FireRock Steakhouse - Las Vegas
Whether you are new to FireRock Steakhouse or a long-standing customer, we look forward to seeing you soon!
Great restaurant. The food is good and the service is always top notch.
The seared ahi appetizer is my favorite, the wasabi and hosin sauces pair so well. Steaks are always cooked perfectly. FireRock never disappoints
Noisy, but as usual the food and service were outstanding for our 45th anniversary. We will be back!
Good meal, great service
This is the best steakhouse in las vegas. Food is always good and plentiful. Staff is always on top of their job.
Our server, Brenda, was wonderful!
The Mahi was ok, but could have been fresher. The sauce was really good. The spaghetti was also really good and the pasta was aldente. The bread served with the spaghetti was really good as well as the bread first served.
The server was pleasant and really tried to be as attentive as she could. We did have to wait on a water refill, but she was really busy so it wasn't a deal breaker. As a suggestion, we saw another server go by with a pitcher of water, but didn't even look to see if anyone needed water, so we suggest servers with water pitchers look at all tables in their path to address this.
The food was quite good, however the quality of food is available at much better prices in Las Vegas. The dining room was loud even though we went later in the evening and it wasn’t that busy. The proximity of the dining room to the poker machine bar made it unappealing for a dinner date with my girlfriend. The server was very good. At the price point there are much better restaurants in the area that offer a much better dining experience.
The food was good and the ambiance was nice. The noise level was outrageous, but once one table of customers left, it was alright. Our waiter has room for improvement. He came to our table in a rush and left even in a bigger hurry. He would ask if there was anything we needed and if just one person said no, he was off in a flash; not even waiting for anyone else to say something.
We have been to the FireRock in the past and we even recommended you to our Financial Advisor to have his financial dinner meeting, last year. He absolutely loved and said his next trip to Las Vegas would include eating at the FireRock. We will definitely be back.
We go there quite often celebrate different events in our life birthdays anniversaries. But this was the first time our server went missing for quite some time and when I food came out it was kind of cold. Maybe she was just having an off night
My husband and I eat here all the time, but this time my friend and I went on a lunch date and the food was very dry. I normally get a patty melt, however the patty was well done and not medium well, as requested. The bread was toasted to a crisp and it crumbled upon biting. I had a Caesar salad as well, which did not come with croutons (and normally does.)
Only good thing about the situation was the short wait time
Usually good service. The night we went we did not have follow-up with our food. Waited for waitress to come back to check on drinks, never came. Still, the food was good. Just seemed to be off the night we went.
Very great food and atmosphere. The servers were polite and very friendly.
We have always had good service and good food. This time it was way too loud and our server left without notifying us, making others wait on us. We had to wait on the dinner of one person in our party after everyone else was served. When she received her dinner, our dinners were cold. Then 2 different people brought us our check. Not our best experience, but hopefully next time will be better.
Our server Janet was wonderful. She was always ready to do whatever with a smile. Food was hot and very tasty.
Waited 20 mins even with a reservation. I ordered the salmon and it was good however having 6 large and 3 small bones was not the norm which caused a disappointment in the meal.
Was there for my Dad's 90th Birthday! It eas fun good table but it took a very long time to get the main dish food. I think we waited 45 minutes too long. The Birthday cake was great and fun.
This was my second visit to Fire Rock. The first time the service was so slow by the time I got my meal I was ready to leave. The food quality on our first visit was okay overall, good enough for us to give them another try. Our second attempt was even worse! Bad service, poor quality food, no reason to go back a third time.
This was the first time dining there, and I look forward to returning again
The seating staff was great. The waiter was good also but sometimes he would disappear for a long period of time. For a steakhouse I would have expected a little more flavor on the steak and the steak was a bit over cooked. The sides came out way after the entree which was a bit of a disappointment.
It was very busy despite our early reservation at 5:30. The hostess desk seemed unorganized and not very friendly. Our server was friendly but obviously quite busy and rushed. She did not appear very often. Drinks were good and the stuffed mushrooms appetizer were a little unsightly (flattened shrooms with the stuffing placed on top, only a couple were "stuffed") yet tasty. The blackened snapper was waaaaay overcooked and quite tough to cut through. The veggies as well as the cheddar potatoes, which were just mashed potatoes sans any cheese were both cold. Took most of the meal home in order to make a fish salad from the snapper and to reheat the potatoes and veggies. The lemon custard cake with raspberry sorbet was our dessert. The cake was delicious. The sorbet wasn't scooped -- just a few chunk-like pieces on the side. Inconsistent service throughout.
