Waiter was not warm or pleasant felt rushed and he was not engaged
Great experience, wonderful service.
I left a cash tip but while leaving I accidentally forgot my credit card that I paid with. So I was chased down by an employee, which was really nice of her to do, and once I got back to the restaurant the manager was holding my card and asked why didn’t I give my waiter, Rex Robert, a tip? I felt so disrespected that I just walked away without responding. My wife and I came here to celebrate our first anniversary together only to be disrespected. We left Rex Robert over a 25% tip in cash. Never going back just because of this situation we had with the manager on duty.
Excellent views of the Dallas skylines! Very romantic and laid back. A bit expensive for my taste. (Our bill was $130) Great sushi.
The food is pricey for small portion, my salmon and a bowl of steamed rice was $42. But the view was worth every penny.
It was great! It was our first time going there. The service was amazing from each person & the food was delicious. The view is beautiful. If you’re unaware, the floor does move so that you rotate around the ball, however, you don’t even realize you’re moving so don’t be worried about it! It was a bit pricey, but in my opinion it was well worth it.
The wait in the long line at the hostess stand to take the elevator up to the restaurant was the only part of our experience that did not fit. Once at the restaurant, seating was prompt, waitstaff was attentive and friendly, appetizers, entrees and sides were phenomenal. We didn't order dessert as we had our mouths set on the versions listed on the OpenTable menu but there were different offerings. We definitely plan on visiting again!
We had josh and junior... they were both phenomenal waitstaff!!!
Delightful anniversary dinner. Waitstaff was attentive but unobtrusive. Highly recommend to anyone desiring a romantic evening.
It was a let down, nothing about this place or it’s service impressed me.
Food was great - more than we could eat. The dessert menu was a surprise and incredible. A special place for a special meal.
Best anniversary my wife and I have had so far.... Thank you for the awesome views, great time, food and drinks.
James saved our date! Jack was our server and performed exceptionally
it was an awesome experience everyone should give it a try because they will not regret it.
Everything was excellent. We will definitely go back for another special occasion.
The wait staff was personable. They went out of their way to see to our needs.
This was a perfect place to take my girlfriend for a surprise Appreciation dinner. She cried so much and loved every second of it!
No words can describe how amazing this experience was! Excellent, overall!
I went there to propose and I noticed the waiter kept up with my water glass. If you were to know me then that's an impressive job considering how much water I drink. Very happy with them.
Great view and great drinks. Subpar food that is expensive. Great place to grab drinks for a special occasion.
Me and my newly wedded wife had our first honeymoon dinner here on a busy Friday night. First off the climb to 560Ft in the air was in itself captivating. I had put in our reservation about a week ago and was greatly looking forward to the dining experience. We were easily shifted from the main desk at ground level to the host desk up top. We arrived 20 minutes early our reservation was quickly found, and we were led to the lounge while we awaited our seats. The air was filled with a warm sense of awe as the entire restaurant slowly carrousels around the beautiful city of Dallas. As far as the dining experience goes we were soon after sat at our table where our server gave a very thorough backstory about the restaurant. He was very informative. Very formal as well. Everything was amazing, The food was also very unique. Every dish had a very well crafted sauce pairing and just an overall brilliant presentation. Even the servers and runners bringing the food out gave a great explanation of each dish. By far the most unique experience I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend.
Great dinner of the lacquered duck beautifully presented. Relaxed dining with the Dallas skyline slowly moving past your window view. Impeccable service. This is a classy dining environment with good energy level and the ambient noise doesn’t drown out conversation at your table. Highly recommend.
Great service, and delicious food! It was the perfect place for an anniversary dinner!
Ive want to visit this location for years and after the remodel and new opening, i was not disappointed
Great experience as always. Our server was a little on the serious/slightly unfriendly side but not rude or mean. The rest of the staff was amazing. The food was delicious.
Given its location, you cannot beat the view. The food and service here are excellent. You cannot miss with anything on this menu. We had the calamari appetizer and this place takes that to a whole new level. For the entree, I had the quail, which was nice but the portion size was small. Overall, this place is quite expensive for what you get. Still, for a special occasion, it’s hard to beat, if you don’t mind paying a premium for it.
This is our anniversary spot every year. Each time has been fabulous.
Michael was an excellent server. Very informative with menu details. Excellent personality and engaged in a professional but casual conversation. The dinner, Texas Red Fish, was among the best I had ever eaten. My reservations were made for a Thursday evening, very casual setting, good music with a great view of the city.
I was very disappointed with my food i got it cold and they didn't even offer a discount for the problem but everything else was fantastic
The belly fat tuna is one of the best things I’ve ever had!!
We live in New Orleans and when we’re in the Dallas area celebrating, this is our first choice!
Everything was great. But the service was a little bit unsatisfactory. However I would recommend going around during sunset so that you can get the best of the both night and ‘day’
Amazing service, food, view and ambiance. This was a very special treat. Each dish was delicious. We had a wonderful evening celebrating my boyfriends birthday. Hi
Five sixty is a great place to dine for your anniversary.
The food was delicious, I had the NY Strip it was cooked perfectly and worth every penny, also tried Baked Alaska, and Cheesecake both were just as good.
The kind of place you go for the ambiance and for a special occasion. It was 4.50 per soft drink and was charged for refills.
There are a million places with competitive menus in the state for 1/3 the price. You are paying for the cciew if the city here which is a once in a lifetime thing.
It was more than we expected and the view was amazing, though we did wish to be seated near the windows. We loved it!
Absolute garbage of a restaurant. Wish I would have known. Ruined wife's birthday. Thanks
Amazing. Red fish and beef filet with California rolls and drinks. Can’t beat it.
After reading all of the negative reviews I almost cancelled my reservation but I’m glad that I didn’t. I went to celebrate my birthday and everyone was sure to tell me happy birthday. We were seated immediately and were in and out in less than 1 hour. We ordered 2 entrees, 2 glasses of wine, 1 side and 2 desserts and the total after tax (before tip) was $150. The service was good and fast and I felt very taken care of by the staff. My only complaint was the portion size, but the food was tasty and hot.
