We waited for the table 35 minutes, I know, we received drinks for free, but somehow it doesn't help, it still makes me very sad, because I expected more.
Also, your burrata is not a burrata, it looks and tastes like mozzarella. For these prices in the menu, I expect the food to be very tasty. But what you offer is cooked at a very low level, unfortunately.
The place is very noisy and nothing is done to accumulate the noise.
Very, very sad and disappointing experience.
Great food but it was a little loud for us.
I’ve enjoyed the food, ambiance, and top notch service. It’s a contemporary and modern place where it’s suitable for most occasions.
Such good breakfast. I left fully satisfied. It’s a large space.
Service levels are high, tables are too close together within the middle of the restaurant, food is good but not great. Prices are okay, not too expensive.
My boyfriend and I went for our anniversary and we were greeted right as we entered. We were presented with some lovely complimentary champagne. The waitor was attentive and helpful when it came to questions for the menu. Food came fast and it was delicious. Portions were large but small enough to finish. The overall restaurant is beautiful and cozy. It’s fancy but not completely over the top. The prices are just right for the experience. I would recommend to others for sure. Going to come back soon!
We had never been to Figo and chose it because of the proximity to the theaters. The food was fabulous! The zucchini fritters with a lemon creme and a drizzle of honey were soooo good! The wood oven pizza was also really delicious, ours had potato on it, we loved it. ! The service was very good too, very friendy and attentive. We'll be back!
Scrumptious decor, smells delicious, food was great, cocktail was unique and yummy. affordable wine options. Perfect pre-theatre. Service was a but slow but it was packed with probably most guests going to a show.
Came here with a friend for a business meal. Awesome spot for lunch and attentive staff. Food is always on point. Nice European look and feel and the interior is awesome.
Very impressive restaurant - unexpectedly. I likes the quality and expertise to prepare & present the food - everything incl. the service was GREAT. I will recommend the restaurant and definitely will come back when I am in town again. Best Regards KURT
Excellent service and great food. It was my friend's first time in Figo and she thoroughly enjoyed it and said would definitely go back.
Food never disappoints and the staff are wonderful.
First timers. Great food and service.
This is such a great spot. Always exciting, fun, vibrating and service and food are phenomenal!
The bar area serve great cocktails and wine selection is also extensive and fantastic. Have been in this test many times and it is never a disappointment.
One of my "go to" restaurants for business lunches in T.O. Great food, great service, beautiful place!
I was really excited to try FIGO so I made a reservation for my mother in laws birthday - I am completely disappointed with the staff, the food, it’s a very “pretty” restaurant but by no means would I recommend this to a friend.
The staff was rude, and not helpful. Didn’t want to discuss the menu options and the time inbetween ordering drinks and ordering our food was way too long.
I am hoping this was just an “off night” but I was still so disappointed with my experience
Fi go was recommended to us as it was close to the Royal Alex . We thoroughly enjoyed our surroundings and the food was very good . Our young waitress was very helpful,Knowledgeable, and personable.
We will return again for another dining experience when we return to "the city" and we will definitely recommend it to our friends .
The food was delicious in a very nice setting. I had the prix fixe brunch and everything was really good!
My sister was pleased to have received a happy birthday upon arrival (as I’d left a note in the reservation). Nice!!
Everything was awesome, except I found that the agnolotti serving to be rather small. It was however very delicious
Great food. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff and accommodating services.
Fabulous food and service as always.
My friend and I went for a late lunch/early supper. For the price, the pizza was not worth it. The dessert, however, was tasty and I would go back for the chocolate torta.
Great service. Food was exceptional, especially the mussels. I would recommend this restaurant for a pre-show dinner.
The food was amazing and decor was aesthetically pleasing
2 girls for a pre-show dinner. Server was great; food was not. I ordered a pizza that I should normally have enjoyed. It lacked flavour. I barely finished 1 slice and left the rest. When asked, I told the server I didn’t enjoy it but didn’t actually complain. My friend had pasta that she said was also rather plain. My previous visit was outstanding so I was disappointed by this visit. When the bill came, the restaurant had removed the $20 pizza. Thank you for that friendly gesture Figo. I will try again.
Excellent food, very cute decor, good service. A little pricy but worth the splurge
Accommodating and welcoming staff. Great bang for your buck. Flexible and understanding with reservations.
Always enjoy dinner at Figo before the theatre. Food is tasty and very good, atmosphere is great, and the servers are always pleasant and accommodating. Close to all the theatres.
Loved the restaurant, great prices! Half bottle of wine of Sunday's. The service, the food and atmosphere are amazing :)
Hard to find a great brunch spot that takes reservations and food was incredible! Will be back!
Great dishes and good service. All staff were very attentive. Sadly, the noise level was very loud. It seems as the restaurant got busy it got louder. I couldn’t hear my guest sitting across from me. Lastly, the prices were comparable to those in the financial district. Higher than expected. This should be rated $$.
Excellent as usual.
Went to Figo with my wife to celebrate her birthday before going to a show. Food and service was excellent and the atmosphere was great.
Cocktail prices ridiculously expensive for what was received
Amazing ambience with good quality contemporary italian food. The wood-fired oven pizzas are a must have.
Interesting restaurant atmosphere- very modern decor. Bar was stunning. Noise level loud and seating close together so not conducive to quiet conversation. Pricing of some items quite high but overall good variety. Gnocchi was tasty and my son had the pasta with Boar and loved it. Good service constantly filling water glasses etc. We chose Figo due to its proximity to Princess of Wales Theatre. Would recommend 😊
Our brunch was amazing! Highly recommend it. It's one of the best brunches I've had in Toronto so far. There was a lot of vegetarian options (important for me since I'm a vegetarian), a good options between savoury and sweet meals, the service was top-notch, the prices were very affordable (especially for such a good location right in the middle of downtown) and our waiter was very kind and present for us.
The specials apps- grilled octopus and veal meatballs were pretty good.
The mains were alright, the seemed to lack flavor, wasn't too pleased with those.
But the service and ambiance were great.
