The food was good - authentic Florence style Italian. Unfortunately, it took quite a while to get served. It seemed they were one person short. Bartender finally served us, and was very congenial. It is a little loud, but a good date night option.

What a wonderful restaurant. Food was superb, service was delightful, and we loved the by the glass wine list. We stuffed ourselves silly, and enjoyed a relaxing and romantic two hour dinner!

Tried them out for restaurant week. Was happy so decided to go back and check out their regular menu. Was not disappointed. Great food and service. Ample servings. Great wine list if you like higher end Vino.

My husband and I dined here for his birthday. The service and food were excellent. There are still several things on the menu we want to try, so we will definitely return. While not small we felt the ambiance was cozy and friendly.

Wonderful food, beautifully prepared and served in a great setting. What's not to like?

The ambiance was superb, and both the service and food were impeccable! The prices were very reasonable. For purely selfish reasons I hope this places doesn’t get too popular! We are already looking forward to our next experience!

A very good authentic Italian restaurant. However the kitchen was very slow (almost a 30 minute wait between finishing our appetizers and getting the entrees.)

I dine regularly at the downstairs at Parisi's. It is always outstanding with great service. For some reason this restaurant is not listed in the top one or two in denver, however in this Italians opinion it is the best and most authentic. Love it always.

Been wanting to go to this restaurant for a long time. We went during Restaurant Week, it was great but I think k sometimes you don't get the full feel of Restauranr during this time. Food was great service great, but crudites seemed like pulled out of bottom of my fridge. I will go back for sure.

The ribollito was very tasty and warming, excellent. The pappardelle with beef "tenderloin" was tasty and the noodles' texture was sublime, although it wasn't tenderloin. The server was very good. The only distraction was the terrible panna cotta - way, way too much gelatin!! It should be "barely set" and creamy, not a rubber ball! Go for the food, skip the dessert.

We went for restaurant week and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We've found you have to look at the menus unless you want a plate full of kale and beets. The menu here was varied and everything we tried was first rate. Great food and service.

We had been wanting to try this place for a while and Denver Restaurant week was the perfect reason. Everything was amazing. The service, the food, and the atmosphere. Despite being a busy night the waiter allowed (almost encouraged) us to take our time and enjoy each course. The food was hearty with the most amazing yet simple flavors. We will be back!

We had such a lovely time here for Denver Restaurant Week. The menu they offered was hard to pick and choose because everything looked so delicious. We started with the barrata and beet raviolis, moved onto the papparadelle and filet. Everything was perfectly cooked and plated. The service was equally as excellent! The server was attentive and stopped by just enough to make sure that we were happy and enjoying ourselves. It was a nice and intimate restaurant. I'd highly suggest for a date or a place to catch up with friends/family!

My girlfriend and I enjoyed dinner here as part of Restaurant Week. The restaurant is located in a basement somewhat styled after a wine cellar. The seating is well-spaced, and I never felt crowded nor subject to excessive noise.

Our waiter was an Italian gentleman with a thick accent. Perfect. The service was prompt and hospitable throughout the evening. We received gratis bread and oil, as well as dipping vegetables with oil and salt. Our wine and cocktails were delicious and a good value.

The food itself demonstrated mastery of the rudiments with some fun twists, but was not particularly groundbreaking. The courses were mostly traditional, which is exactly what we wanted. My filet mignon was perfectly cooked, our homemade pasta was al dente, and not a single dish was lacking in flavor. All six of our plates were sent back scraped clean, which our waiter noted was "the highest compliment to a chef". That was our intention. This is Italian food done very well.

If a mostly traditional Italian menu is what you seek, come here with high expectations and leave satisfied. We will be returning.

My husband and I had a reservation for dinner during restaurant week. The restaurant was pretty busy, but the service was great and the food was wonderful. There were many options to choose from, and many looked great. We were both happy with the dishes that we ordered and had plenty to take home for leftovers. Our server was very attentive throughout our entire dinner. We will definitely make a return visit.

Very charming, comy restraurnt. It is located downstairs and the location and decor give it an authentic feel as does the servers speaking Italian. Food was excellent. We had a leisurely dinner and there was no pressure to vacate the table. It was like dining in Italy.

So incredibly amazing!! I knew of this place but had never eaten here before. No matter where you are coming from, it is worth the drive! Chef is from Italy and rotates the menu seasonally. The service was astounding, as well. The wait staff helped us find the perfect wines with our meal and was very knowledgable about the menu, including what I, the vegetarian could eat.

I'll be back there very very soon and will be regular from now on!

We’ve had many great experiences both upstairs and down at Parisi’s over the years - this was not one of them. Each plate seemed to have an issue ranging from poor meat quality (Ossobuco) to dry risotto over-powered with Prosecco.

Wonderful menu and friendly, knowledgeable wait staff...great atmosphere.
We have been several times and find that the portions are too large in each of
the menu categories so we are now ordering one of each item on the menu
and sharing the dishes. This has worked very well for us. We will return
time and time again. Our Italian waiter was so much fun and very informative
about the menu, where the items come from, etc. good sense of humor as
well.
