   I booked a table weeks in advance through OpenTable as we were staying in Bristol for a wedding, looking forward to an Italian on arrival and browsing the menu it was soon apparent that this wasn't Italian! Chicken and chips, fish and chips , burgers, no pasta, no pizza, no rissoto, it was classed as an English brassiere. Yes I had the right restaurant with the correct name advertised on the window. How disappointing, but ordered food anyway and when it did arrive was very ordinary and very expensive. The staff where helpful and friendly but that didn't make up for how disappointed we had been with the whole experience.

   Good hotel food for business travel. Fine ot sit with colleagues post work. Staff were new and friendly.

   The restaurant, service,and staff were excellent !!! However, we went on a voucher for four of us and having done the same thing before we were looking forward to our meal !! But upon sitting at the table the waitress informed us that there was a separate menu for the Amazon customers !! It was a smaller choice menu and nothing on there was what we were going to order ( having looked at the menu on line) ! For this reason we will not be returning !!!!!

   Went to the restaurant for my birthday last Monday. The atmosphere and environment was nice. However, the food was awful. The mushroom pasta of my friend was undercook, the sea bass I ordered was tasteless. Then we told the waitress about the pasta, they reheat the pasta instead of cooking a new one. I know that cooking a new one would take a long time but reheating the pasta would affect the texture of the source. We ordered Tiramisu for dessert, we were kind of expecting something nice but NO!!! The dessert was awful awful!!!!

   it was our 33 wedding anniversary so we wanted somewhere special for a meal and the filini made our night special the service was great the food perfect and we had a great time we will go again that's for sure

   After being left with the job of booking a table for 8 i decided to book the filini restaurant. This was mainly due to the fact there was a very well priced set menu and were able to accommodate our large group. The meal itself was superb having to wait no longer than 15 minutes between courses, the service was very good with the waiter and waitress having beaming smiles on their faces and the value was great with the meal working out at £65 per couple with drinks included. I would definitely recommend the restaurant and look forward to eating there again.

   Very nice restaurant in centre of Bristol with good views. First time we have visited but would definitely go there again. Food and service was good.

   Me and my girlfriend went to Filini in Bristol for the first time recently on a Friday evening. We opted for the 2 courses for £18.95 and I must say it was one of the nicest meals I have had in the Bristol area. The service was second to none and the place itself is outstanding with gorgeous views over the centre and the river. Would highly recommend this restaurant for a couple or group or business.

   The food and service were good nothing to compain about except on the booking email I'd asked for a window table as on two previous visits I'd sat there in parties of 4. On arrival there was space in the window as there were 3 x 2pax tables so my husband asked if we could sit there if they moved the tables together as we'd been shown to a table away from the view. The person who seated us said no. Our waitress then arrived at the table and asked if all was well and I said no we'd prefer to sit at a table in the window as requested, again we were told no. Now I wouldn't mind if other people had said there throughout our meal but the table space remained empty the WHOLE time we were there!

    We were made very welcome. Attention when we were ordering was excellent. The ability to select the fish of the day from an amazing range of fresh fish was special. The food chosen was cooked perfectly. A very pleasant experience.
