Caesars salad average, main course arrived 3 mins after starter cleared, medium rare fillet steak dried out, asparagus not cooked, baked potato prob pre-prepared heated up so powdery would not absorb butter, the other starter crab dumplings too much source, main salmon overloaded with lemon sauce, risotto poor, desert key lime pie not Palm Beach standard - meal virtually thrown at us staff not aware of any etiquette at all - all the above only $320, yes $320. Assistant maitre d polite but inexperienced. Sorry Flagler Steak House not what it should be ....
not sure the cowboy ribeye is worth the price although it was very good.
sides and salad both could have been better
5th time there, sat on the patio overlooking the golf course. Great meal, wine, service, just ungodly expensive, so it is hard to make it a regular night out.
We had an 8:15 reservation as I was entertaining clients. We were very early and sat at the bar. Our table was not ready and we were not seated until well after our scheduled rez. We were very comfortable and enjoying the company and ordered a seafood tower with another round of cocktails to get started prior to ordering our meal. Around 9:30 we were then rushed to order our food as the kitchen was closing. At that point we could not have been rushed out faster and were not even offered dessert. Although the food was great and I love the space I am not sure iI would rush back based on the overall experience.
Great food and service, but very expensive. The outdoor porch is a very nice touch.
Great Sunday brunch! Reasonably priced for a 3 course meal and all you can drink mimosas and bloody Mary’s for only $15 more!
Went for “Sunday Brunch” expecting to pay $48 pp yes it was Easter but did not see anywhere (their website or on open table) that it was going to be $95 pp. there were only a few extra items on the menu!
Great food and great service. Always consistent
Food was amazing, we ordered blackened ribeye and tbone steak. They were excellent quality and the service was fantastic. David our waiter was on top of everything. Definitely would recommend this Steakhouse.
The food was delicious and service impeccable and servers were nice! Best 59th Birthday I’ve ever had 🎈
Our second time at Flagler Steakhouse. Excellent!! Service, food, and atmosphere was great. We will be back.
Once again, managers Alex and C.J. pay close attention to every detail. From the moment my wife and guests arrived, we were seated at a table with a beautiful view and out of the way of traffic. These two managers understand good customer service and assure it happens. My party and I were also graced with complimentary desserts, which was a lovely treat. I never leave disappointed and realize after every visit how much I appreciate having a top-shelf restaurant available to bring my NYC friends and guests to. Bravo Flagler Steakhouse...
No judge a book by its cover
The Flagler has previously been one of my favorite restaurants. The food is always good and so is the service. Our waiter Charlie was not so good. He paid very little attention to us and took 45 minutes after bringing our drinks to even tell us the specials.
The food is decent and the atmosphere is nice however the service has declined. Don't let them seat you in a corner - you will be forgotten.
Excellent food with a great golf course view.
Great venue, fabulous service and awesome food. Can’t say enough about the staff, really an outstanding place to eat.
We were profoundly disappointed in our Flagler Steakhouse experience. Starting with the table for 4, which was designed so that there was no comfortable place to put one's feet beneath it. The house lights were so dim that many (many!) tables resorted to getting out their cellphone flashlight to read the menu. Okay, I got low romantic lights and so on, but how about just turning up the ambient lights a little! Our server recommended a artichoke heart appetizer which was ridiculously over-salted, breaded and fried. It sounded appealling but really I would not recommend it; get a salad instead. Alas the steak (petit filet for both of us) was sublime: tender, perfectly cooked to order, seasoned appropriately. I did enjoy the accompanying mashed potatoes, but my husband was disappointed in the "home fries" -- somewhat soggy and again, oversalted. Our server was attentive and I have no complaints about service. Overall however the experience left much to be desired, especially considering the price. Will not be doing this again.
We were seated on time. Waiter started off attentive. Several mistakes made on our orders. Apologetic but no excuse. Food was okay - service was very average - particularly when paying top dollar. All in all I would not recommend this restaurant.
The service alone is worth the price of admission.
The food and service are always excellent. A great place to be with special friends.
Steak is well prepared and presented. Service good.
Will try other steak restaurants in the area prior to returning.
Always first class. Service was wonderful along with the food. Prices are high but food was delicious.
Great dinner as usual. Had excellent food and outstanding service. Amy was such a helpful and gracious waitress. Love the chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Save room...
The service was impeccable and the service was exceptional. We can’t wait to go back again.
All four of us had an exceptional meal and service was superb
As usual, our dinner date was spectacular. Although our service got off to a slow start, Alex, the manager, made up for it. Food was delicious and the server was gracious and attentive. My wife left happy again, which is all that matters.
Flagler has some of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Their chocolate cake is also extremely good! I would highly recommend Flagler for a special occasion, birthday, anniversary or date.
Exceptional as always. Great ambiance!
I’ve been to this restaurant several times and was confused as to why the server added the tip to our check, especially since we weren’t a large party. Hard not to be offended.
They never disappoint. Great ingredients, great service and their free dive ipa alone is worth making a trip.
As always, lunch was delicious. I have never had a bad meal here and the waiters and waitresses are always helpful and polite.
The Breakers used to be one of my highly regarded hotels for food and beverage. Sadly, this experience at The Flagler and a dinner at the seafood bar have caused me to think the hotel has really lost its way. Our brunch was beyond disappointing in every way. They are disorganized with a very mediocre product even running out of cream cheese for the smoked salmon brunch special leaving me with a hard bagel. My guest’s dish was undercooked and while the staff are nice it is not good enough to be nice with a guaranteed 18% tip when glasses are empty, long waits, etc.
The restaurant’s physical space used to be impeccable and now the tile outside is dirt, unbussed tables and what reflects a lack of caring but management.
I was disappointed in our waitress, she was not professional. She seemed as if she had just started and was still memorizing the script. Her interaction with us was so forced and rehearsed. The service was ok, but far below what it should have been in such a reputable restaurant. Overall the evening was a bit of a disappointment and I would not return or recommend it the restaurant to others.
We had a fantastic experience, the Breakers grounds were fantastic to walk around before our reservation. I recommend a later reservation and give yourself time to walk around the huge hotel, Oceanside across the street, and golf area near Flagler‘s
Incredible steakhouse with all the upscale treatment you would expect from The Breakers. My girlfriend and I actually did not get steak, I got the lobster tails and my girlfriend got a seafood dish as well. We also enjoyed the bacon brussel sprouts and lobster ravioli appetizer. Service was exceptional. We requested outdoor seating overlooking the golf course and West Palm Beach in the distance, which was obliged by the staff. This is certainly reserved for a special occasion (at least for me), but well worth it! And definitely do not skip the key lime pie for dessert.
Day on the porch overlooking the golf course. Steaks and fish were prepared to perfection. Stayed well after everyone else had left, staff was at ease and still attentive.
