like scallops, oysters and shrimp. All in all the food was good and the overall experience was pleasant. I would definitely bring your appetite to make the meal worth the price of admission.

The food was delicious, every meat that came out was more and more delicious. Though, he pineapple is my favorite - I could eat an entire plate of it. Only complaint is that our waitress(the one who served drinks) wasn't on top of paying attention to when we needed more and forgot one of our drink orders. Everything else was top notch.
