Fire Works - Arlington
Have dined here many times and have enjoyed before but always have ordered pizza as ENTRÉE. Made mistake this time and ordered a pasta dish which was inedible because of massive amount of salt added. My wife ordered Calzone which was also poor quality. When waiter came by to ask how our food was I mentioned the above but received no response from him. Will return to restaurant again for pizza but this experience was very disappointing
Thumbs up, great food great atmosphere, will come again
Nice beer list although I had a sangria. I came for the wood fired pizza and wasn't disappointed.
My personal pan pizza was a four meat pizza. I didn't care for the meatballs on the pizza, but everything else was on point.
A friend had a burger. Curious choice, but he enjoyed it.
Brunch is a great deal!
Spinach artichoke dip was the best I have had in awhile! We sat on the patio and it was adorable. The happy hour specials were great and the rest of the food was to die for. We will be back soon!
Love the Black Sheep pizza, and once again it was perfect. Along with a Greek salad, sitting outside and served by Jocelyn, it was a lovely meal.
The pizza is unmatched and the beer selection is diverse and seemingly endless. This place is delicious.
Was placed by the door they use to get to the outdoor seating. Was annoying as wind blew in and would blow napkins around every time the door was opened, which was maybe once per minute
Great stop for dinner before heading out on the town for the night. We had a girl in a wheelchair and they did a great job working her in. Definitely would do there again!!
Our pizzas were very good, and the setting was great. The server was also very attentive. Will be coming back, for sure.
wow - what a surprise! this was a great all you can eat in two hour brunch. it is far more than pizza!! they had great salads, flank steak, lamb meatballs, b'fast calzones, and much more!
Fireworks was within walking distance to our hotel so we thought we would give it a try since they are a pizzeria. We are originally from the NYC area and now live in Utah, so we always have pizza when we are visiting back East. I have to say that I was quite disappointed in the pizza, although my kids who grew up in Utah didn't mind it. Service was good.
We were seated outside next to the noisiest street of the outdoor seating area at picnic tables with no backs so we asked to be moved to one of the many available tables on the quieter side with real chairs. That was after waiting 10 minutes for the waitress, then we waited another 10 minutes at our new seating before going inside and actually fetching a waiter for our drink order. Very slow service. My dinner was a flank steak caesar salad but the steak was heavily marinated in a sweet terriaki that didn't sit well with the caesar flavors at all and was also very over-salted. The other people ordered pizza which was satisfactory.
Great selection of beers. Menu is limited to pizza, pasta and modest selection of appetizers and size. Good spot for office and other parties. Most, but not all, customers seem to there more for the beer than for the food. A bit pricey for the quality of food serve. Service is good and servers are pleasant. Noise level can be high even with most parties opting for the outdoor space.
This is the greatest pizza in the history of mankind.
Delicious, very courteous service
Great food - fabulous waiter (Kenneth). Took my family there after my son’s graduation in DC. Everyone loved what they got and the bread pudding dessert was awesome!!!! Highly recommend.
Good food and initially fast service, but we were waiting for our check for at least 45 minutes after our food had been cleared.
Nice restaurant. Friendly staff. Good food.
Brunch wasn't really impressive. Fries were great though.
Lunch on a Tuesday. Fantastic food and demeanor of staff but took us very long to get the check. We had to ask at least three times, different people. Wasn’t crowded at all. Good description of portion sizes from the waiter.
Food was great, service was awful. Waiter lacked the basics.
Great service, delicious food, extensive beer and beverages list. Highly recommended!
Great service, food was on time and great tadting.
Food was ok, but the waiter was horrible. Got mad at us for asking someone else for ketchup. We told him we couldn’t find him and he argued with us that he was “right there “. My husband had even walked around just a bit looking for him before we asked someone else. You never, ever argue with a customer... I will not be going back to this place.
Very mediocre to bad food
The wait staff was great but the food was disappointing. We have been here previously and the food was solid but this time it was very average. The fries and pizza were not really hot and didn’t taste fresh. The duck spring rolls were tasty
Dinner here is usually great! Brunch, however was lacking. It was Easter Sunday and the only place that still had reservations, so we though we would try it. Not only did they have reservations left, the place was basically empty. Since booking the reservation, they changed the menu to small plates for brunch. It was $26 for all you can eat, but you can only have two at a time. Most of them were okay. Decent but nothing great. The French toast and the FW potato were my favorites. I’m glad we did all you could eat, because I would have been very disappointed if I only had one of two. Overall meh. It ended up costing almost $100 for the two of us and there was nothing special about it. I was looking forward to the full brunch menu. I will be back for dinner though!
Great beer selection, good food. Best make a reservation on a fri or Sat night, but can be done an hr or two ahead.
Pizza was good, service not so much.
Service was terrible - had to wait over 30 min for check and had to ask for it twice.
But only if you have a few people in your party. Waited over a hour to sit down and we had reservations
Decent, serviceable pizza. Good happy hour draft deals.
The food was great, but the service was a little slow. We had a party of 7 and the table was a bit tight with all the pizzas. But we all enjoyed our food a lot!
Great pizza. Wood fired and cooked perfectly. Service was attentive and fast. I had the fireworks pizza. Their tomato sauce isn’t too acidic and does not overpower the flavor of the ingredients.
Drink prices are reasonable and they have a big selection of beer and also liquor, particularly whisky.
Did I mention it’s excellent pizza?
Great food and location!
Great pizza and a huge beer list. One of our favorites in Arlington!
I made a reservation for Valentine’s Day and despite I was late we got a table in less than 10 minutes the service was great and the food amazing they brought the food to the table in no time I will definitely come back can’t wait to try the other pizza flavors.
