Fifi's Seafood Restaurant Ratings and Reviews
Loved our evening at Fifi's, thought the food was excellent along with the service. My boys absolutely loved the special of stone crabs and the Hog Snapper was equally delicious that my wife and I had,
Highly recommend, nice and close to our hotel where we were staying which just made it great for simply walking over and having dinner.
Went there for the food. And it was good. Was told they had the best tuna tacos - these are bite-sized. They were great. Had grilled whole fish. Excellent. Bottle of wine, outdoor seating, really good service (help was happy, helpful, etc.). Great choice for dinner. Perhaps a tad pricey, but quality was great. Would definitely go again.
We visit Miami every year and our first stop is always Fifi's. We enjoy sitting outside and watching people go by as we order our favourite dishes. We were not disappointed - the food and service were great. We look forward to going again before we leave the area.
We were craving seafood and the reviews for fifi's were good so we booked a table. Weather was fantastic that night so we sat outdoors on the sidewalk. Menu was extensive and food was good, v.good and excellent among the 3 of us respectively. My cod was fantastic. Yes I'd go again and I'd recommend it in a flash
Went for Miami Spice- good choices from the main menu. Excellent shrimp and tuna taco appetizers. Cod in miso sauce was good- larger portion than usual. Chocolate mouse dessert was very rich. Service was good although restaurant was relatively empty. Good local/neighborhood seafood restaurant.
We came here following the good reviews about the food and taking in account how pricey the mains are and we took advantage of MSpice lunch for $23. The restaurant is not nice at least is far far far away from my taste. The service was excellent but checked the bill before paying, as we the desserts tha were included in MS were also charged to the bill, we claimed, they apologize and everything was solve well and easily. Back to the food, it was amazing, everything delicious and great portions, we ordered the shrimps, the lobster ravioli was incredible and the passion and chocolate mouse. On street parking was easy to find. The place was a huge surprise and their food was 5 stars.
We made a reservation as required for the Miami Spice Event. Upon arrival we were not given the special menu, we had to ask for it. And the server looked disappointed to serve the special menu. The food presentation was nice, but the flavors were just okay. I had the miso black cod and it was too sweet for my taste.
Great seafood. Per the waiter this place does prepare your own catch if you went out on a boat that day. If that's true - spread the word as not many places do that around here. The only letdown - had to ask several times for water refills. Please be more attentive to earn 5 stars. But great food!!!
At first you enter and the very strong smell of fish attract your eyes on the seafood display.
The hostess is very nonchalant and doesn't really pay attention to you.
The waitress was knowledge and doing her job the correct way. She was overwhelmed because of lack of more waiters.
The food was not well executed well at all: the steak was under cooked, and the seafood from the paella and the parillada seafood we ordered were burnt on one side and the other side was at the correct temperature.
The house salad was not toss with the dressing but it was just throw in there and in the bottom plate you have a soup of dressing while you had a half dry salad.
The flan dessert was good.
I didn't see any manager presence in the restaurant. And once you leave no-one says goodbye to you.
