All diners must be 21 years of age to enter and have valid photo identification. Chef Ken Shapiro hand selects only the finest quality cuts of USDA Prime, Certified Angus & American Wagyu beef. All of our beef is naturally aged to develop its maximum tenderness and richest flavors. We season our meats with sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper corns, broiled at 1600 degrees to create a thin charred crust that seals in the delicious natural beef juices, and finish them off with Waygu beurre monté. This was our first time there. We were a little hestitate because of the pricing of the entrees, but very very pleased with the food and the waiter was exceptional . His name was Wes. The absolute only thing I did not like was our table. It was plastered up against the wall, absolutely no scenery what so ever. I would have loved one of the many other tables in the restaurant. But all and all it was delicious
I had the Duck and it was amazing, I could eat just the sauce alone! My wife had the 3 course meal with some minor substitutes that were easily adjusted. The mashed potatoes and spinach were very good, but the steak underwhelmed in overall flavor; The preparation of it was very good though. I also order a side of the crab Mac-N-cheese, by far the best I’ve ever had from any fine dining experience! The waitress was also very nice and accommodated all of our requests, including a hand written note for my wife’s anniversary dessert!
Had a wonderful dining experience again. Food is incredible, steak melts in your mouth. The soft pretzel bread was to die for, I couldnt stop eating it! Our server, Becca, was incredible! She was on top of everything & cared that we were happy. She wasnt just "doing her job, going through the motions". She was awesome & a definite asset to Final Cut! Kudos from start to finish!
Our server Steve was 100% perfect! He cared! He wanted us to enjoy ourselves. I would enjoy having him take care of us again.
The food was not hitting the marks of the service. Every part of the meal was off by just a little bit. We ordered a bottle of red wine, the wine was cold, like it was chilled, we are red wine fans and really enjoy a nice bottle of wine, maybe it was just us because we do understand some reds are served with a little chill but it was way to cold at least for our liking. We ordered a NY strip steak done mid rare. We ordered it Mid rare because we enjoy that juice and warm red center. Our steak was served no juice at all. It was pink maybe more brown not red at all. The flavor of the steak was very good but it was dry not juicy. Mashed potatoes and cream corn tasted very good but not hot at all. It just felt like everything was a bit off. I described it as good. But for that price point I don’t want “good” I don’t mind paying for outstanding and that is what I expected. But if I wanted “good” I would have just gone to ruby tuesdays. The next time I want to enjoy a nice night at a fancy steak house I will go to Bond 45, Fleming’s, or Ruth Chris. I would not spend that kind of money for “good” or over cooked steak.
We knew the restaurant was going to be expensive, and I was going to use my $100+ and put the remainder on a card. Amazing how the “system was down” and not only could I not use my comps but I had to get cash from the ATM and pay the surcharge to pay the bill. Probably won’t go there again.
We have dined here before and this was by far the least enjoyable visit. The food was not prepared as ordered and was bland. Our waiter did everything he could to make things right, but we are sad to see the quality of food has gone down and will not dine here again.
My family and I went here to celebrate my birthday, and we got a few different appetizers, steaks, duck, seafood, pretty much a little bit of everything, and all of the food was absolutely phenomenal, we'd give it 100 stars if we could based on their food! The only reason we're giving it 4 stars is because we were there for about 2 hours before we even got our main course. We noticed a few tables came in after us and were finished before we got our appetizers, so we weren't sure if that was because there were 5 of us or if the waitress wasn't having a good night, but we weren't in any rush so it was still very enjoyable! Just as a precaution, you may be there for a few hours!
My best friend and I were there to celebrate our birthdays. The food was delicious! Loved the sampling from the chef of the butternut squash puree, nice touch. Our server, Susan, was exceptional. Knowing we were celebrating, she brought us each a rose and a small plate of chocolates when she brought the check, again nice touch. My only criticism is the white wine list. I prefer a sweet riesling but had to go with a rose' instead, which I did not care for. One would think that with the extensive wine list they have they could carry both a dry and sweet riesling. Having said that, it will not deter me from dining there again.
Well worth the money. Each course of meal timed perfect. Staff very friendly and accommodating. It was our 25th wedding anniversary. Waitress brought chocolates and whipped cream with a Happy 25th Anniversery written in chocolate syrup for us. I also received a rose.
We have always enjoyed The Final Cut restaurant for it's ambiance, service and outstanding food. It has been a favorite of ours for years and we drive quite a distance and stay overnight just for the experience. While we experienced excellent service this time, we were quite disappointed with the food. The delicious bread and Lobster Tail and filet dinners we had come to expect, was very disappointing. Much of the same charm remained and we will return again. However, we would hope to receive Maine lobster tail in the shell, a variety of breads, perfectly cooked filet without burnt pierogies.
Pricing at Final Cut makes it difficult for more than occasional dining,. That being said the food is always top notch. Lobster tails can't be matched anywhere in Central PA for sure.
Our waitress, Susie, was attentive yet not intrusive and very pleasant.

The Final Cut is a wonderful choice for a special Sunday dinner. There's an additional menu available that features three courses for $30.00, and a selection of wines, by the bottle, for half price! It's a great opportunity for an outstanding meal, at an affordable price. My salmon was cooked to perfection and my husband's steak was excellent. Wes was our server, and made the evening elegant with service that was second to none.
We have dined at Final Cut many time and it was one of our favorite dining spots. Since the departure of Frank DeSantis the GM, and I believe a change in chefs, the quality simply is not what were accustomed to, nor is the staff. It is just disappointing, as Final Cut was our go to restaurant for the best quality food, and friendly staff. The menu could use some updating as well. The dessert list needs some new choices, as well as the drink menu. Cocktail list is in need of some changes as well. Martini selection very limited, and disappointing selection. We won't hurry back. Where were the large FINAL CUT plates that we see when we arrive?? We miss the bread basket too !!!
