This is an awesome place. It was my first time. But you know I kinda like my meal to be served warm actually my steak I’d like it to be pulled off the grill and still hot in my mouth and not room temperature. The octopus was overcooked and scant. Burrata salad was thrown together, heirloom tomatoes were leathery. Seems like maybe they don’t have a chef but a cook.

I will say the drinks are amazing it's a great place to go with your friends to socialize have cocktails and just enjoy the night it's absolutely stunning and one of the best birthday deserts I've ever had...however if you were looking for a good meal this may not be the place for you. Other than our amazing server Rachael everyone else seem to have complete tunnel vision so when she ended her shift and we didn't get served very easily as I watched the servers deal with their people and go straight to their station without assessing if anybody else needed help (we had been done for a while) and then completely ignored us until we hunted someone down which we needed to do to hunt down our card because they had given us the wrong bill originally and when they took it they took our card but when they gave us the correct bill they did not return the card... I digress We do have food allergies so we tried to explain them properly but the cook I guess freaked out and made up his own opinion on what we should eat so what I ordered was not what I got! When I ordered they decided they knew what was best for MY food allergies and changed my entire meal when they gave it to me - which was actually what I was allergic to compared to what I ordered! I've never ordered something and had something completely different come out because the chef thought this would be better for me (it was over cooked mushy and gross) The charcuterie board came out without any cheeses fruits or anything other than meat, bread and some fermented veggies. Very disappointed ☹️ My partner ordered a steak that was medium rare and got it completely well done not only that they charged us for both meals at full price which to me was absolutely mind blowing with his untouched steak... and my bass that they had to send back because it was extremely overcooked and when the (either manager or owner) dropped it at the table we tried striking conversation but his attitude was sour! Won't be back

Had a thanksgiving dinner at Firefly as my first visit. The food was amazing, our server was absolutely amazing and all of the staff was attentive and great. Will definitely be going back to try their normal menu, the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

Love Firefly! One of my new favorites. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. The library lounge is one of the best parts. Stunning! I’ve never had a bad experience. I’d recommend dishes but they are ALL great.

Had the most wonderful experience on our wedding night dinner last week, 11/22 at 9pm. Whoever our waitress was was outstanding. She made us feel very special and well taken care of on our special night. She was friendly and knew when to give us our privacy. Major props to them! My husband and I thank you very much for the wonderful food and hospitality.

Had a terrible experience with this place… They ruined my 21st birthday on November 21st this was the most special date that obviously is not going to repeat ever I trusted this place with it. Here is what happened. First their kitchen closes at 10pm so when we told them that we are going to be a bit late they said not only they will not be able to serve food but that they will have to cancel our reservation and we just have to do a walk in. So we do walk in they don’t check for any ID or anything… Now my girlfriend is a foreign immigrant who does not have any documents and it is literally my birthday on my license. So they did not care about none of that, refused to serve us glass of wine and moreover I spend $50 for no reason. $10 for Parking, $20 for getting us a table that we liked, and another $20 because at first we ordered sparkling water and the manager wanted to be “generous” and was saying the water is on the house. But hey I did not need a donation, I am not even mad about not getting drinks because I get that part but what I don’t get is how the hell did I happen to be in that situation wasting that money at the first hand. They should have stopped us from getting there; should have mentioned that in the call maybe? Or maybe don’t let us sit before talking warning. Some tips to this place for next time they are about to ruin someone’s birthday and to those who plan to do a birthday there…

My wife ordered the lamb shank and the arugula salad. I ordered the Port Edward Mussels and the Black Cod. The food was well prepared and very tasty. Table service was cordial and attentive. A bit noisy, but that's the way of the world in finer restaurants.

Food was really delicious. Ambience at the covered outdoor patio was great. Service was good, however they forgot to bring the drinks to two of our party and we tried to get the attention of the waiter for like 15 minutes to get the missing drinks but the waiter was intentionally avoiding eye contact for whatever reason and ignoring us. He was serving all other tables around us.

Sadly we really wanted to enjoy Firefly but the only positive we could take away was the ambiance. The food was very overpriced. $27 for 3 small meatballs? Octopus was so tough and chewy. The $48 steak came with 5 green beans and lacked the amount of sauce you’d except a steak au poivre to have, and the sea bass was tasteless and came with mushrooms and carrots. We got one half of a mushroom in the sauce and 3 baby carrots. On top of that we never were asked once how anything was so there was so chance yo fix anything. We had to flag someone down for water, and they crumbed the mess on our table between courses with their hands. As someone who has worked in the industry for 10 years I was beyond disappointed and it was the lowest point of our Anniversary day.

We were seated in a overflow patio area not what we requested the ambiance is nowhere as nice as the main restaurant. Food came out cold and serving size was small literally 3 green beans with our $48 steak.

Food was great, ambience was great, but once we finished our desserts, our waiter came to our table several times asking if we were done. We were enjoying our conversation, but after the 3rd time with the same question in less than 10 minutes we decided to leave. Almost felt like a forced exit. We did see many tables available, so it wasn't due to there being a wait. It was an abrupt end to a good dinner celebrating our 22nd Wedding anniversary.

I chose firefly for a second date and we were thoroughly impressed. We had a nice table next to the fireplace which created the perfect ambiance on a gloomy and rainy evening. Our server Drew was amazing and provided outstanding service. We will definitely be back!!

Atmos service was nice. Customer service was great. Ordered the octopus as an appetizer was delicious and a French baguette but it wasn’t warm. Kurt loves the mushroom pasta and I had the steak and fries which was delicious but the steak wasn’t as warm as I would have liked. They change the booth against the wall out to tables, so it wasn’t as intimate but overall had a wonderful evening.

Our experience was phenomenal when taking my finance for her birthday dinner. The waiter made it extra special with a glass of sparkling wine on the house and a lovely sparkler on our dessert to end the night. The food was cooked to perfection from the appetizers to the main dishes. I highly recommend the steak frites and trying their pre fixed menu which includes several 3 course options to choose from. Our waiter was great and provided such amazing service. The ambiance was perfectly dim when sitting next to the fire. I highly recommend this restaurant for birthdays, anniversaries, or any special events. The entire staff was so welcoming. Thank you.

Bland food. Arugula salad had little to no dressing. Fries were tasteless. Lamb Shank was dry, even though it was supposedly braised. Fish wasn’t as fresh as required. Steak was boring. Deserts were as good as Costco ones. Jidori chicken was hi-hum. Ambiance was first class. Still, definitely not worth the exorbitant prices.

Sea bass portion was very small (one quarter of the fish, really?) and at price charged had no vegetables or side accompaniments! Mushroom pappardelle was tasty but overrun by sauce. Prices were very high.