Good for everyday dinner
When I got to fire rock steak house they seated us right away! Despite the fact that some of the party guest that we had did not show up on time. A few people still was seated at that table waiting for more than ten minutes before even being acknowledged by someone. Finally our waitress for the night arrived and got us some drink then we order appetizers. After appetizers our waitress was no where to be found to order the main course. Soon we order. Then our food took more than one hour to arrive! No kidding I had to check my snap chat for the last time I posted which was when we order the food and it said one hour ago. I would not recommend that place to anyone.
My friends and I always get the same thing when we come. It’s the steak with Cajun butter. It’s to die for. The bread the serve is delicious. All food and sides are amazing.
We go here often. However, we decided to make a reservation for this visit as it was on a Friday just after New Year's celebrations, and we were bringing friends from out of town. So glad we did! We were able to go right in with a lobby full of those who had not made reservations. The only reason I didn't put 5 stars is that we'd asked for a booth in the reservation. And, a booth was available, but they decided to seat us at a table instead and told us there wasn't a booth. My husband saw the booth, and they did correct and give us what we'd asked for. But, we had to ask. As someone who had worked in the Customer Service business for 25 years, those little things mean a lot.
It was also VERY noisy, but to be expected with such a crowd. We will go back, but think we'll stick to "off hours" in order to get the best service and ambiance.
It was very busy, many large tables. The service was great and the food was very good.
Normally I would have to say that the food and service are always pretty good but this New Year’s eve was especially fun and it seems like they stepped up their game even though there were a lot of people there. We didn’t feel crowded or rushed. The food was hot and served on time and the service was excellent. Congratulations to the chef for accommodating eight people and getting all the food out on time and pot and cook to perfection. Our waiter was so friendly and so nice we had such a good time thank you will be back for sure
My steak was not cooked as requested. The steaks for other individuals In our party were tough and chewy. The waitress was too busy and did not check back to see how dinner was until rest of dinner had been eaten. The only good thing about the dinner were the dinner rolls which were very good
Our party of six on New Year's eve was seated promptly (we had reservations via Open Table) in a side room that was quieter than the main dining area, which we appreciated. Given how busy it was, our server did a very good job. The food was good with a few minor complaints--the Centennial Special sirloin steaks were flavorful, but really tough; the pecan maple crusted pork medallions were delicious, but somewhat overcooked, however, the pork chop and beer can chicken were both excellent. The baked potatoes were on the verge of getting cold when served (wrapping in foil would have helped) but again, it was a super busy night, so we weren't critical. The creme brûlée was great! Love the decor and atmosphere of this place and will definitely come back again, but maybe order one of the better steaks.
We came here on New Year's Eve around 6pm with a party of 7 people. The place was filled to capacity with hungry meat-eaters. We were seated within about 5 or 10 minutes since we had a reservation. Our server (I wish I remembered her name) was super-friendly and attentive. They immediately brought their incredible piping-hot bread to the table. Wow! The bread is outrageous!! Our appetizers came out quickly and were quite good. I had the Cajun Ribeye. Excellent!! That will be my go-to when we come back. Others got the sirloin or the prime rib. Everybody scored a great meal....Except my wife. She was the only that didn't order meat. Her salmon was way overcooked. We told our server and within 10 minutes, they brought out a new salmon. And it was cold and undercooked in the middle. I had ordered the 16-oz ribeye so I happily shared my steak with her and all was good. So I knock one star from a perfect rating due to the difficulty on the salmon. But we will definitely come back as the rest of the food and the service were excellent!
Love atmosphere and taste along with senior citizen prices! We can afford to go to a nice place and feel we can afford it! Love love love it!! Service also excellent! Parking easy too.
Worst food ever
Food came cold had to return
Taste was awful
Always great food. Sometimes the wait for a table seems a bit longer even with a reservation.
Amazing! This place was amazing! The food was absolutely delicious - from the house bread to the steak entrees, even the kids meals! We loved everything about this place, the ambiance, the food, service - we cannot recommend this place enough and we will definitely go back!
The food and drink was excellent and the service was super. " Ace" the bartender the server "Lisa" were the best.
Food was great. Miranda displayed exceptional service. Overall a great experience
Dinner was great, but steak was not that juicy as I would of thought, it was a little on the dry side but by far I will come back to try other things.
My steak salad was medium rare as ordered, but my husbands ribeye was medium...not medium rare. It was busy and our waitress was great, but we had to wait for her to come over because she had so many tables that she was taking care of! Charging extra for a dinner salad is always an annoyance for us!
