    Our table waiter was amongst the most polite; he kept making sure we were doing well. The food came out to be perfection. I most definitely recommend going here for a special evening with your spouse.

    Absolutely wonderful dinner! The Seafood Risotto was full of crab (real crab!) and lobster. My husband had the Steak Frites and his steak was perfectly cooked. Our server was delightful! We will definitely return!

    The atmosphere was nice and the food was pretty good but some of the menu items on the website were not available at the price listed. We had to request another Server because the first one was very rude and disrespectful to us. The Manager assigned another Server who was very nice and seemed to genuinely enjoy her job.

    Service was great, food was great, but the table next to us made our visit aggravating.. the couple that set next to us were extremely drunk and using extremely bad language and very loudly to where my wife and I trying to celebrate our 15 year anniversary could barely hear each other talk. Then 3 young females walked up and then the female that was at the table started dropping F bombs and making the girls, we later found out were 17, drink wine and told them to go do some gambling.. after 15 min of the mother dropping the F bomb every other word, she had clearly stated multiple times how drunk her and the husband was. Then what looked to be the hostess came and said something to them, then the drunk female yelled out why are you cutting me off? Then the male jumped up cursing and said he wasn't paying for anything and he owns something.. later come to find out the hostess was the manager, and she was very quiet and seemed polite, but the drunk couple was very loud and verbal about the displeasure of not being able to get more alcohol

    It wasn't the best experience. The hostess was not personable nor could we understand her as she mumbled and took us to a table and just walked off. Our waitress was super nice but not attentive. I think we were set at a table out of her section as we kept seeing her go to the other side of the restaurant. We enjoyed the wine :) Food was delicious but it took over 50 minutes to arrive and wasnt hot. The mac and cheese with the added Lobster and crab wasnt as good as the last time as it appeared to have been sitting for a while. We spent alot of time waiting for our waitress to come around. To end the night, the smoking chocolate wasn't smoking. They were out of dry ice. We took the first available time for reservations at 9pm so that could be the reason it all was sub par but it was a bit expensive for the overall experience. It was my birthday dinner so we were a little let down .

    The dinner was very good. The ribeye steaks were cooked as ordered and were great. We were seated at a table by the bar so that was a little noisy but not enough to ruin dinner. We visited last month and the menu was a little different but we still enjoyed.

    The credit goes to the chef. That steak was immaculate. My girlfriend thought the lamb chops were small and burnt but she had a piece of my steak and that saved the day. Other than thethe lamb chops everything was amazing.

    The food was great but we have gotten used to a long time for a meal. We waited for about an hour for dinner to arrive. The waitress was disorganized and another waiter had to help.

    The food was good, a little pricey, but decent. The restaurant staff/workers look dirty, an unkept. The waitress kept leaving, and did not even return at the very end someone else had to take over.

    Dining at The Fire Wetumpka was a great experience. My wife and I had the seafood risotto and it was delicious. The service was great and the server was friendly and helpful. Overall it was a wonderful dinner and we had a great time. We would recommend The Fire at Wetumpka to anyone who is looking for a fine dining experience.

    I went to the Fire Steakhouse to celebrate my 41st anniversary and stated this information at the time of my reservation, but this was never acknowledged. Also the online menu is not updated or accurate for guests expecting a menu item that is listed on their website. I would like to thank out server, Jimmy, for his attentive service.

    Seafood risotto was well presented and the scallops were well prepared. The wedge salad was crisp, but could have used more bacon and blue cheese. The 1/2 pound burger was the correct temperature and the fries were crisp. However the "house made pickles" ruined it. Both the pickles and the odd mayonnaise they used was rancid, just disgusting. I mentioned it to the server but was ignored. Terrible that I had to scrape off my burger and wipe it down with my napkin just to make it palatable.

    We absolutely love Jalicia, the server, and Traci the manager. Little disappointed this time because they took crabcakes off the menu and they had some of the best around!

    I enjoyed all the food but the Mussels were spectacular!! Definitely will be back and as always I recommend Fire Steakhouse to family and friends.

    Food was very good! The special that night was prime rib and it was excellent! My wife had the beer braised pork shank and it was delicious! Everything was perfect especially our waitress Jaleesa, she was super sweet and attentive! If you've never been, GO! You will enjoy it!

    The worst experience in my life! I was poorly greeted, she never directed me to follow her to my seat; I just started to follow her after she walked off. Once seated servers walked by me several times, no staff members ever acknowledged me or suggested someone would be with me shortly…. I politely got up and left and will never visit again.
