My family and I had planned to celebrate my daughters graduation dinner here, and were truly disappointed by our short experience. We made reservations but they simply didn’t respect it because they asked us 3 different times if we had a reservation. They were desorganizad and unprofessional. After about 5 minutes, they wanted to seat us outside(when we requested inside), in a patio all alone with nothing set up. We asked if we could sit inside and they gave us a lot of attitude in return. I was really disappointed with their service, so my family and I ended up going somewhere else.
Went on a Tuesday afternoon around 1pm and it was dead. Felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The staff was very attentive and the food was good. They have pizzas and burgers too, you just have to ask for them.
Great time and the food was amazing! $18.99 for all you can eat! What a deal!
Went with my family for my birthday (13 people), it had been a while since I had been there but food was great.
Resturant called to confirm several hours before. Table ready when we arrived.
An experience you won’t want to miss!
Food was good but after we sat down and ordered drinks, we got moved while we were getting food. Just kind of odd. Couldn’t figure out what beers were what and they brought a wrong one.
The service was amazing overall great experience!
A swing and a miss.
We were a large group with wide ranging Food preferences and severe allergies. All came away satisfied. Many commented on the upbeat and fun atmosphere set by the grill manager.
Fun place. We all enjoyed our meals. Great place to take the bottomless teenage boy. Food was good. Some of the sauces were overly sweet, particularly the sesame sauce. I would love to see some nutritional information on the sauces before I dine there again. Three of us ended up with dishes that were too sweet for our liking and didn't eat them. Fortunately, we were able to try again, but it was such a waste of food. Overall we really enjoyed it and the teenage boys and young men in our group were very happy. Fajitas and Philly cheese steak were great.
Team dinner for cheer team. Kids had a lot of fun and enjoyed the food! Server Samantha was amazing and helped with dividing check!!
Been about 6 years since dining there and will probably be 6 more. Only went for son's birthday. Food was usual (nothing special), service was super slow, but most of all had to wait almost 45 minutes to be seated even with a reservation. It was a party of 8 (yes everyone was there to be seated) and at 7:30 on a Wed night. Got excuses about party ahead of us not leaving after over 2 hours and when they did try to.seat us it was at high tops in the bar (2 pushed together for 8 people). They did move us to 3 high tops, but still very disappointing service for a birthday dinner.
The cooks are always great! However the waitress Samantha wasn’t that great. Only appeared once to give us our drinks and disappeared. Then she kept rushing us to pay so we could leave.
The selection of food is great. The pricing is good. Staff members very friendly . I enjoyed the restaurant. It was definitely worth the drive. I will go again.
Unique, fun place! Our business dinner was a great success. Everyone really enjoyed the experience.
Our waitress and the main cook at the grill were amazing!! The gentleman at the grill had a fun personality and was quick. We were there on a Tuesday night. I am really bad with remembering names. Sorry.
Been coming here for a few years, dont really expect a lot from the servers so i cant say im too surprised that i had to scour the restaurant to find her anytime we needed something. But i gotta say, sadly this is probably my last visit because i come here for ONE dish i love to make over n over...(shrimp fajitas) i was VERY disappointed to find that the ONLY sauce i loved (jalapeno lime) is no longer on the menu and neither are the black beans.... I substituted for the fajita sauce and it just wasnt good at all...ruined the whole meal. The price was also raised by a few dollars, which i understand has to happen occasionally, but when the only reason i came was taken away.....its just not worth paying for anymore!..... Ps, the guys at the grill were fast, funny and very helpful when our server disappeared
The available foods meats, fish, vegetables and carbs are fresh and well presented. The Cooks engage with the customers during cooking, improving the experience. The table service is friendly and efficient.
Great atmosphere. We were celebrating a 87th birthday, and everyone had a great time. We will be going back soon
Was disappointed some assortment of desserts weren't offered. Difficult to wait for your food to be cooked. Stood at the griddle for 1/2 hr total. So missed 1/2 hr of socializing with the group.
