   The wait was too long for having a reservation(30-45min). Good environment, staff was polite and attentive. The ribeye steak was excellent. My boyfriend got the ribs, but didn’t care for them, so he barely touched his plate. He did however eat most of the onion rings!

   Food was delicious, as always. Best steaks in town. We tried the wasabi mashed potatoes and they were a hit. Drinks were great. Service was top notch. Noise level was a little high...there was a table of 4(!) next to us that was having a very good time. It was all good though.

    I thought the experience was average for a restaurant in this price range. Service was rushed as every course was brought before we had finished the previous course. My ribeye had quite a bit of fat and gristle that couldn’t be chewed. For my money Eddie Martini’s is a better experience and not to much more money.

    We enjoyed ourselves immensely. I was on a date and made the suggestion to go to the steakhouse because I had been there several times. The bar staff and especially the waitress were terrific! I wanted to make a good impression for our first date and the 5 o'clock Steakhouse did not disappoint us!

    Other than being seated a very small table everything was terrific. The food and Joanie our server was terrific as always. See you again.

    Wasn’t a fan of the signature seasoning/char on the steaks. It made every bite taste burnt. I would rather have optional seasonings to add.

    My boyfriend and I both celebrated our birthdays. Our server was pleasant, the cocktails and food were tasty. If you’re looking for a WI supper club I would highly recommend dining here. I wasn’t a huge fan of how noisy the atmosphere was, with that being said, I didn’t see any empty seats in house!

    I personally am not a steak fan, if I eat it, I prefer no pink which doesn't fly here! It was our anniversary and I knew my husband liked this place and talked about it somewhat recently so I bit the bullet and made reservations. My (medium well plus) bacon wrapped filet was amazing. We split the baked potato which was huge and the bread was delish too. I ordered the moscow mule and tiramisu matrini and my husband ordered old fashioneds and they were all really good as well. Our server was fantastic, attentive, nice, funny and made our experience even better. She even brought out a key lime cheesecake slice at the end of our meal for our anniversary. That was really good as well!

    Seems the OpenTable reservations are never reserving tables in the main dining room. Always instead give the best view of the line for the bathrooms

    Very well run establishment. Food and service are always top notch! You don’t find many restaurants around that bring back the old school feeling and Five O’clock knocks that out of the park!!

    First time here after living my entire life in the Milwaukee area. Decided to give it a try. Overall it was good but there are a couple of things that stood out. 1) It's quite expensive for what you get in terms of food. The food was good (I had an 8oz Filet) but I've had better at Mo's for example and the prices are similar. 2) Sitting at the bar for about 20-30 minutes beyond your reservation time is not what I was expecting. Your waiter or waitress checks in with you there multiple times after you have some drinks (it seems that their tactic is to keep you buying expensive drinks for as long as possible. You actually order your food before you get seated at your table which is different. The staff I would say is outstanding. They are very attentive and provide you with lots of information about the restaurant, food and other information along the way. Given that the surrounding neighborhood is not great it's good to see that they have isolated valet parking which is "free". Overall I enjoyed our time there and the meal and will be back.

    There is only one Five O’Clock Steak house. It’s not another cookie cutter steak house. Food was fantastic and service was great, even though the place was packed. I’ve eaten at several of the top tier steak houses in Chicago and Milwaukee and there is just something special and truly authentic about this one. Real people serving fantastic food in a classic style.

    Food was terrible overall. The steak was okay for what it was. The shrimp was not good, very overpriced. The baked potato was very old. It was so busy that the staff have hardly any time to interact with you. The dessert was mushy and bitter. So expensive for not good food. You can’t hear anything in the restaurant because the music is so loud. Valet is nice and the staff is nice but overworked.

    Haven’t eaten here in many years. Used to be my favorite steakhouse. Overall filet was still quality. Unfortunately it came out Luke warm and the “gravy” that came with the steak seemed different than I remembered. Not as much flavor as previous years. Overall was still very good but not as good as I remembered it.

    The 5 o’clock steakhouse is our go to for special occasions. This particular time, we were celebrating my son’s 16th birthday. The food is always excellent, the service is always superb, and the atmosphere is always warm and inviting and traditional Wisconsin supper club worth the money every single time.
