Everything was great, food delicious, Kristen was wonderful and loved the location. Will go again just for the onion bread and butter.

All three lunches were excellent (grouper sandwich, fish tacos and Bombay chicken salad). All were tasty, presented with flair.

Our meal was a very relaxed pace which is what we wanted. Service was attentive with team members pitching in at various times.

Gin & Tonic, Mojito and the house version of a Manhattan were all well prepared and presented.

Amazing dining experience, food and service were top notch. We went with our two sones (10 & 8) and were made to feel very welcome. Would highly recommend.

The food was amazing. Our party couldn’t stop raving how great everything tasted. The view is great and the service was excellent. The place is expensive, but you are definitely paying for what you get. It’s worth the money.

We always enjoy Flagler.. Zmazing ambiance, amazing well trained staff to deal with any situation. The most Delicious steak one can ask for, I loved the way the kitchen Char coil the top.. I ordered the Rib Eye this time, and it was out of this world..GAZ

As a Chicagoan and first time in Flagler Steakhouse first experience driving in the parking is nice. Entering the restaurant is very nice. The outside atmosphere is okay, nothing to die for in comparison to many places in downtown Chicago. Service was outstanding. Food on the other hand needs some real work to be done. We ordered the Dry aged Tomahawk Steak 16 oz. First of all the steak was actually dry and not juicy and no taste. Mashed Potatoes dry with a taste of too much milk (I think they didn’t add no add butter) and the presentation looked like in a prison all splashed in the plate. Also, waited for the sauces like 5 mins while the steak was getting cold. The broccolini was all chopped and too spicy. The apple Pie was really nasty! Massive with no flavor and the crust all soggy! Service was great, but the food to be honest for you guys it was actually terrible! They really need to figured out what is going in the kitchen side, but the food was bad like cafeteria style. Sorry fir this feedback, but is the honest truth.

Ambiance and service were great. Portions were small and overpriced. Food was tasty, but not up to par on value for money. Server was excellent. Noisy table nearby that was unpleasant. In the future, will return only for Sunday brunch.

Flagler Steakhouse is superb.

we sat on the terrace overlooking the beautiful golf course watching the sunset as we ate our meal. what a setting! and the service and food was impeccable!

Went out for my wife’s birthday dinner. Our steaks were phenomenal and clearly the highlight, but cocktails and sides were also remarkable. This is a fancy, expensive restaurant, but we appreciated our waiter making us feel welcome despite being a regular couple out on a special occasion. Despite us being stuffed full, they offered complimentary chocolate cake for the birthday occasion. It was amazingly delicious and a very kind gesture.

Been dining at Flagler for ten years and it’s just lost something over time, culminating in this most disappointing experience. Everything was just “meh.” Steaks were overcooked, waitstaff hovered like vultures, and for the prices it just wasn’t worth it. Makes me sad to write this review. FWIW, dessert and coffee were delicious, but otherwise the evening was lackluster.

Awesome food, service and everyone was the best

Very well priced menu for lunch. Several items priced at less than $25. Beautiful outdoor seating overlooking the Breakers Golf Course. The food is delicious and the portions are large.

Loved it! Great Service. Will be back. The only thing I didn’t like is that the Fries are actually a quartered potato; not traditional French fries. Otherwise, awesome.

Outdoor dining area needs more heaters. Your menu last year offered more. Missing veal parmigiana. Still love the place

Outstanding food and service

We were staying at the hotel, so we planned on celebrating our anniversary at Flagler Steak House. We called ahead to let the staff know about our dietary requirements. We were given a few options and told that our reservation would be flagged. Our Waiter Tim (who was very nice) started telling us about the specials and knew nothing about our vegan diet. He was able to have the chef prepare something for us, but it was like we had never called or discussed it ahead of time. We were unable to enjoy our dinner due to a table of 10 that was laughing and shouting during our entire meal. We could barely hear our own conversation. Management should have asked them to be respectful of the other patrons in the restaurant. It was our 18th wedding anniversary and we did not enjoy ourselves. We asked for the check before we even finished our meal. Food was ok and the waiter Tim was nice, but he was busy with the table of 10, so what we thought would be a special evening was anything but.

We had an excellent evening with impeccable service from Matthew. Prime steaks paired with amazing wines, a seafood tower and culminated with 3 desserts, our group hit for the cycle.

Have been to Flagler Steakhouse many times. While in the past excellent this time it was lacking. Food/Steak was just okay rather atypical. It just seemed that it wasn’t as consistent. I hope it was just an exception and not the rule going forward.

The service was excellent. Our server Amanda was amazing. Great choice on menu and incredible wine list. Food was outstanding, atmosphere was beautiful. They even brought me birthday cake on the house! Will definitely be returning here and highly recommend this restaurant for all your occasions!

Once you get past the snooty, built-in to the breakers experience, is a really good steakhouse.
