Server was ok, but never tried to do more. Forgot the condiment platter for the kid’s burger. Mashed potatoes and onion soup were flavorless and I think the chef got a special on green onions since it was used everywhere for garnish which often threw the flavor off.

Le fire grill de ville saint-Laurent a une atmosphère beaucoup plus détendue et la personne à l’accueil est très souriante. Le serveur aussi très aimable. L’ambiance est beaucoup plus accueillante et chaleureuse qu’au centre-ville. La nourriture est toujours aussi excellente que le restaurant du centre-ville. Bravo

Our reservation was well respected! We were served very well & efficiently! The food was very good & hot. We enjoyed a bottle of wine from the reserve stock. A bit overpriced but it’s expected! We were pretty full by the end of our meal and couldn’t have dessert! Maybe next time as there will definitely be a next time!! FireGrill restaurant is a place to go for sure !!!! Enjoy !!

My filet was butterflyed, overcooked and salty. What a shame to do that to such a nice cut of beef. I could not eat it as it was soo dry. Warning: they put deep fried onions on the ceasar salad and the dressing was way too garlicky. The noise was soo loud that I couldn't hear my partner. They didn't charge us for my meal and the manager never even bothered to come over to find out why I did not eat it. Would not recommend or go there again.

Very cold where we sat near the front door. Food was not up to par.. potatoes tasted as though they were from a box piled under loose spinach. Everything extra or exchange for an item was additional $3.00. Table D'hote was very pricey.. almost double the price of a year ago. Felt this was a little unfair.

I don't know if it's always like that on a Friday night, but being sandwiched between two large groups (tables of 10+) was excessively loud! We left faster than we wanted to because it was so loud. Some sound dampening panels on the walls and ceiling would be great; But other than that food was great and the waitress was outstanding given the amount of tables she was covering! Kudos to her!

For a steak place, it would be a good idea to have people that know how to cook a steak properly. Twice they got it wrong, didn’t seem to phased by that either…like its a common occurrence. Definitely won’t be going back.

Husband and I went for our wedding anniversary. I even put in a special request. Our waitress was outstanding. She went over and above. The food was excellent and we had an amazing evening. Definitely recommend and will be returning.

La personne à l'entree donnait l'impression d'avoir été obligée d'être là (service minimum). Heureusement que la serveuse faisait des efforts (son maximum). Ambiance moyenne (il y a du potentiel pour faire beaucoup mieux). La barmaid a sauvé l'honneur du restaurant (très serviable, souriante et professionnelle). En gros je recommande pour une soirée entre ami.e.s (riches), mais sans plus.

The grilled shrimp is very good. I had the tuna steak but it was not the same that it used to be. It was still tasty and cooked properly but it did not have the dark brown color of the tuna that I am used to.

I went to the men's washroom. Believe it or not, no hand soap, air dryer was not working and no hand paper. For this quality of restaurant and taking into consideration that we are still in a pandemic, this situation is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Furthermore, the restaurant was not even 50% full.
