Don't go! Waited 30 minutes past our reservation. Never got seated. We left. While waiting heard numerous complaints about slow service. Owner overbooks and doesn't have enough staff. Won't go back.
There are not enough waiters and we had to flag our waiter down several times. Had to wait long periods of time to place drink order, place dinner order, and finally get the meal served. We were a party of 6, and the food was inconsistent as 2 of our friends were very disappointed with their meals; one with the seared tuna and the other with the octopus. While the wait staff tried to do their best, the place is clearly understaffed.
We spent $150 on sushi expecting it to be fresh; 2 rolls
Tasted old so we left it. Disappointed since last year we
Had a great meal there.
Pretty location but food was poor quality and service was sub standard. When our party of 4 finally flagged down a manager, he brought our check and did give us a 10% reduction. But the meal was pretty much ruined by then.
Best lobster sushi I ever had.. made by chief
Tourist trap. Way too expensive. Food was average
Too expensive. Food not up to standard for the price. Service was good, attentive, however.
Restaurant is really nice but waiter I had was totally clueless.
Food was wonderful. Great outdoor dining experience. Service is wonderful!
Outside table with well prepared fish. delicious. Service was good but not obtrusive
Great location, good food, but, having a single bartender service the entire restaurant is a little overwhelming for any employee
Seated quickly. Service was extremely slow, food was like warm at best and soggy, as if it had sat under a heat lamp for to long.
Spotty service. Slow delivery. Unavailable menu items.
Very popular restaurant specializing in fish, sushi and steak. Indoor and outdoor waterside seating. Busy bar area, large menu, decent wine selection.
Not enough staff. Service was terrible as they were so busy. We enjoyed our meal a couple weeks ago but would not return after the latest experience.
Nice place to go for dinner, but a bit overpriced. Unfortunately, we came for Valentines dinner, had to wait for food for min 50min, and they sat next to us 2 guys, in shorts and flip flops who just came from fishing trip, so ambiance was nothing like Valentines celebration:(
We have been here before last year on vacation and enjoyed it. Went this year for Valentine’s Day. We were appropriately dressed and on time, but pretty much ignored after our arrival. Waited an hour for our food (we each ordered pasta). Never were offered second drink. Polite staff, just inattentive.
Black Grouper was over cooked. The restaurant seemed to be under staffed. It took a long time to order drinks. They also didn’t have our open table reservation. Had to pull it up on my cell phone. Probably won’t go back
Special Shrimp appetizer for evening- shrimp was served raw. Sent back to have it cooked.
It took an hour and twenty minutes to serve main course.
Busy place, I guess they had an off night. Too many great restaurants in Naples to waste time returning to it.
Ordered - took them 20 + minutes to get us our appetizer, then another 20 + to bring the entrees after they cleared the appetizer. Not the fault of the waiter (Michael) who was outstanding. Granted it was Valentines Day, but it was no busier than a weekend night in season. Food was average at best.
I purposely requested this waterfront restaurant for guests coming in from Boston. They completely ignored my request and seated us inside at a table for 6. The special thing about Naples is the outdoor seating. We see plenty of indoor dining in Boston. The gentleman at the podium was pretty rude when we arrived and informed us they had nothing to do with valet parking when I politely asked if they validated tickets. The lobster ravioli was congealed it was so cold. No "scallops and lobster" in the sauce. A few crunchy bites of lobster shells in the sauce. I didn't send it back because I wanted to eat with my friends. Others agreed that the meals were just okay. We won't be coming back. Very disappointed as it had been one of our favorites.
You need a bib and some tools to accompany the lobster diavolo. It's tasty but messy it would be better with a white sauce and with most if not all the lobster shelled. Even then a bowl of water with lemon should be served so patrons can clean their hands.
Lovely Valentine’s Day dinner with friends. Sat outside on the bay. Everyone enjoyed their fish, scampi, sushi dinners. Long-stem rose, nearby harp and complimentary photos at The Village added to evening.
Love eating outside
We joined another couple at Fish to celebrate this years Valentines Day after having had many excellent Happy Hours there over the past months. That was a very wrong assumption to make as our lunch was far from what we had expected. In a word it was dreadful on all counts but one. The only saving grace being its location. The soup of the day that was touted as a melange of sausage and roasted vegetables looked more like a brown gruel consisting of beans and corn with an unidentifiable protein and absence of anything that resembled a roasted vegetable let alone vegetables. The crunchy tuna roll looked and tasted tired, a far cry from what we have experienced at Happy Hour. The dish sadly even arrived unadorned with the customary wasabi rosette. And we’re still trying to find out what was in the fish tempura roll and it’s source to make it so dry and unappealing on the palate and plate. Looks like it’s time to fish elsewhere in Naples for lunch and now Happy Hour as well.
Great view. Hostess seemed out of sorts on Valentine's Day, but that did not stop us from enjoying our lunch.
Food and drinks were amazing! Just a little disappointed when the managers have no clue what is going on, but the servers are top notch. Let your server know he/she will have a table with a bottle of wine before they get seated, don’t forget about it. The food was phenomenal, Mike was a great server, but management disappointed me. I highly recommend the blackened grouper and the artichoke hearts...to die for!
Four different main courses ordered and all were terrific. Michael the server was knowledgeable and responsive. Weather was lousy but the experience was great.
Always great food and service. Beautiful setting.
They did not have my Open Table Reservation and was about to turn us away when he decided to search by my email address and found it. Then we were seated in a not so great table - when we asked for a better one they agreed this would be ok. I ordered shrimp cocktail which arrived slightly warm rather than crispy cold... also my main course salad was small and very uninviting. Now, my husbands meal was delicious!
Service was very slow; food was not eatable! was told they would give us coffee and desert to make up. did not want to credit bill for the food.
overall not a good experience.
Made a reservation for outside but were seated inside. Service was absolutely horrible. Food was just ok.
Remains one of our favs. Our guest did not care for short rib ravioli but why order THAT at a restaurant named FISH?
Tuna was overpriced and bland. Avoid! Server was inexperienced. He was unfamiliar with beer list and recommended an IPA that turned out to be a lager
I will not Rush back here.
We have been to Fish several times in the past. This was our first visit this year and we were somewhat disappointed. Prices have increased quite bit and we felt hurried. Tuna tartare was good, calamari was tender but something was missing just not as good as in the past.
Great fish at Fish! Outstanding wines by the glass and reasonably priced. Branzino was great. Salomon was good. Great sitting outdoors.
Excellent food, drinks and service.
Short notice for a reservation so we did not get the best location
Food was excellent
Sit outside. Great water view. Service was fast and friendly. Food was quite good.
Service, food and ambiance was outstanding!
