   Every customer in line ahead of myself and my sister were asked if they were there to celebrate something special, we were never asked. Every female in the restaurant received a rose after dinner, me nor my sister were offered one. We were there to celebrate my sister completing her radiation treatments. I made room reservations and dinner reservations and we drove from Georgia to Windcreek for her celebration dinner and I was very disappointed.

   Very upset with our visit this time. Was out of baby back ribs and no longer has the short rib. The filet was over cooked and tough. Very disappointing We sat our table ten minutes before we weee spoke to and three waiters walked past us. This use to be our favorite place

   Another outstanding food and service experience at FIRE! Chef Rocky's steak was excellent, our salads fresh, and selected sides hot and tasty. Our server could not have been more attentive and helpful. Wish we had remembered her name to recommend her. Also excited bread pudding and house-made ice cream were again on the menu.     My 1st time Waitress was great Food other than steak having lots of gristle was good. Wished had some sitting area away from the tables of 6. Just a little loud. Thought when asked why I booked i picked date that we’d get seat away from busy tables.

    The service and food was great! I was a little disappointed when I came to the front to check in for my reservation and we waited about five minutes the hostess that seats you looked at the white couple that was standing to the side of me and ask them if they needed assistance as if we weren’t standing right in front of the podium. He, of course, said that we were first then she asked me. I didn’t make a stink over it because I didn’t want to ruin my anniversary celebration and I knew I would get this survey. Other than that the service at our table with our server was great!

    Table was dirty(crumbs) My chair had crumbs in it that I wiped out in front of our server and floor had trash on it. Food was not very good. Bread I really liked and the shrimp cocktail was great . Service was OK but not what you would expect from a Named Best Steakhouse in Alabama, FIRE serves up premium steaks, seafood and appetizers, with an extensive selection of fine wines. FIRE Steakhouse is your fine dining destination of choice in Wetumpka, AL. Just was not good and not up to the hype and expense.

    We absolutely loved everything. Group had crab cakes,wedge salad,rack of lamb,shrimp and grits,filet mignon and sirloin. Service was great! Can’t wait to visit again.

    I hate to say it but I was very disappointed. I got the shrimp and grits and baked potato and my husband got the pork chop. I only ate my shrimp. I don’t know what the grit concoction was… it didn’t look like grits. The potato was good but it came on a tiny plate and I had to mix the fixins in it and it was a mess. I finally used my bread plate to mix it up. My husband’s pork chop had too much pink in it. He had to eat around the pink. The waiter was nice and did a good job. Oh… my husband’s meal came with something called a stacked potato. Whatever it was… it was burned on the bottom and he couldn’t eat it. We could have complained about it but we didn’t.

    Filet wasn't tender. Fried green tomatoes had too much cornmeal for the batter and absolutely no flavor. Had very high hopes for this restaurant and was so disappointed. Definitely not a 4 star restaurant.

    First of all, my reservation was for 8:30pm. I will admit that my husband and I were 20 minutes early, but the restaurant was not full. There were at least a dozen empty tables, but the lady at the front desk told us we’d have to wait until 8:25. We ordered drinks at the bar that were watered down. When we were finally seated, it took almost thirty minutes to get more watered down drinks and almost forty minutes to get our food. Needless to say, we decided to just take our food back to our hotel room. As a mobile vendor, treating ourselves to a nice meal is a treat. We always travel with a microwave, so eating warm food wasn’t an issue. With as many times that we’ve eaten there, I’ve never been more disappointed with the service than what we received last night. Do better, Fire Steakhouse.

    Our meal was not very good, first thing was no sweet tea? The ribeyes weren’t very good quality steaks and our waiter wasn’t very concerned about us. We stayed at Atmore the week before and ate at their Fire Restaurant and our meal was delicious? Same meal plus a better value for the price, also our waitress was very very nice!
