We enjoy dining there, it's either quiet to moderate level of noise. The service is usually very good only once since the 9x (we only have been going to FireRock the last 2.5 years) we have been there we had to wait for the server to return to ask us if we needed anything else, because we did and by then we were close to finishing our meal.

Went to Firerock for NYE dinner in lounge. Service, food, drinks were great. They weren’t too busy so they even allowed us to play a game of dominoes at our table! We enjoyed the whole experience very much!

The table was ready when we arrived. The server was professional and friendly and the food was excellent. We tried the Cajun rib eye and it was cooked perfectly. We really enjoyed the experience

We had THE best server we have ever had at, "Firerock"! She was very nice and attentive, great server! I also tried the Mahi Piccata, it was so good I wanted to lick my plate!! I also had an Italian lemon cream cake with Rasberry sorbet, the cake was good, but the sorbet was amazing!

Michele was our waitress she took her order someone else brought our food she didn’t check back to see how things were. When she came to bring the check she dropped something out of her pocket we pointed it out to her and she said it sugar I didn’t drop it we had no sugar at our table. We explained to her my meat was overcooked and the macaroni and cheese tasted like it was powder cheese that did not dissolve and she said oh left the table returned with our bill and that was it. Not let me have the manager talk to you let’s see what we can do, now I know why we don’t come there

We were greeted when we walked in a few minutes early for our reservation and were seated quickly. Our server was very friendly. There was a bit of time between when we ordered and when we received our drinks but it wasn’t a big deal, we weren’t in a hurry. The food was very good and very reasonably priced. My steak was cooked exactly the way I asked for it and my husband’s steak was exactly the way he wanted it. We have been going to mostly higher end steak houses when we feel like having steak. This was the first time in a long time that my steak was cooked properly (medium rare) on the first try and it was less than half the price. An appetizer, two glasses of wine, one cocktail and two complete steak dinners only cost $65.00. It’s not fancy but it’s very comfortable and the service by everyone was very good. This was our first visit and we will definitely be coming back.

The food was delectable and I think that French onion soup was the best I've ever tasted. Nice rub on bourbon steak as well! I tasted the wings and Brussels sprouts as well and I was pleasantly surprised by both!

This is one of our favorite places to eat. The food is always great. So glad they are open.

Our waitress made our visit worth the trip. Food was okay in an otherwise noisy bar environment but Chassy (I believe that was her name & spelling) was great, engaging and on top of the service.

We made reservations for 3 pm. So there weren't many in the restaurant when we arrived. Just like we like it. Private indoor dining. We had the back room all to ourselves. The meal was delicious. The service was great. It's a keeper.
