About
In the Ezio Room, our a la carte menu draws inspiration from regional Italian classics, and features appetizers, classic pastas, simply grilled items, and Fiola signature dishes. To book our Ezio Room at Fiola, please visit Opentable or our website.
Kindly note that Fiola does not allow wine to be brought to the restaurant premises for consumption and corkage is not available. Our sommelier team is delighted to assist you in making a selection from our award-winning wine list.
The restaurant features sophisticated private dining spaces for business and social events, and outdoor dining is available from spring through fall on our patio.
It was amazing!
The service was uneven. Sommelier, she pushed a wine that was completely opposite to what we asked her for.
They opened a 30 year bottle without giving us the cork to smell or look at. We had to ask.
The food quality and presentation was not special. Food was tepid in temperature where it should be warmer, and candidly flavors were common. We were disappointed.
One of us sat facing the service door.
For a tab for two over $1000 and built in 10% service charge and we left another $100, so 20% tip, they didn't even bother to open our door when we left. We tipped the coat clerk$10.00 she didn't even come and help is with our coats.
Bar service before we were seated was bordering rude. Drinks were diffident.
Disappointed.
Great service and a wonderful fine dining experience. I will definitely be returning.
Excellent food and service! All details were covered and memorable.
Each course was better than the one before - we were wowed!
We went to Fiola for my birthday celebration. The food and service were amazing but unfortunately the noise level was boarding on intolerable. There was a rather large and loud bar crowd that overwhelmed the dining area. One group of bar patrons starting playing a drinking game. I was having trouble hearing my guests. When I am paying $250 per person for a meal, I expect a much better atmosphere and not have to compete with the folks in the bar.
The pre fix menu was very limited and rather pedestrian. went with steak by default and it was not cooked to order. Pretty disappointing.
A wonderful evening out for a special occasion. Definitely should keep this one in the pocket book as a go-to. The staff and Chef were absolutely amazing and took great care of us throughout the dining adventure.
Our table had the chef’s choice and at the end of the evening all five people said, BEST MEAL EVER!!!!
Probably the best meal I've had in AGES. Wait staff was very polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. My husband and I felt very welcome and respected.
Had a relaxing delicious dinner with outstanding, knowledgeable service. What could be better?
thank you, ryan! we had a lovely evening. please give her a raise.♥️
Taking a special client to dinner
Its truly a once in a lifetime experience. The food is amazing and very creative. Made one feels of being transport to Italy even for a brief of time. The service is excellent, very attentive and friendly. The lobster ravioli is so good, very tasty and full of lobster meat. The Sommelier is excellent as well recommending great wine to pair with the food. The handcrafted cocktail sure completed an unforgettable experience.
Fiola is a brilliant restaurant, perhaps the best in town. If you can deal with the high price, this restaurant is great. The food, drinks, service, ambiance, etc., are all outstanding. This is the flagship of Fabio's restaurant empire, for good reason.
Pretty overpriced. The food was excellent but zero flexibility to order individual a la carte items.
We had a 6:30 p m. reservation, albeit an early dining reservation but we were one of two tables seated around that time yet we were incredibly disturbed by guests in the bar area because they were so loud that it was difficult to hear about the courses we were receiving and the wine pairing with each course at our very expensive grand chef tasting. We understand from the wait staff that the restaurant will be going under a major renovation and close during the months of June July and August. We hope they take this into consideration when putting in sound intenuation throughout the restaurant. Otherwise the interesting conversation with the wait staff, the food and the wine pairing were exemplary!! We can’t wait to join them again after the renovation.
After such a great review in the Wash Post I expected a very good meal.
It was just ok. We have had meals that were more than twice as good and much less than half the price. We will never go there again.
High-end dining. Very expensive, but you know that before you book there. Elaborate and showy food presentation, e.g. liquid nitrogen poured beneath the salad bowl! For me, flavorings were delicate indeed, edging towards bland at times. Menu offerings wander far from Italian to other Mediterranean and American eclectic. Predictably fine wine list. Service was warm and attentive, not intrusive or pushy.
At this price point, main dishes and even the side breads and amuse-bouches should all be bursting with flavor, but weren't. Hence, not a great value, though an elegant dining experience.
The food is excellent but the number of choices is smaller and that’s a problem as this limits the number of times that one wants to go.
Amazing food and service. Great place for special occasion and business gathering. Definitely must to visit in DC.
We have been to Fiola a couple of times now, as well as other Fabio restaurants, and once again we loved it. Of the 3 chef dinner menus to choose from, I had the truffle dinner with each course providing yet another incredible way of incorporating them. I look forward to the next time
They messed up my allergies and included some prohibited foods in my meal, but when I pointed it out they corrected it and meal was otherwise spectacular. But disappointed when I have to micromanage the kitchen though, especially one of this caliber, and if it had been a non-visual contamination I would’ve been very sick.
Wow! One of the most amazing meals of my life.
We expected a 1 Star Michelin restaurant and that is not what we got. The food was sub par, the wine pairing may have been done ourselves, and everything just overall lacked. Highly disappointed in the meal.
This was a fabulous meal at a fabulous restaurant. The service was impeccable. The waitress was extremely knowledgeable; drinks were refilled promptly; and pacing was excellent. The food itself is simply outstanding. I had burrata, pasta, venison and a "rocher."
The staff at Fiola were superb. Unfortunately they had several tables that were finishing their meals at a leisurely pace which resulted in a 30 minute plus delay from our reservation time before we could be seated. The team was very apologetic and ensured we had some snacks prior to being seated. Throughout the dinner the team was extraordinarily polite and helpful. Even let one of our party try the foie. The meal was excellent!
This is a wonderful, elegant restaurant. The food is exceptional, the wine list extensive and the staff all very attentive. If you want a wonderful restaurant for a special evening this fits the bill.
A wonderful place to celebrate New Year’s Eve. I couldn’t ask more. The food and the service are all the best. Usually in other places I’ve been to, there are usually some dishes that I like and some dishes I don’t, but in Fiola, I love every dish they serve. Really fantastic. Highly recommended!
Fantastic food and atmosphere! The presentation of the smoky Manhattan was most memorable!
Fiola is a destination restaurant. Everything great.
Great as always. Everything is perfect. Seven fishes course is fabulous.
Christmas Eve feast of the seven fishes was hit and miss. The lobster course that was described as "butter poached" came with the tail covered in what tasted like barbecue sauce. The "Rudolph" dessert was a hit. Still a nice holiday meal.
Amazing, such good food
Fantastic!
Expensive, but worth every penny for a culinary experience of the highest order.
Fine dining Italian. Food and service are outstanding.
One of my top 5 dining experiences which include Per Se, One and La Tourangelle. Terrific place!
We were surprised when we looked at the menu, having no idea that everything was prix fixe. Some of our group were not sure they would find dishes they wanted. As it turns out, accommodations were easily made for dietary preferences and everything was quite delicious. The staff was truly exceptional.
Before theater dinner - server accommodated our very tight schedule. Came back for drinks and dessert after show.
