We are now Open on Sundays! Come join us at Five Sixty atop Reunion Tower. The skyline’s distinguishing 560-foot landmark with the distinctive glowing ball houses legendary chef Wolfgang Puck’s first fine dining restaurant in the city. Upon ascending 50 stories, diners depart from the elevator at the center of the restaurant. From the moment guests enter, they are greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows that line the restaurant, offering 360-degree views of Dallas as the room revolves. The cuisine draws inspiration from Puck’s renowned signature fine dining restaurants including Spago, Chinois and CUT. Featuring modern fusion of Asian dishes, the menu can be enjoyed in the 150-seat main room or at the restaurant’s two stylish bars: a rotating bar facing outwards so patrons can enjoy the view, and a stationary, ultra-contemporary illuminated glass bar where guests can watch the action at the sushi and robata exhibition kitchen. Wine aficionados will appreciate an extensive wine list.

I'm a Dallas native; one of the few who hadn't visited this restaurant before. I was very disappointed. The hostess asked if we had a special occasion, We did, but that's the last we heard about that. The food was very over priced for the value and the service was very poor. Apparently, I missed the apex of this restaurant's culinary arc. The crowd is generally low rent, which goes with the food and service perfectly. One thing off my bucket list but I won't be back.

Sauces are overpowering and too salty but meats are cooked to perfection. Beautiful restaurant and fantastic views of the city. We had the worst service we’ve ever had this time and drinks were constantly empty. This is always a great place because of the atmosphere, but we’ve had better overall experiences.

The food was delicious and varied! We went for a special occasion and the conversation wasn’t interrupted by the wait staff more than needed., nor was the noise level so loud that we couldnt Hear ourselves. The staff was friendly and professional and courteous. All in all a great night!!

Delicious and outstanding service!
I visit twice a year or so.
Last week, I was there for a special occasion, first dinner after proposing to my girl friend and it was fantastic. Staff made everything comforting and overboard for meeting our needs. I had requested vegetarian option during my online reservation and server had done his research.
Can’t go wrong with Wolfgang Puck.
We had Tempura Avacado Nigiri, Assum Curry, Mushroom Noodles, and Tengerine Alaska for dessert.

We went with my brother and sister in law. He is a meat and potatoes guy, but he liked the filet and loved the fingerling potatoes. The appetizers were a little subdued and the crystal chive dumplings had too many flavors to my taste. The red fish was excellent but the kohlrabi was muddled. The brussels sprouts were too salty for me, as well, but flavorful. Baked Alaska topped it off beautifully.

It was a cold night when we went and the ladies were chilled next to the windows. Great view from all seatings. Valet parking was inexpensive, but if the restaurant is going to frank the ticket anyway, why not just pick up the whole thing instead of leaving $5?

Next time we'll try the sushi and the other entrees we didn't try this time. Glad Dallas has such a nice place.
