Firkin on Harbour
Stop in next time you're in town to check out your favourite sports team or watch the game in comfort and style on one of our many wide screen televisions!
We feature a waterfall-facing patio for those that want to soak up some sun and a pool table if you need a break.
If you really want to see what we're all about meet us at the North West corner of Yonge and Queens Quay, and never mind the pronunciation.
Fish and chips and shepherd's pie were amazing!
Great place for a lunchtime catch-up with an old friend. Server was friendly and helpful, atmosphere relaxed.
Food is pretty mediocre, but it'll do in a pinch. Drink prices aren't bad though.
Overall a great experience by all our guests. I would definitely recommend this stop to anyone. Food was very tasteful, hot and quick.
Food was great. Highly recommend the Spinach, mushroom Penne :-) And, my guest really liked the veggie burger. Service is always friendly and timely. A bit loud - had to speak up.
Victoria was our server. She was friendly, polite and got us everything we wanted quickly and she checked in often enough. We got our bill as requested so we made the KISS concert on time. It was wings night and they were tasty and hot. Appetizers and salad were the right temperature and savory as well. It's not a quiet place at 6 p.m. but it wasn't unbearably loud either. I'll come back again when attending shows or games.
It wasn't very busy and sat in a booth. waiter was attentive and we were very slow to order (lots of catching up to do) but he was OK with it and we didn't feel rushed. Food was good and waiter was attentive for drink refills.
Fast, friendly service and good food on a very busy night when most of the guests were going to a concert that night. I would have given a better score if there wasn't people standing in the ailes drinking.
Staff was great, awesome authentic food and fun games.
The experience was enjoyable. I was at the restaurant earlier than my reservation and sat at the bar. The gentlemen beside me were not enjoyable to listen to as they were becoming loud and intoxicated.
Ordered the Buffalo Chicken Spuds. Was surprised and slightly disappointed that it was buffalo chicken served over fries rather than actual pieces of potato, but it was good nonetheless. The Old Willies Chips and Dip or whatever its called is friggin awesome. Definitely will come back next time I'm in Toronto
Great and friendly service.
Food was very tasty, although I was disappointed that the turkey burgers have been removed from the menu. Reservation was well handled (made on line)
Live band on saturday night was a nice touch!
Hit this pub before Leafs game. Was surprised to be able to secure a reservation same day. This might be the best kept secret. Highly recommend this pub!
Good time. Pre Leaf game and enjoyable.
Food selection was acceptable
Rib appetizer came out raw. Told the guy ( not the server). Took away and that was it. Was still on the bill. Server was nice but couldn’t handle volume. Food soso. Not going back.
On a very busy night the service was very attentive, well done!
Great spot. Food is always good, and service is outstanding. It is my go to restaurant for pre and post events at the Scotiabank Arena.
Waiting time for drinks was too long. Waited 15 min for waitress to order our drinks and another 10 to find out that they run out of beer we have ordered.
On menu in app it said that house wine is on special on Friday, yet once bill came we had to pay full price.
Waitress wasn’t paying attention, really difficult to get her hold of her.
Will think twice if I will consider going there again.
With the idea of ordering 5 appi's before a BB game, we left feeling disappointed and ripped off. For just over $100, two of us had a couple of beers each and a bunch of tortilla chips. The appetizers arrived quickly enough, however our mistake was to order 3 items that had copious amounts of chips. Two issues annoyed me with our per-functionary waiter - first, we were sure our waiter had just smoked a dub while on break and the second was that he didn't point out that we would be getting a lot chips with what we ordered. When I mentioned it at the end of the meal, only then did he note that he should have pointed that out. I know... first world problems, but I won't be spending any time nor money and a Furkin for a long while.
Food was great, there were some rowdies in the dining area that were a little disturbing to our dining experience. Nothing the restaurant could do about it
Always a reliable spot
Overall the food and most of the staff were great, however our server was fairly rude to us at the start of our meal, we were a younger group and my only guess is she thought she would get cheaped on a tip but once we ordered $100+ of food and drinks I guess she figured that wasn’t the case and I found her overall attitude a bit more pleasant. Not to say this is what she meant to do, just something I happened to notice. Desserts were unique and yummy!
Always a good spot for a decent meal. Service is always friendly and efficient.
Service was outstanding as we sat at a high top on the window. The food was very good - a chicken bowl for me and a flatbread pizza for my friend. I was disappointed to see that the Turkey burger had been removed from the menu.
Everything was just very mediocre. I got a burger, it was just okay. The fries tasted like frozen fries you get from the grocery store. My girlfriend got the Shepherds Pie, that was actually quite good! The service was not attentive at all... went extremely long periods of time without being checked on and the place was totally dead, not busy in the slightest. Overall a relatively expensive meal and not worth the money at all.
Great food. Had a great time.
Wait staff was good. Food was ok but not great. Not really any healthy options here.
Had a really nice time, went during a quiet time which was great for me. Food was surprisingly good and would go back again.
Great spot for a quick bite before a concert...service was outstanding!
Food is always good. Atmosphere is better. Really great service always. Regular dinner spot before hitting an event at the Scotia Centre aka ACC.
Very good food and friendly staff. Wide selection of food so it should be easy to find something for all tastes. The shepherds pie was excellent. Only down side was I didn’t have room for desert :) The patio is nice but a bit noisy from street traffic, however the fountain nearby helps to cover most of that. I will go back.
Great patio! Close to all the Toronto attractions... Jays, Raptors, concerts etc
We enjoyed our dining experience at Firkin and Harbor. Would recommend to others for sure
Was a very busy evening at the Firkin on Harbour with many concert goers. We were shown to our table promptly but not acknowledged by wait staff for approximately 10 min.
Our server when hailed over practically tossed coasters at us. Very rude. No offers of drink refills etc.
Great choice for before an event at Scotiabank Place (ACC).
Excellent location. Good daily specials. Friendly staff.
We had dinner after a function at the ACC. It was easy walking distance and had a great menu with lots of variety. We would dine there again when We're next in the area.
Great location, food, English atmosphere and staff. Will definitely visit again :)
