About Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck
We are now Open on Sundays! Come join us at Five Sixty atop Reunion Tower. The skyline’s distinguishing 560-foot landmark with the distinctive glowing ball houses legendary chef Wolfgang Puck’s first fine dining restaurant in the city. Upon ascending 50 stories, diners depart from the elevator at the center of the restaurant. From the moment guests enter, they are greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows that line the restaurant, offering 360-degree views of Dallas as the room revolves. The cuisine draws inspiration from Puck’s renowned signature fine dining restaurants including Spago, Chinois and CUT. Featuring modern fusion of Asian dishes, the menu can be enjoyed in the 150-seat main room or at the restaurant’s two stylish bars: a rotating bar facing outwards so patrons can enjoy the view, and a stationary, ultra-contemporary illuminated glass bar where guests can watch the action at the sushi and robata exhibition kitchen. Wine aficionados will appreciate an extensive wine list.

Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck Ratings and Reviews
Was a wonderful dinning experience, the staff from the host to the waiter treated us as though we were VIPs. Notably the view from the restaurant is one of a kind, especially at night. I will definitely return, great place to take someone visiting from out of town to give them the full Dallas experience!
A wonderful night and a wonderful meal. Service was excellent, as were his suggestions. Every course was special and there was never a letdown. My wife had the duck and I had the steak au poivre...desserts were baked Alaska and the fruit crumble, and both were outstanding. We're already looking forward to a return, and just might choose the exact same dining choices...that's how pleased we were. We never felt rushed or uncomfortable in any way. It was a great night.
I loved the amuse bouche of green beans with candied walnuts. Steak au poivre was average but tasty.
A special recognition goes to our server. After requesting a specific whisky (Balcones). The server mentioned they were out but rather than leave it at that she searched the bar and came back with a bottle.
We were celebrating our 3rd Anniversary the evening we dined at Five Sixty and were so impressed with the service we received... especially because they were so welcoming, so thoughtful and so friendly. They go above and beyond to celebrate your special occasion with you and also provide guidance in helping you select each course of the meal. The main dinner menu was a bit pricey for us but we were thrilled there were so many options of sushi, sides and small plates to enjoy. In fact, we ordered several small things to share and created our own "tasting" experience... which we always love to do. It was such a wonderful experience... we definitely want to go back!
This place was perfect! They went above and beyond to make sure my girlfriend and I had the best most memorable time possible. It was my girlfriends birthday and I planned to propose to her after dinner. They did amazing keeping the proposal such a secret until the end when it was time. We will be coming back for our anniversary every year. The only bad mark I have about the entire place was that I wanted some sweet tea and they only have water lol other than that it was perfect.
5:00 reservations are a cluster as the hostess stand does not open prior and there is a disorganized rush to be welcomed, up the elevator and then seated. No chance to enjoy the bar and take in the ambiance.
Our waiter was not personable at all. Made us feel as though we were an inconvenience.
The food, while highly priced, was excellent! We ordered numerous rolls. Highly recommend the Surf & Turf and the Fujipeno rolls. The filet with shitake mushrooms was also OUTSTANDING!
We had reservations for my girl friends birthday but we still had to wait an hour to be seated only after I saif something to the host about our wait time. It toom another hour or so for the food to come out and this really dragged the night out and we had other engagements to attend after so of course we were late. The food was dress very nice but was not worth the cost. I spent $200 and honestly it was not worth it. Great scenery, great staff but the resteraunt was very dated and the table we sat at reminded me of one of those white tables at a mom and pop cafe. Over not a good experience and would get my money back if possible.
Great overall experience, friendly and fast service, top of the line food, with just the best ingredients, place is clean and quiet, view is just unique ... perfect for that special occasion, valet parking is available at a discounted rate after having the ticket validated, and not to mention the house bourbon whisky! you just have to try it to experience it.
I was disappointed. I asked them to make my husbands birthday great but I don’t feel like they did.. when we walked in the hostess was very rude, and she was on the phone while assisting us to the elevator. She basically said “go wait over there” she got our name and highlighted something on her paper but didn’t say happy birthday or anything. We were a little early and we arrived upstairs. The hostess there was also on the phone and would t even look at us. Someone else said y’all can wait by the bar lounge area until your table is ready. We waited about 45 minutes but we were early so that was my fault. Then we enjoyed our dinner. We enjoyed the service including the waiters we had.. only fault is I had to ask for the waiter to do something special for my husbands birthday... while my husband was in front of me.. this defeats the purpose of a surprise night out.. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you just wanna see the view... disappointed.. I think I just expected too much especially after some reviews..
THIS was the worst experience I have encountered while celebrating a birthday. Not only my food was covered with hair but our meals were very disappointing. The pork chops had an undesirable taste, the sauce couldn’t even fix it. The salmon was great. Perfectly cooked and the sauce was amazing. But when you are celebrating a birthday with people visiting the country and trying to show the American cuisine to a friend, it was very very disappointing. When we asked for the manager, not only he showed up as we were about leave but our tap was not even cover for discovering hair in our plate. Well, at least we got free desert, but is this how a celebration for a birthday supposed to be. Please train your people a bit better so your customers can truly enjoy a nice time. Thank you
Meal, service excellent. Big problem: Can't reach restaurant by phone in case of emergency only voicemail. Cellphone was stolen when left at table and couldn't reach restaurant that night to have them safeguard it. Returned next morning to get phone and it was gone - cleaning crew? Located by GPS in south Dallas! Business only as good as its weakest link....
When we arrived in the restaurant, 5 minutes before our reservation time, the hostess said “we’re going to seat you closer to your reservation time,” as if annoyed by us arriving only 5 minutes ahead of time. She led us to the bar area, where we sat for 20 minutes without our drink order being taken. Well, someone approached and almost took our drink order, but then got distracted and cut me off mid-sentence and then walked away and never came back to take the order, even though she walked by us to serve other people many times. It was rude. But our server once we were seated was wonderful and the food was really good. Maybe not quite worth how expensive it was but I think you’re also paying for the view and ambiance, and it was definitely worth it. Overall it was a great experience and I definitely recommend it.
