Special lunch with my daughters before the theatre. So happy we decided to dine here. Everything was lovely! Will have to return to try more menu items!

The food was good but the portions were small. The ravioli was $25 and it came with 5 pieces. I expected more.

Portion size for pasta dishes are quite small. Also no gluten free pizza.

Hello Randy, All of our pastas are fresh, the raviolis are made by hand in house. It costs us a lot more in ingredients and labour but they are a standout on the menu and a favorite of many! We appreciate the feedback.

Always a solid choice when attending a show or in the area. Very friendly staff, including the hostess that could recall the reservation name and knew where my guest was seated, and all of the servers. It’s busy before a show but the food is still delicious and they gave a great $99 for 2 prix fixe menu. It’s also so nice in the summer.

It was a cold Tuesday night. We were rushed, they wanted to close early. Not a relaxed environment.

Food was burnt and it took a long time to flag down our server but once we did, they handled the situation for us.

I booked a table of 5 (my husband and I and our 3 girls)at 4pm, before going to the theatre for a 7:30pm start. According to Figo’s website tips, you should allow 2.5 hours of seating time for 5+ people. Our youngest was celebrating her 19th birthday and we wanted to take our time with dinner before seeing the Lion King. We arrived a few minutes early for our reservation and were seated promptly. From then, we were rushed through our entire dining experience. The server spoke a million miles an hour and constantly rushed our drinks and meal. Toronto had a massive winter storm so we really didn’t want to head out to the theatre over an hour and a half early. We all ate full meals and had cocktails before dinner that we couldn’t finish before the food came. We ordered dessert and coffee and were rushed again. We had just gotten our coffee when we told bluntly told by some random server that they had people waiting for the table. The server did not address my husband or I but addressed the whole table. This will be my last visit to Figo. There are many more better restaurants in the theatre district.

Hello Steve, We would like to apologize that you felt rushed. We understand you didn't want to head out into the bad weather, however it was a Saturday and we were fully booked. When possible we are happy to extend a guests seating time to whatever they would like to stay for. Again we are sorry if the server did not let you or your wife know quietly that the next table arrived and was waiting to be seated. I was able to see on OpenTable that you and your family where here for 2 hours and 40 minutes. That said, we would love to have you back again for a more relaxed dinning experience, please put a short note in your OpenTable reservation or give us a call.
