   Keiko served us and she knocks everything out of the park. She provides a high level of service along with the ability to predict your needs ahead of time. This was our second time and just so happen to sit at the same table with the same server. We interacted with other staff members as well and they all bring a high level of service and work as a team. Everything is smooth. We sent a steak back and I’ve never seen a turn around to return a plate exactly how we wanted it and fast. They set the example here.

   Fantastic steak. Sides were very good as well. Service was attentive and friendly.

   I had booked outdoor seating and this was indicated on my reservation. The host attempted to seat us inside. I mentioned we had an outside table as we had for the last 20 years. They mentioned the had a mix up and they would need to discuss with the manager. They left us standing in the middle of the restaurant and when they finally came back they said they could seat us outside but around the corner on the deck. They also were so thoughtful for their mix up that they mentioned several times they needed us to be gone by 8:30 as another party was coming. So they gave our table away and mixed up our reservation and had the nerve to rush us through dinner because of their mistake. P.S. the manager never came over to apologize or make sure everything was ok. Just not the experience we’ve come to expect here and I question the leadership and management of their current operations. FYI I had a friend with the same 6:30 reservation and they did the same thing to him.

   Ate outside table for 4. Wasn’t hot wind was nice. Foods was delicious. Would highly recommend if one can afford it.

   The prime steaks and sides were outstanding and lived up to the reputation. Service from Eric C at outside table 81 was gracious and professional. Outside patio is a must during the spring as the inside dining room is dark and dreary. Snafu with the hostess station meant that we were seated at "someone else's" table which created frustration from a local party when they arrived and were shown to our table. Staff dealt with it professionally although we felt slightly rushed as they were short by one outside table and moved around a table for two nearby.

    A really exquisite dinning experience. First time there and impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff. The way they are dressed, the way they interact and the way they are sincere in their interactions says a lot about the person that does the hiring and sets the expectations. You don’t find this professionalism in restaurants these days. The food was really good but over salted as seems to be a trend these days when preparing steaks but the creamed spinach was over salted and a bit watery for my taste. Oddly too were the steaks not being juicy, not dry but not juicy either. All else, the drinks, appetizers(oysters were fresh and clean),and the huge chocolate layer cake for dessert all worthy for a repeat visit. And while I always know what I’m going to pay for a high quality meal and accept it, I have to say that not everything g on the menu has to be priced higher than anywhere else. If your steaks are the flagship then the price should be but not every little item in the menu should be at the same level. Just my opinion. Why should I have the audacity to rate any steak house? I’ve eaten in the best in the US many times so I have a great baseline to compare.
