About Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck
We are now Open on Sundays! Come join us at Five Sixty atop Reunion Tower. The skyline’s distinguishing 560-foot landmark with the distinctive glowing ball houses legendary chef Wolfgang Puck’s first fine dining restaurant in the city. Upon ascending 50 stories, diners depart from the elevator at the center of the restaurant. From the moment guests enter, they are greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows that line the restaurant, offering 360-degree views of Dallas as the room revolves. The cuisine draws inspiration from Puck’s renowned signature fine dining restaurants including Spago, Chinois and CUT. Featuring modern fusion of Asian dishes, the menu can be enjoyed in the 150-seat main room or at the restaurant’s two stylish bars: a rotating bar facing outwards so patrons can enjoy the view, and a stationary, ultra-contemporary illuminated glass bar where guests can watch the action at the sushi and robata exhibition kitchen. Wine aficionados will appreciate an extensive wine list.

Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck Ratings and Reviews
I usually come here and spend a lot on some good food. But tonight, didn’t wow me so much. Mainly cause of the food. Just looking at the prices I pay for quality. I mean, the view is great, almost all the dishes were bland, and when attempting to get an attention of another waiter to assist me, they looked away like nothing happened. I wasn’t so impressed tonight, but my table waiter and the view was the best of tonights lunar new years. Thanks
Beautiful scenery, loved it for its revolving areas. Food was good, would have loved to have tried the Valentine’s Day special that was presented to us, but was told more than one person had to purchase it, which wouldn’t have been cost efficient . That was the only part I didn’t enjoy. My partners dietary restrictions prevented both from tasting other options. I was also told if I waited an extra 15 mins would have received a window view, waited and still was seated in a inward table.
My boyfriend came from New Jersey because he wanted to be a special occasion we made reservations 1 month before that day I call and ask if my 8 year old daughter could come the guy told me no problem by the time you come we will have your table ready we arrive extacly at 830 pm we check In with the same guys that I talk to he told me no pplm he ask her to wait 10 min and took us to the lobby and we sat there when I saw the time cause we were hungry and also my daughter it was already 9:20 I told my boyfriend why are they taking for ever if we made reservations he told me go loook so went and their was a girl there and she told em omg we forgot. I told her I had the reservation since 8:30 she told me sorry your table is ready she took us in and told the manager we apologized but he blame it on my daughter that she was a
Minor and that that’s why they drop the ball those were his words he smell like he was drinking and if you check Camaras at about 9:30 he was drinking wine for the bar
Then one gore and a half later the server told
Me am so sorry we mess up in your order I was like whattttt. But the manager never came back to apologized and it seems that they didn’t care or maybe because of my daughter that’s like a discrimination I would like some one to call me to explain. My mane is Mary Paz. # 718 808 5837 thanks. Email email@example.com
Nice place but not as good as their website shows. The website showed valentines as something special but really apart from a few pink rose petals and a late arrival of red roses in a vase placed on other side of restaurant there was nothing extra. No special menu or anything, just all very standard. In UK we are given roses, chocolates or glass of champagne on arrival. So sweetheart sweets on the website never really lived up to reality! Also waster taking good order whilst eating starter was very strange to me
Tasting was one of the worst I’ve been too and for the price not at all worth it. The main course (4th) which i was looking forward to as it was the meat of the meal had so many tendons in it I could hardly chew it. My girlfriend said it was, “Painful to watch me eat..”The scallops tasted awful, the ice cream type dish in the middle of the meal was horrible. I was furious. What an awful way to spend $350 and Valentine’s Day with your significant other. I would take it all back in a second if I could. Thank goodness my gf subbed for the red snapper, the only thing that made her smile the whole night. We are not picky people and I am grateful to just have food in my stomach most days. This is the first review I’ve ever left for a restaurant. Thanks for making my Valentine’s Day everything I didn’t want it to be.
Very disappointing! I made reservations about a month earlier for Valentine’s Day. The restaurant even called a few days before to get a credit card number. They were going to charge $25 per person for no-shows. There was no mention of a prix fixe menu during that call even though I mentioned we might sit at the bar and just have appetizers. There is also no mention of it on OpenTable. Arriving we were told it would be $135 per person for the set tasting menu. There was not much we could do since there would be no way to get into another restaurant without a reservation on Valentine’s Day. One of the courses was Halibut We are not fish eaters and they did accommodate by substituting for duck breast. The food was average at best. One course was a seared diver scallop. And I mean one scallop. It was very strange texture wise because it was only seared on one side leaving the other side mostly raw. The duck and the steak were overcooked. Almost no pink at all. I prefer my steaks medium Rare and this was even more done than medium. I will say everything was nicely seasoned. But IThere was not one thing that wowed us from this meal. It was very expensive and definitely not worth the Price. We didn’t set out to complain about the meal but when the bartender asked us how it was we did say that we felt our meat was overcooked. They actually took some off the bill but we still ended up with a $300 tab for two people. We could have gone to Bob’s or Dell Frisco’s and had an amazing steak for half the price. The best part of the evening was our bartender Kimberly. She did a fantastic job! The cocktails were tasty although they were expensive as well.
Had my birthday here and it was whole the large check amount! Beautiful views over dallas, enormous selection of wines and champagne. The food is expensive but worth it. The lobster & shrimp spring rolls are like eating little bites of heaven - we had to order seconds! Desserts are not too appealing but the sushi is the best I’ve eaten! Had a lovely birthday and the staff were very friendly and considerate. Will be back again once I’ve saved up!
560 was a memorable fine dining experience! The atmosphere cannot be beat as the restaurant slowly spins to allow you to take in the breathtaking downtown Dallas skyline! The service was impeccable! In regards to the food...there were 4 of us and 2 had outstanding meals.....the quail and vegetarian sushi rolls were. The duck and tempura shrimp were only average. The duck was sold by the waiter as spectacular and upon arrival....it was on the bone, with the skin and very difficult to eat. We order duck alot and even here in Omaha most times it is presented off the bone, no skin and sliced beautifully with many different unique surroundings. This was a big frustrating mess to eat. My tempura shrimp was nothing special, especially for $20. Small and average. You can get much better at any sushi restaurant. Desserts were ok but nothing to rave about. Overall, you should visit at least once because its worth that for sure! But, as far as a return visit......maybe for a celebration but i don't think I could be regular for a guaranteed spectacular experience.
Fantastic experience, went with my sister and brother in law for my and sister’s birthday. The food was delicious, we had the shrimp roll, chicken dumplings and sushi for appetizers. The shrimp roll was so well cooked and the honey spice sauce goes really well with it. For the main course I had a whole red snapper and Atlantic salmon, both were delicious and tasty. Finally we had the chocolate soufflé which was spectacular, I would highly recommend that to anyone, a must try, trust me on it :))
In drinks I tried the scotch Ardbeg which was surprisingly good, a bit strong but nonetheless worth a shot.
The service was incredible, the servers were helpful and gave us good suggestions.
Overall a great experience to celebrate a special occasion with loved ones.
