About Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck
We are now Open on Sundays! Come join us at Five Sixty atop Reunion Tower. The skyline’s distinguishing 560-foot landmark with the distinctive glowing ball houses legendary chef Wolfgang Puck’s first fine dining restaurant in the city. Upon ascending 50 stories, diners depart from the elevator at the center of the restaurant. From the moment guests enter, they are greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows that line the restaurant, offering 360-degree views of Dallas as the room revolves. The cuisine draws inspiration from Puck’s renowned signature fine dining restaurants including Spago, Chinois and CUT. Featuring modern fusion of Asian dishes, the menu can be enjoyed in the 150-seat main room or at the restaurant’s two stylish bars: a rotating bar facing outwards so patrons can enjoy the view, and a stationary, ultra-contemporary illuminated glass bar where guests can watch the action at the sushi and robata exhibition kitchen. Wine aficionados will appreciate an extensive wine list.

Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck Ratings and Reviews
I'm a Dallas native; one of the few who hadn't visited this restaurant before. I was very disappointed. The hostess asked if we had a special occasion, We did, but that's the last we heard about that. The food was very over priced for the value and the service was very poor. Apparently, I missed the apex of this restaurant's culinary arc. The crowd is generally low rent, which goes with the food and service perfectly. One thing off my bucket list but I won't be back.
The food was delicious and varied! We went for a special occasion and the conversation wasn’t interrupted by the wait staff more than needed., nor was the noise level so loud that we couldnt Hear ourselves. The staff was friendly and professional and courteous. All in all a great night!!
Delicious and outstanding service!
I visit twice a year or so.
Last week, I was there for a special occasion, first dinner after proposing to my girl friend and it was fantastic. Staff made everything comforting and overboard for meeting our needs. I had requested vegetarian option during my online reservation and server had done his research.
Can’t go wrong with Wolfgang Puck.
We had Tempura Avacado Nigiri, Assum Curry, Mushroom Noodles, and Tengerine Alaska for dessert.
We went with my brother and sister in law. He is a meat and potatoes guy, but he liked the filet and loved the fingerling potatoes. The appetizers were a little subdued and the crystal chive dumplings had too many flavors to my taste. The red fish was excellent but the kohlrabi was muddled. The brussels sprouts were too salty for me, as well, but flavorful. Baked Alaska topped it off beautifully.
It was a cold night when we went and the ladies were chilled next to the windows. Great view from all seatings. Valet parking was inexpensive, but if the restaurant is going to frank the ticket anyway, why not just pick up the whole thing instead of leaving $5?
Next time we'll try the sushi and the other entrees we didn't try this time. Glad Dallas has such a nice place.
This is my second time coming to Wolfgang Puck 560. The food was fantastic and our drinks were so good! The service was good. I say good because our waiter was remarkable and our bartender was super friendly, but our other server was quiet and didn't say even crack a smile when I said thank you to him for refilling our cups or handing us our plates. There were also a couple of changes since we last came. Some people were dressed in regular shirts, which I thought was against dress code? Also, they didn't take our coats this time. Now, I'm not the fanciest person around, but I expect for others to follow the dress code and to have a great expereince, if not better than my first. Overall will come here again.
This is our third visit for an anniversary and we love it. The ambience is wonderful as is the view . The menu is always filled with unexpected combinations but we've never failed to be wow'ed by the food. I asked for the bar to surprise me with something interesting and even the drinks are unexpected and amazing. It is pricy but it's also well worth the money. We will be back
Service was impeccable with an extensive wine selection, I definitely recommend and will be making this a regular on my dining list however because we only ordered Sushi I’m unable to provide a higher rating until we return and actually eat something from the menu.
One of the best experiences of my life. I ordered off the vegetarian menu. Usually it's not very impressive when you order vegetarian. But this place goes out of the way to make sure there vegetarian brothers and sisters go home well fed. I love this place and I love these people
The concept was good however the execution was less than one would expect in this setting. Several big misses on the service, combined with food that was, at best, middle of the road means this will be a place I tell people I went to but not a place that I would recommend.
Took my wife to 560 for her birthday. The host and all of the servers acknowledged her birthday. The service was fantastic and it came out really fast. All of the wait staff were incredibly knowledgeable. I saw some reviews stating that the portions were tiny but that was not the case for our dinner. We were stuffed by the end of the meal. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. And of course, the view was awesome.
My wife and I truly enjoyed this restaurant. The scenery was ever changing and beautiful at night. The waiters were informative and professional and attentive to our needs. The food was fantastic. I am typically a very picky eater, but was willing to try their 5-course meal. All the food was prepared perfectly and presented beautifully. We will definitely remember our date high above Dallas for a long time to come.
When making my reservation, on open table, I noted it’s my wife’s 30th birthday. Kind of a big deal birthday. The gentleman that greeted us at the elevator even wished her a happy birthday so they knew it was her birthday obviously. But that info clearly didn’t make it to our server because.
Service was pretty bad. Felt like we were a nuisance to the server. Never felt welcomed.
Food wasn’t anything impressive. Sushi was nothing to brag about. Pretty standard.
The spinning floor wasn’t working that night either, and yes they called me to let me know but I was already at the restaurant, about to head up the elevator.
The thing that bothered me the most was that I was told I couldn’t have a booth because they were expecting several 4 tops and needed the seats for them. Sat at our table for a hour, in view of several booths that never got sat. There were booths all over that sat empty.
Won’t be going back.
Wanted to say something in person but my wife asked me not to.
It was New Year’s Eve so expected a unique experience. Instead of their standard menu they had a preset one which was fine unless you have a seafood allergy because everything contained seafood. Historically when I’ve been to places with a preset menu they at least have two options but this place only had one. They did make accommodations for my guest who had seafood allergies which was good. Everything was going fine until the second course when the server accidentally broke a glass of wine that fell all over the left side of the table all over two of us. Instead of immediately saying “I’m sorry” we were handed napkins to clean up the mess. Two of us had to excuse ourselves to go to the bathroom and clean up the wine we were now wearing. When we got back to the table we got an aside “I’m sorry“ from the server and the dinner continued. Wasn’t till the very end of the dinner that a manager came over and offered their business card to cover any dry-cleaning. While the ambience was fantastic the dinner and service were OK. I just expected more when it came to handling accidents made by the server during this fine dining experience as no additional compensation was offered.
I would recommend this for a one time visit only. The food wasn't that good (except for the sushi) and the portion sizes were really small (except for the filet). The overall bill for 4 came to $250 with tip - note we had no cocktails (2 waters, 1 iced tea and a diet coke). I thought it was really interesting that there were no refills on diet coke - seemed ridiculous for a restaurant in this price range. The best thing of course was the view.
