Courtney was a very good server. The table outside was lovely.
The lemon ricotta pancakes were amazing-we got a half order.
The fruit plate was really just a small bowl of cut up fruit for 14.00-maybe not worth it.

The ambiance and decorations are beautiful. The cheese is also really good but a little overpriced. Love the farm to table

My family often goes to Fig for special occasion brunches. The setting is lovely and the food is always delicious. Servers are on top of things without hovering and are pleasant but not intruisively friendly. We always have a good experience.

We came in on a Saturday for lunch, a bit noisy with lots of people here. But our server was really punctual and food were very quick to arrive too. We ordered Fig Burger, Breakfast Burrito, Margherita Pizza and Steak Salad. Burger was very much cooked to my liking - medium rare and very tasty. Breakfast Burrito came with sour cream and salsa, no guacamole, no fries either but with a few chopped tomatoes, tasted very good too. Pizza was ok, not particular memorable, a bit burnt on the back of the dough (too blackened) . Salad was a big disappointment though. The steak was not a good quality beef, Beets tasted like came from a can, the only dish we did not like. But overall its a good place to have lunch, just don't order the steak salad.

really great creative food, nice setting, fantastic service and the happy hour is a serious bargain. wasn't expecting it, so a nice plus.

I only have one negative thing to say. It is very noisy. If you are more than 1-3 people it is going to be difficult to carry on a conversation. Everything else about this restaurant is wonderful. I would definitely go back again and recommend to others. Just be prepared for the noise level.

Can't get enough of Fig Happy Hour (5-6)PM. Loved the duck and pappardelle is always fabulous. We live locally and dine here frequently. Couldn't give service a 5th star because it's really busy at happy hour.

Literally the best duck I've ever had--melts in your mouth and has a crispy outside for texture in a sweet and savory sauce. Amazing places for either a business dinner or date night. Would absolutely come back again.

Aaaaamazing! Ambiance is fabulous, plants hanging from the ceiling, gorgeous dining area, open doors to the pool area, soft lighting, great for a couple or group. The service -- outstanding! The manager came to check on us, the waitstaff was always there, we felt completely taken care of. The food? I would suggest the squid ink pasta, it was our favorite. We also tried the lobster pasta, it was also delicious but the squid ink was so very good. The Fairmont Hotel where it is located is a beautiful resort -- if you are there on a Fri/Sat night, the Bungalows night area is very popular for drinks and very large with a lot of different areas to sit and have a drink/chat. We will definitely be back when we return to Santa Monica!

Wow - I don’t have a single bad thing to say about this place. My friends and I had the delight of having Jerry as our server, and let’s just say, I wish there was a Jerry at every restaurant in Los Angeles. Such a treat.

Ambiance is amazing - you can people watch those by the pool while still enjoying the beautiful, light, airy atmosphere of the restaurant itself. Lush hanging plants with white tile backdrops? It’s food for your Instagram stories.

Both main dishes, the crab and short rib were very average. The crab was salty and the short rib was dry.

Last minute late booking after finding a private party occupying a. Local dive that I like. The space is pretty and elegant. The service and food were exemplary. The cocktails really stood out . This was a very nice find .

Great happy hour from 5-6pm, but don't expect the best service
because they get very busy during this hour and don't have enough
personel to handle it. We waited 25 minutes for a drink.

The food was delicious, the service great, the noise level was bad. Very hard to have a conversation and hear without straining.

Our dinner at Fig was great, although a bit overpriced for the amount of food you get. We also ordered a $55 bottle of wine, and when they brought us our check they charged us $60 for the bottle. It wasn’t worth arguing over $5 for us, but it was an odd oversight.

Fig continues to be our favorite neighborhood restaurant. The food is fresh and always delicious, the ambience lovely and the staff so helpful and friendly.

We were celebrating our anniversary. The restaurant was very busy and the service was slow although the server was very friendly. My food was excellent. My husband’s steak was cooked perfectly but served warm. The gals at the table next to us were inappropriately loud. The noise level almost gave me a headache. We talked about relocating everything to a quieter area outside by the pool. And sadly they were out of the two desserts we had hoped to try.

Love the creativity of the combinations. The branzino appetizer, the plum & nectarine salad, beautiful to the eye and delicious to taste.

We had high expectations, however these were not matched. The food was poorly cooked. I complained to the waitress and instead of getting management she took upon herself to remove a glass of wine from the bill. I hate freebies. Don’t solve the issues and are consistently use as a muzzle.
We were hotel guests, and we will never go back to this place.

Amazing! A bit of a line for reservations when you first arrive but line moves VERY quickly (a minute or so). Great service!

Great pasta, salads and drinks - service was friendly and attentive.

The meal and service at FIG were very disappointing. I have been to FIG before and had a lovely meal and service, so this surprised me. At first the waiter was rude to us and would not answer my friend's questions, later during our meal his attitude got better, but it was rocky at the start. The main complaint, though, is the halibut. It was overcooked, watery, and had zero seasonings. It had absolutely no taste. Not too impressed by the situation and even with the menu being 1/2 off from 5-6 p.m. I'm not sure I would choose to come here again.

I didn't like my first meal and our server immediately replaced it with a cup of soup until my meal came which was delicious. I love the ambience and the food!

A creative menu of locally sourced produce in the heart of the Fairmont Hotel. Lunch time can be noisy as some tables are just a little too close for comfort. Overall a good location for most for business meetings or just brunch with friends. Added bonus of discounted valet parking.

Exceptionally good food, great staff - Matt is a great waiter and a just all round good dude - a bit pricey compared to some other options in the area but tied to a high end, guess it's to be expected.

I'd recommend and we'll definitely go back.

Excellent food, impeccable service. One of my favorite restaurants in town.

Loved the atmosphere at Fig. The food was delicious... I got the lemon ricotta pancakes with blueberry butter and my husband ordered the kimchi fried rice with poached eggs. Highly recommend both dishes. I feel the price was fair for the quality of food and for the atmosphere of the restaurant. Service was good... it just took a while for us to get our check considering it wasn't too busy at the time, but not a big deal. Would definitely come here again.

The food was bland, the meal was expensive for what we received and the service wasn't great.

Had a nice breakfast, sat indoors, service was very good and all the food tasted very nice. Was higher end on prices but we knew that from checking out the menu first.
