   The Wait Staff indicated that they were using a “Team” System. Unfortunately, one of the Team Members neglected to communicate our Appetizer Order. It NEVER arrived. Our Drink Order was also an issue. A Drink delivered to our table had a “bead” on the bottom. When we asked the Waiter to replace the Drink, he said “The Bead is probably a piece of the Stirrer.” As we had ordered 2 such Drinks and the other had no bead, he was obviously mistaken. We asked again to have the Drink replaced, however, the Waiter flat out refused to replace the Drink. I don’t understand the benefit of the “attitude”?? Why not appease the Customer? Waiter described the Monkfish Entree as being Pan Seared. Upon delivery, the Monkfish was clearly breaded and fried. Treating Customers poorly NEVER EVER works!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I would NOT recommend Fiorino. I wanted to enjoy the dining experience, but, sadly the Wait Staff ruined it for us.

    We celebrated a birthday. I put a note in the reservation asking for a cozy corner table by window and that’s exactly what we got. It was perfect! And they put a little candle on our dessert to celebrate the bday.

    No acknowledgment of anniversary, no option to book an outside table online but when we arrived and saw available tables and asked for one we were told they were already accounted for. Food and drinks were OK, nothing memorable. An overall lack of hospitality. Based on this particular visit, I would not recommend to a friend, which is too bad because prior experiences had been very good.

    At out al fresco dinner with friends, we enjoyed our food and service tremendously. The steamed snapper was tender and tasty, a really delicious plate. My friend was also happy with her salmon, done perfectly with a tasty topping. I must say our waiter struck that perfect balance between being attentive while not hovering.

    Food was great, service excellent. We just felt rushed at the end of our meal. We ate fairly early and I got the feeling they wanted our table for more diners. Good to go early as it was fairly quiet and we could talk. Got noisier but by then we didn't mind.

    We sat outside on a nice summer day for lunch. It was relaxing listening to the music and the fennel salad with grilled quails was delicious. The lunch menu has a good selection.

    Overpriced, under-flavored. While the cocktails are very good, the food lacks real authentic flavor profiles. More of an experimental Italian twist restaurant, with trendy takes on traditional, flavorful food dishes that just don't quite meet the mark. High prices for an affluent neighborhood without discerning taste has made this a local staple, but for those who value traditional, robust flavor from Italian dishes, this isn't for you. Consider it for a special occasion, enjoy some cocktails while sitting outside in great weather, and sample a small dish or two, but don't break the bank thinking you'll enjoy the culinary experience. Take it for what it is at face value. An overpriced Italian restaurant that is trying hard to impress those who probably already accept it for what it is. Go there once, but don't ever eat their twice.
