Final Cut Steakhouse - Hollywood Casino Columbus Ratings and Reviews
Brought a date on her birthday. Had a really good time. Our waiter was top notch. Asked where the oysters were from and when they were caught. Had answers off the top of his head. When they came out they were really fresh and full. In the special requests we had asked for hookers and balloons because that's just how we get down. Although they didn't have our special requests the staff got a kick out of it and brought us a free sample strawberry taster before our meal.
GREAT PLACE FOR DINNER, WOULD PUT UP AGAINST HYDE PARK, MITCHELLS.
ONLY ISSUE I HAVE IS THAT YOU HAVE A GREAT STEAK PLACE, BUT THE TABLE MATS ARE ALL WOBBLY. THEY DON'T GO WITH THE RESTAURANT.
STEAKS, SIDES AND DRINKS ALL GOOD.
It was my family and I first experience. We thought the food was outstanding. The steaks all were cooked to perfection. Side dishes were so generous they could be shared. French Onion soup was prepared and served the way it should be. It is pricey so be prepared
We were seated and no one waited on us for over 45 minutes. Finally a young lady came in and took our drink order because she realize we hadn’t been taken care of. The manager basically said that it’s not their fault because it’s New Year’s Eve. All the tables were not full and others that sat down after us we’re waiting on well before us. After waiting an hour and a half for food to come, nothing was done For our inconvenience.
Steak house extradionare ...it was my guy's 46th birthday...and this place did not disappoint him...bone in ribeye ..couldn't believe he could not finish it...and i took a few flavorful slices to help overcome my not so fresh sea bass...I didn't want anything to ruin the special night..so didn't complain...the bread was sooo good...and I asked for my server based on previous reviews..Hussan..he was knowledgeable and has worked in other 5star steak houses...had the lobster gouda mac..somethings do not taste, better the, next day...we will return on 14th of February..his treat
We have ate at this one a few times and always a good experience, had little problem this last time had get manager to bring our drinks to us after ordering them 20min ago and had send steak back to be cooked more, plus we was there 2 &1/2 hrs for our dinner, but they did seem to be a little off that night,
But am sure we’ll try them again, cause everyone can have a off night,
Excellent dining experience! As a premium steakhouse The Final Cut stands above most others in Columbus. The steak selections, toppers, and sauces presenting many choices and the 14 oz NY strip with lobster meat topper was my choice...and a good choice it was. Also ordered was the sea bass which was a very health portion of a very good selection. We ordered drinks based upon recommendation and when one of the drinks didn't exactly match what was desired, the waiter returned with another selection without cost...nice touch! Was a little bit pricey but worth it considering the quality and atmosphere. Definitely recommend!
One of the best meals I have ever experienced. The filet was cooked to perfection, fresh baked bread was buttery and flaky outside/ light, soft inside, the gouda mac & cheese was good and the service was wonderful. The only thing that could have been better was the hard cheese on the appetizer was too hard to cut/chew. Our new special occaision place!
Waiter was excellent we ordered the special which included appetizer of shrimp cocktail for life or the entry and custard for the desert bread was very good also we ordered an extra lobster tail apiece however the lobster tail was too done
Outstanding service and food. Get the pork belly. Steaks are there best I’ve had and the wagyu and rib eyes are especially my favorite. Get the bordelaise sauce with your steak...you won’t regret it. Also, the crab cake on the appetizer menu is amazing. Our server, Thomas, was very attentive and knows the menu very well.
Since the prices were similar to The Refectory, I expected similar quality. Just wasn’t there. Limited wine list. Steak was too salty. Asparagus was over cooked. Lobster bisque was too salty and not warm. I wanted to try Final Cut. For the price I would definitely go to The Refectory. Once was enough for Final Cut.
Although our service by waitress was very good, two of four steaks ordered came almost cold. Asparagus was almost tasteless; baked potato lukewarm and very small for charge and certainly not big enough to share ( as most sides are). Corn is billed as "creamed" but more like doctored canned corn. I know this restaurant can do better with food as it used to be very good.
I took my husband for his birthday because we love that it’s quiet and romantic. Our server was excellent and she was right on top of things. The food was cooked perfectly and we really enjoyed it. Since the prices are higher it’s not something we can do all of the time, but we love to go there for special occasions and it’s nice that the attire ranges from dressy to a business casual.
I will never step foot into another casino to dine again. The food wasn't good was expensive the Valet driver had BO and you have to walk through a casino full of people who shouldn't be at a casino which made the experience sad
