Read about Firefly Kitchen a couple of years ago and wanted to try it. This was our first visit. We were lucky enough to sit outside in their small private patio. Food and service were outstanding. We only walked through the restaurant interior so I can not comment on that .

We sat outside in the back patio area on a beautiful summer morning. It was a lovely place to have brunch. But the food was very pricey for what we got. I ordered the chopped chicken salad. ($16) It had plenty of delicious chicken on it but very few other ingredients besides a ton of lettuce. I also got an iced tea. ($3) No basket of bread or any other food was served on the side. Overall, it was a lackluster meal for the price. Might go back and try a different entrée. I liked sitting outside enough to give it another try. Plus it’s one of the few outdoor dining places that isn’t right on a busy street. A good thing.

Every time we go here the food and service is always excellent. Tonight we dined on the rear patio, which was quite pleasant because it is away from the street.

Service started great, then slowed dramatically. Took 20+ minutes from the time the waiter left the check for him to pick up my credit card. Luckily we weren’t in a rush.

We found Firefly good but not impressive. Food was ok, not innovative. Service was slightly inattentive, the room is pedestrian. While the meal was not a failure, we probably won’t be back.

Was very good the first time we dined here so we returned with friends. Quality was lacking the second time. Risotto did not have the same wonderful taste, some appetizers were bland, although the beet salad was very good, the steak was so-so, but the chicken was good. Restaurant was only 25% full so it couldn't have been a stress on the kitchen.

I feel bad sticking a nail in this restaurant's coffin but...Went here on a Saturday night at prime time and it was basically empty. It never filled up. It's a very attractive space but it felt sad. Waiter was fine but seemed to have a little attitude. Seemed to to want to rush us along even though no one was there. Food was ok. Not bad. But the prices are more in line with a NYC restaurant so the food wasn't good enough to justify that. I've wanted to try this place for a long time based on the look of of it and the menu. I'm disappointed it was not what I hoped. Don't expect it to stick around and I won't be back.

I really enjoy small places. My server was a little bit of a stickler and i wish a bit more flexible when asking for a pretzel bun vs whatever but I had to have.??? Other then that, nice place.

A very nice neighborhood dining spot. Entrees are limited but very good. Wine list is adequate. I've eaten here a number of times. There were a couple of noisy tables that made hearing difficult but that is the exception not the rule.
