El chef Ken Shapiro selecciona a mano solamente los cortes de la más alta calidad de carne de res USDA, Certified Angus y American Wagyu. Todos los cortes del restaurante son añejados de manera natural para desarrollar en ellos los sabores más ricos y máxima ternura. En el restaurante se sazona la carne con sal marina así como con granos de pimienta recién molidos, se asa a 870 grados para crear una delgada costra rostizada que sella la carne para mantener sus jugos naturales, y finalmente es acabada con monté beurre (mantequilla derretida) de Waygu. Take this place outside of the casino and it would be one of the best restaurants in Harrisburg. Actually, it would be, by far, the best steakhouse in Harrisburg. I know many feel it is just a casino restaurant based on the location but it is outstanding. Filet done perfectly. Wedge salad is always delicious. Tried the crab Mac and cheese and now I'm dreaming about it. Finally, find a wine list that gives you this many fine wines and I would be shocked. This wine list is a dream. Opus to silver oak. Service is always on point. Skip the casino but don't miss this dinner.

Visited for a birthday celebration and they recognized without over doing it. Food was delicious, cocktails were good and dessert was awesome! Even though expensive, it is worth it for special occasion.

Very nice time. A bit expensive but the service was great. The ambience was lovely. Table was nice and cozy for two. Steak was very good. Gotta try the cheese cake it was the best we have ever had and huge could feed 3.

Was there for the first time as was impressed from begining to end. From the hostess at the door to the great waiter (from Moldovia of all places!) - it was a wonderful evening all around. I go to Ruth Chris's twice a month, and Final Cut has it beat! I will be looking forward to my next visit.

We finally got enough comps to dine at Final Cut, that was about 5 years ago. Final Cut is our favorite dining place. Whatever we have ordered we were not disappointed. We are steak eaters. Every steak we had ordered came out perfectly, medium. That does not happen everywhere. We eat here every chance we get!

This is a 'chain' in the Hollywood Casino group. Everything was OK, food was decent and so was service, but the place didn't wow us in anyway. We have been to the one in Charles Town, WV and it is fantastic - from start to finish. Would rather go there again than back to this location. Staff was good. Our steaks had some gristle.

Terribly expensive vs quality of food. Not to mention the hair found in our dish and over cooked steak of same quality to that found in chains. Not wasting anymore time on this place. Only good thing was the company we were with and the staff was polite.
