It was our anniversary, we’d never been here before. The views were spectacular, and our appetizers (Bao Buns and Pork Belly Dumplings) were AMAZING. Unfortunately both our duck and filet came out cold. Definitely not normally one to complain, but at this price it should be coming out warmer than they were. We got new ones, unfortunately still pretty lukewarm but they were warmer than before and still delicious. Service was.. less than stellar. Chad was kind and well spoken, verbiage was spot on (great language training,) however he was inattentive. It felt like we were sitting waiting for him to stop back by for nearly half our meal. I would definitely come back, though I think I would probably request another server’s section.
Food came fast and was delicious as always
Service was perfect
Perfect! My fiancé and I celebrated our engagement. We will definitely be returning for another adventure.
Off to college
We celebrated our 7 year wedding anniversary here and were absolutely thrilled by the meal, the service, the view, the ambiance, everything. Can't wait to return.
They do have dress code so be sure to check that before you go.
Great service. Great food. Great atmosphere. All around a really awesome experience.
The food was not as good as I expected but the ambiance was nice. Love the view of the city.
The whole experience was one to remember and would do it again in the future.
Too many tourists. Staff did a poor job of controlling loud customers and rowdy kids.
The Duck and a lamb chop is one of the best if not the best I ever eaten. Chef needs to bring back the sausage fried rice! The beef rice didn’t wow. The calamari was A for presentation but D for taste. Calamari was extremely chewy and hard to eat. The dessert (baked Alaska) contain white chocolate cake and guava sorbet was just Ok but would not try again. The dessert flavor just didn’t work. The service was impeccable and environment amazing. Be prepared to spend $110 per person without tip if you get 3 courses with 1 drink but it’s a memorable experience that’s worth it.
Very good evening. My only complaint was the purée and lobster pronges were cold. Drinks were excellent. Great service.
Celebrating graduation tonight with a great dinner and excellent service!
Service and food was fantastic. I will be returning!
5 years ago I told my wife (then my girlfriend) that I would take her to the Reunion Tower one day. January 8th she joined the magnificent "30 Club" and what better time to go than her 30th birthday? From the moment I confirmed the reservation via phone until the moment we left, the experience was nothing short of amazing! Each member greeted my wife and wished her a happy birthday, the servers were very pleasant, the ambiance was wonderful, the view was amazing, the food was touched by an angel and the price did not break the bank. I would definitely recommend visiting the Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck to everyone.
Great experience, will return soon!! Amazing service and staff.
Our waitress came close to completely ruining my dining experience at 560. Her attitude was unpleasant borderline rude. She took our appetizer order. She seemed irritated and bothered that I had decided to have a drink after my husband and daughter received theirs. She took entre orders from my husband and daughter, but she walked off before I had finished placing my dinner and side dishes request. From our table, she quickly jumped to customers seated in the booth behind ours. So I had to twist and strain my neck over my right shoulder to tell her that I had not finished placing my order. Instead of coming back to our table, she forced me to tell her what side dishes I wanted as she stood at the table behind ours. It was awkward and stressful to be treated as though I was completely invisible. I did not take her rude behavior personally. I simply thought she was just bad at her job. The restaurant was not as crowded as we have seen it before so I can't say that she was being slammed with customers. This woman should leave 560 and go to work at Denny's or Applebee's. But then I have received better service at those two places. This happened on the night of January 7, 2019. We were there at 6:30 pm until approximately 9:00 pm. The food was excellent as usual.
Everything we ordered was outstanding.
I felt the waiter rushed us a bit and made us order everything at once so as to “course it out”
However, everything came out fast ... too close together
That was only downside
Views and table were amazing
Hostesses and bussers were awesome as well
The food was delicious but obviously small portions. The view is incredible. I recommend going at sunset if possible. Wait staff was attentive but a little scatterbrained. Overall a very good experience.
Extremely pricey for what you get. I ordered quail and expected to and got 5 "quail" wings without sides for $57. Had to stop on the way home to get full. Service and atmosphere is excellent.
This is our favorite Dallas restaurant. We eat here every 2-3 months. The service is impeccable. The food always interesting. The views wonderful.
Classy restaurant with delicious food and a fantastic view! Did I mention the food was delicious?
The food doesn’t taste good and it’s overpriced
Dress code was not enforced. Don’t have a dress code if you are not going to enforce it.
Outstanding experience, food and the waitstaff were excellent!
Loved this restaurant went for my 30th Birthday, view was amazing and food was so tasty! Will be going back for sure
Celebrated our anniversary and everyone congratulated us and seemed sincere. The food was fantastic, served at the correct time with no rushing or wait. All the food from appetizer to dessert was delicious and beautifully plated. Our server was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure we understood all options and made suggestions. The staff was never overbearing but always present when needed. The sunset view was beautiful.
Awesome food and company
The waiter was very very Proffessional and did an excellent job . We ordered steak , and lamb chop the lam chop was not that good . We had to wait like 15 minutes before be seated . Great view .
Overall very good experience will come again
It’s just so-so...the decor & finishes are very dated & need to be refreshed. The food is good but nothing spectacular. The view is nice & the rotation is cool, but overall everything needs improvement.
My husband and I were disappointed with the wait time from our starter to our main course. Portions were so small for the price. Spend $130 and left starving. Never again.
Loved the ambience and the food. Beautiful Sunset as we started our dinner and then fade to black as we finished. Outstanding sushi and steak.
My wife and I went for our anniversary and literally everything was perfect. Thank you so much!
Worst 550$ I’ve ever spent - I have ate at some of the most high end places around. Portions were way too small, understand it was a tasting menu but was hardly any food. Normal menu (which we have had) is great and would have been a good option... better option for us. It was frustrating to spend a lot of money and have to order room service food at our hotel afterwards. Also - turn the lights off inside next year during the New Years fireworks.
Main course was chewy and fatty filet. Small portions. Not worth the value paid.
Happy New Year!
We had the New Years Eve set menus with wine pairing and it was fantastic!! Amazing views and great food. Really enjoyed the experience. It is spendy but worth what you pay for!
Just in town
