Fix - Bellagio Ratings and Reviews
Everything about this restaurant was amazing the food service the ambience the only thing that was totally lacking was no bread at all in the restaurant .
The only other place I’ve seen something like this is a Chinese or Japanese restaurant and this is neither .
Excellent dining experience. Reservation was @ 7 & they allowed us to order off the pre-fix O menu as we were headed to the 9:30 show. Angela was our waitress & she was excellent. Justin assisted & Bartender Cisco were all very attentive. They made a birthday celebration festive!
The seating is exposed to the casino traffic and all the noise that goes with it so when I spend $$$$ for fine dining I expect a little more for my $. The asparagus side dish we ordered to share consisted of 5 spears for $$$$. NY steak was ala carte and comes out on a plate with nothing else so it looks like it came right off the grille if you were camping. Again $$$$. Service was so-so but more than acceptable. Won't go back. Too many other $$$$-$$$$$ venues in Vegas that are probably much more to our liking. If this restaurant were outside the restaurant it would probably close.
Ambiance is the only major detractor here as the place is REALLY. loud. It’s also open air off the casino floor so you get the waft of 2nd hand smoke. We had the table up against the front partition so it felt like we were on display for all the passerby’s.
Other than that the food was tremendous. We enjoyed the Midori Cantaloupe Salad. Wife had Scallops Benedict and i had Kobe Skirt Steak. We shared the creme brûlée for dessert. He best part of the meal was Shawn the server. He was engaging and personable and warded me away from a couple of dishes that were less than stellar.
If you’re going to see Cirque De Soleil “O” at the Bellagio, this would be a good spot to tag team onto that for a wonderful night out
We Picked this place for our Shot Show Meeting. The food was good but the service was terrible. We waited for drinks with empty glasses and 2 orders of food cool not warm.. The place had a fish smell that some of the ladies complained about. We did think about going to Prime. Looking back we should have.
The place is great with the right mood and vibe for a date or family dinner. Our table was 1hr behind which wasn’t so great, but manageable. The service was excellent and all the servers were really friendly and nice. The food was amazing. Only thing I would change was the music choice, there was some heavy EDM playing in the background which could have easily be changed for some deep house or even jazz. Overall great experience, would come back
We had a bad experience with the service at this restaurant. Let’s start with the reservation. Made our reservations for 7:00pm and we got on time. Surprisingly there was a very long line, thinking that it was for people with no reservations and just waiting to get there. Well, this was not the case. That line was for all the customers with reservations to check-in. Once we do that, you have to go back to make the line once again to get your table. Total wait about 45 minutes. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. The food was ok, not very impresive and prices were in line with the majority of restaurants in Vegas. Table service was ok as well. Place was very crowded and they were trying to make everyone happy after the way they messed up with the reservations and the waiting in line. I think this restaurant have a good potential to be much better. Their manager have to evaluate what happened on that day to find a way to fix it next time.
I know it's the CES season but limiting/forcing guest to leave in 2 hours didn't make sense. Most of the dinners are with business clients during this time. I takes at least 30-45 minutes or the food to be brought out. just about an hours for a business meal, well.. i just felt that we didn't have ample time to finish a nice business meal.
Food was exceptional, service was not. But i supposed it's forgiven the fact it's CES week.
We had the best service. Our main server and all the assistants were attentive and really took care of us. We had the wing for an appetizer. Some of the best wings I’ve ever eaten. Then we split the wedge salad. For the entrees, I chose the tenderloin served over creamy black grits. Wow, beautiful presentation and it was cooked perfectly. My spouse had the ribeye. Again, cooked perfectly and full over flavor. For a side I recommend the triple-fried steak fries.
Ordered the 28 day aged by strip, came out of the kitchen overcooked. Waiter offered to have the kitchen make me a new steak. I was not in the mood to waste a good piece of meat. Wish the manager would have taken it off my bill, Other than that the food was wonderful
The food was incredible and it was a great spot for a special occasion in Vegas. The price was reasonable and the atmosphere was casual/business casual. I don't think you'll feel out of place in nice jeans and a dress shirt/blouse. We spent around $200 for our entrees, 4 drinks and a couple of appetizers. I would say the price is moderate in Vegas...we could have spent a lot more for the same quality of food at quite a few other restaurants. The steak was tender and the scallops were amazing! My only problem was that the restaurant was empty around 7pm (the time we had reserved) and we ended up sitting along a half wall that opens up to the casino. So here we sat listening to casino noise/music in one year and the restaurant music in another when we were trying to celebrate my husbands 35th birthday. It was the one nice meal we had in Vegas and it would have been better to sit towards the interior of the restaurant. Lesson learned.