Love this place! We come here often and have been customers since they first opened. We always come here for special occasions and our friends love it, too. We’ve introduced our out-of-town friends and family to Fire & Ice, and it is always on the itinerary on return visits to Orange County. Great place!
This Fire and Ice did not have the same feel as the other location I had visited in Rhode Island. I was a little disappointed in the layout and the selection of foods. Overall though, the price was right and our waiter was phenomenal . It was a nice relaxed evening and the food that was available was fresh and cooked properly.
The service here was great, but I can't say much for the rest of it. They were blaring Christmas choir music that was a little weird and out of place for the setting. The food was good, but not exceptional. The grill is not suitable for vegetarians if you care about your food touching meat.
We love this place! The food is good, the staff is friendly and we love the make-your-own style food service.
We had an amazing time! Such a fun experience to create your own food. The chefs were constantly joking and having fun with us. Definitely worth going! We will be back. Only suggestion is that this is not the best place for elderly and handicapped. You have to keep getting up to get your new plates and my grandparents were not able to do this. But other than that it was amazing!
We had a great time and our server was very friendly. Thank you...
We arrived about 8:45. The time it took to choose what we wanted to eat, get the food cooked, sit and eat stopped us all from being able to enjoy the all-you-can-eat experience. The food was good but they put things away promptly just before they close at 10. We only got one serving of bread because when we asked for more we were told it was all gone. The waiters and waitresses can be a little more attentive to customers for drinks and bread.
It was a good experience to watch your meal being prepared before ur own eyes and it's all the ingredients that you put together
Not for me. We ended up leaving because the food wasn’t what we were looking for, and my glass of wine smelled like cleaning liquid. I attempted to ask for a different glass but was told by the bartender that nothing was wrong with it - that the glasses were just cold - not sure how that would have made the wine smell horrid (I refused to even try it - it smelled putrid). We left the drinks at the table and walked out. I wasn’t pleased when I tried to ask for another glass and was told I was wrong.
Awesome place. We reserved 10 ended up with 14 people. Accommodated us well without any problem. Live DJ on the patio. Delicious food!
My family and I have been to the Lake Tahoe location many times. That is the original restaurant in the franchise. The Anaheim location is fairly close to Disneyland in the Gardenwalk Mall with lots to do. The food is fantastic because their are endless options, and you get to create your favorite dish. This location was excelent. Friendly staff and good grill chefs. Only negative is that it's a little to dim with the lighting.
The ingredients were good but if I knew how to blend ingredients to make a really tasty dish I’d be a chef
Great place for large groups. Love the live Dj on weekends
We went from my wife's birthday and it was awesome.....
Great concept for a restaurant, it has endless options for any kind of dish you want to create. The only drawback was that at 5 o'clock with sunlight streaming in through the walls of windows and only a dozen people in the place they were blaring trashy club music. We asked if they could change it( as there was just our party and one other family with children there) and they happily obliged but changed it back after two songs. Read the room guys, and save the groping music for when the late night crowd comes in for shots
I loved it!!!!!!!!
I attended with family for a quick bite to eat before heading out of town. The food was great as always; however, I did not so much enjoy the commentary from the "chefs". I don't want to hear about your night out drinking. I also do not appreciate watching you add things (whip cream) to my cousins food without permission - she isn't a fan of whip cream, dairy free or not, permission would be nice.
Fire and Ice is a huge favorite of my family and co-workers. (My company has our Christmas party here every year) Friday evening I brought 7 friends from High School (some way back to kindergarten, 1962) and they all loved it!
I love this place but was disappointed on my last visit. We were a party of 16 celebrating my sons 3rd birthday. I did notice the cooks were not the same guys we were use to and not only did they burn my food but my husband got a plate of beef with veggies somehow they separated all the meat he got and gave it all to the person that was next to him. So all he got back was over cooked veggies so they made him go get another plate of food. We then told the waiter it was my sons birthday and would like to see the little fire show they do. (We celebrated my daughters 5th birthday here last month and they did that for her) he brought back a brownie with a candle and sang happy birthday and walked away so basically didn't get the fire show. We love it here just very disappointed.
