Tasty interesting food. Service was great. Awesome (female) mgr. I really enjoy this restaurant, nice open decor. Gluten free options. Only negative: I wishe the big tables weren’t so wide—-hard to talk with each other.

Excellent food! Very unique meal offerings. Great cocktails and wine selection. We were visiting the mall of America with our kids and even tho this isn't a restaurant geared towards families, it was very family friendly. I will definitely be coming back.

I have been to the Firelake many times and it never disappoints. The food is fresh, local and delicious. From salmon to soups to salads (I've only been there for lunch), the offerings are always creative and perfect for the season. If I need to meet someone on the south side - or close to the airport for a business lunch - this is my go to spot.

The food and service were very good. The Popover Prime Rib Dip sandwich was amazing! The chairs however are the most uncomfortable thing I have ever sat it. I am sure they are "chic", but they looked tattered and were not comfortable no matter what your size was. It felt like we were all falling forward while eating.

Disappointed in the walleye dish; bland and a bit greasy. Service was just ok, wait staff seemed to treat us just like a thing to do. Not a guest. I have had better service and food here as I come often for business.

The bison filet was excellent and the heirloom tomato salad was the best tasting tomato we have eaten in years. I like that ingredients are from local resources.

Once we made it to the restaurant (we were challenged in finding the south entrance to the MOA ramp as we are not locals) we had a fabulous time!
We had wonderful service and great food. It was a bit on the pricier side for our family, but it had great ambience. We will visit again for a special occasion.

The food and service were both excellent! When eating out, we prefer good quality food, and the food at the FireLake Grill House was outstanding! We went there for the fish options: salmon and locally sourced Walleye. Both were excellent, fresh tender and cooked appropriately. The spinach polenta with the salmon was very good.

Scheduled a breakfast meeting based on reviews in OpenTable. Turned out to be a great location, near the airport, and no need to enter the Mall of America. Great service!

The last two times we are here we were very disappointed in the food. The service was excellent, though we were reminded twice that they close at 2:00 pm for lunch (we had not known) even though they took our 1:30 reservation.

We went there as a family for a "fancy" place during our vacation. The restaurant was very modern and clean. The hostess sat us promptly and was very friendly. Our waitress approached us quickly and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the restaurant and the menu. The menu had a pretty decent variety and it was pricey which was ok as we were able to check it out online before we booked a reservation. I ordered a brandy old fashioned sweet and my wife ordered a glass of moscato. My old fashioned was made from scratch and it was very very good. For a meal I ordered the prime rib which the waitress stated was one of the more popular dishes there. I asked the waitress what wine she would recommend with my meal and she didn't really have a good suggestion which was a little disappointing but considering the level of service she provided us was not that big of a deal. We also ordered the cheese curds and dirty fries for appetizers which I would recommend to anyone eating there. Both were very well prepared and absolutely delicious. My wife ordered the steak frites my daughter ordered the rotisserie chicken and my 2 sons ordered cheese burgers. The kids all enjoyed their food but said it wasn't anything special. My wife's meal was delicious but again nothing special. My prime rib was very good although the outside crust was a bit salty. That works for me but for some it might be over powering. All and all it was a good dining experience but not worth the money we paid. I would recommend going there because the food and service were both good but for the price I guess we were expecting something a little more but overall pretty good.

Very loud environment even though the place was not full when we had dinner. Food was good though the waiter seemed put off by the fact that I requested the "Restaurant Week" menu. Overall, if you dont mind the noise or "energetic mood", the pricing is comparable to other hotel restaurants.

Went to have lunch for restaurant week. Cold cantaloupe soup had lots of good flavors. Grilled vegetable salad OK but nothing to rave about. French dip in a pop over was delicious but you needed to eat with a fork and knife. Average Chocolate cookie for dessert. Wine list a bit pricey. Asked hostess for restaurant week menu, then asked waitress and finally asking a third time it came.

This was one of the worst experiences we have had. We sat at our table for 20 minutes and never received our drink order, nor did the server return. We told them our complaint as we left and we were disgusted to find out they listed us as a no show.

Joe our waiter did an amazing job with us. We decided to have several apps to share. My favorites were the wings and the meat/ cheese platter. We had dessert as well. Enjoyed the mirror cake most of all. Left my cell phone and the host had it when I returned to retrieve it. Great time as always. Discussed parking with the host. They charge a lot here. Makes more sense (and is quicker) to park in the east side parking area and walk over either inside or out. Very weird to be at a mall restaurant and not have parking comped. Used the extra $15 to order another app.

Ok for part of it. I had two dishes, the tomato soup with grilled cheese and jalapeño bangers and mash. The tomato soup and grilled cheese was very good and the cheese itself was excellent. The bangers and mash was not good. No real jalapeño heat (as promised) and the sausages were very dry. Not very appealing. The service was uneven. It started good but despite the fact that there were very few people in the restaurant, our server ignored us for large stretches of time. Not a great experience overall.
