FIG is an all-around solid restaurant but that Happy Hour of theirs is the best on the Westside.
One of our all time favorite LA restaurants. Been going for past 8 years. Service is top notch, friendly and professional. Food is always superb. Happy hour is fun and great value!
Overall a lovely dining experience. A bit wonky with our food delivery. Appetizers of olives and a three cheese board were not brought out at the same time. A solid, tasty dinner! Hangar steak prepared to perfection and dessert of deconstructed tiramisu was visually stunning and delectable! Will certainly go back again.
Enjoyed everything but the noise level. It was just too loud to hear easily. Next time I'll ask to eat outside near a heat lamp if necessary.
Service & ambiance is top-notch, however I found the food to be mediocre. We came for dinner & ordered the bread balloon (best part of the meal), warm olives (decent), grilled broccoli (lacked flavor), and Margherita pizza (decent). Maybe I need to try their brunch & Eric's Specialties the next time.
Great staff, wonderful food a little loud but good overall
Fig at five is such a great deal! Amazing food, wine, and atmosphere:)
Amazing! Good food, good vibes. We were running late but they were nice enough to seat us right before the kitchen closed.
The food and service were fabulous. The balloon bread was fun and delicious. My entree, lamb chops, were cooked perfectly. It was noisy but we could still converse. I think it reflects the general atmosphere. I would go again and recommend without hesitation.
This is an absolutely fantastic restaurant, we didn’t know but ended up going at 5pm and got the gig at five special, amazing value, drank and ate for 3 people and only paid 70.
It was okay. Fish was good. Bread for feta app was burnt, margherita pizza was tasteless. Our server was sweet. Just ok.
Took my Aunt for a special birthday and we like to meet here occasionally for lunch. Our server, Katie was a delight! Very caring and great at checking to make sure we fine.
I had asked for a window table overlooking the pool area and it was just right. It does get noisy in there during lunch hour but we hung out after the main crowd left.
The food and service was great. I specifically asked for a corner or quieter table, the restaurant ignored it and put us in the middle of everything. It was a business meeting and we had to keep repeating ourselves because we couldn’t hear each other. I was very disappointed that they didn’t honor my request.
We had a great time with my niece and her fiancé during happy hour by ordering a number of items and eating family style. Fun time.
Great food and a great waiter!
We had a reservation and waited at the bar to be seated. They let us know our table was ready so we settled our bill and waited to be moved. It took two of us letting the hostess know we were ready and fifteen minutes later they sat us at a table that had been empty the whole time. The food was incredible and made up for our poor service.
Good food for all 4 plates. Tile floor made it really loud.
Good food made with nice products, beautiful place but the restaurant was far too noisy .
I would recommend it if you can seat outside near the swimming pool or for a group!
Good food and value for money, not too expensive!
The service is great, portion size for the meals could be more generous!
Overall value for money you pay.
Very nice Sunday brunch. Very busy due to the LA marathon but good service overall. It's a very pretty space, nice light.
WOW! First, the food... everything was first-rate from the marinated feta to the beets to the perfectly cooked scallops with Israeli couscous. What a bargain during their 5-6 pm happy hour - we read that it is the best on the Westside and it is true! Second, the service - perfect!
The only drawback was the noise level - we had to agree not to speak as we could not hear each other, but the food was worth it!
Service was not good at all
Food was ok
Front desk people were not proper
It took us 15 mins to get a waiter in our table
really nice place, good service and food, and the atmosphere is great
FIG never disappoints!! Well done to chef - the quality is outstanding!!
Six of us had a breakfast reservation and we requested a nice table with a view. We could see the outside pool area and it was lovely. Noise level buzzy but not too high. All of us ended us with the mushroom scramble, a house specialty and it was very good.
Service was excellent and waiter brought a muffin with a candle in honor of the birthday girl. Would recommend!
overall, good food, nice menu, slow service but it is a busy place especially for brunch which we enjoyed on Sunday.
Great venue for a birthday br(l)unch for my wife. Service was great, food was great, all in the party of 6 was happy and content.
We enjoyed our meal at Fig, but the noise level was not conducive to conversation. Good food and drinks though. My seared scallops with couscous was delicious; my husband said his hangar steak was good, not outstanding though. The grilled halloumi salad was wonderful and more than adequate for four of us to share.
You must do something about the sound level. The table near us was so loud we could not even hear each other. The food selection was limited and most was too spicy. We all agreed we would not be returning
The always outstanding Fig---food is 100% wonderful at each meal....we had just been here less than a week prior but found that one of our favorites-- something called a bread balloon, we not served at brunch on Sundays!==so we came back on Friday just to have lunch and be sure we could get the bread balloon as an appetizer.
Chicken Schwarma wrap is excellent as well!
The servers all seemed annoyed. They stuffed us in the worst table possible because we apparently didn’t seem cool or wealthy enough to be there. The food was bad, and my partner and I both got sick. That’s the last time I give them a chance.
One of the best restaurants in LA! Check it out...
Great and friendly staff . Awesome service with a smile and very attentive. Fresh, Authentic, creative and tasty food. Great ambiance even though it’s loud and very busy. Would recommend to friends and family. We would definitely come back again. Parking was very easy with validated valet.
Always consistent and superb food- sometimes service might be a bit off-- crowded mostly as it is just that good. IN a terrific area for a stroll before or after any meal...
Have had breakfasts, lunches and dinners here over the years and each meal always very good!!
Will definitely return again!
Went with a client and had asked for a specific area to be sat but they didn’t accommodate. I feel the hostesses don’t care about where people are sat which is super annoying when I specifically make requests. Not the first time at this restaurant btw. Service at the table was food but our waiter was quite somber and wasn’t sure if he was mad or sad the whole time. Food was copious, very good and we ordered way too much! Took a doggy bag home. Desert was yummy!
The food really is very well prepared and plated. Just be advised that this is not a place for quiet conversation at peak hours
Servers seem a bit preoccupied and not really listening to patrons
It is a very nice restaurant with nice ambiance and good service. Food and drinks are very good but It was too noisy to have chat with friends.
Always a good meal. Great service but somewhat tight sitting
