Field's at the Wilderness
Premier Lobster Bisque
Prime Rib - House Cut
Wonderful food; service, and drinks all around. Always come back for the lobster bisque! The staff created a wonderful evening to celebrate my friend’s 21st birthday.
Very rude waitress and one of the absolute worst renditions of sea bass I’ve ever been served. Dry and way over cooked. Will never eat here again after this experience.
Food was excellent, the server was polite but never checked on us, the food runners checked on us
Fantastic experience. I took my husband for his birthday and we had an excellent dinner. They even surprised
him with a dessert with a candle. The food was great. I highly recomend it.

The head waitress took our order for drinks and then after awhile our meal and never saw her again for anything other than give us a bill. We had 2 people that didn't have the turkey dinner and was never asked if they wanted desert so we had to ask for that and we were never asked if any of us wanted coffee after the meal. The one thing we did take away from that is that the waitress was friends with the people in the corner of the room and she almost sat with them because she was always there and never came over to us at all to ask how we were doing and we weren't the only table she did that to.
We come here every Thanksgiving; this was our 7th year. The Manhattans are superb.
This year's dinner and service seemed to be better than others.
Everything was perfect on our visit to Fields. Our meal included martinis, appetizers, steaks, and desserts. It was Thanksgiving, but we ordered off of the regular menu. Service and food were excellent and very reasonable prices for the type and caliber of the restaurant. I don’t like to give five stars unless the experience totally exceeds expectations, and based on our experience, this is a 5-star dining option.
Pizza may have been some of the worst I've ever had. Burnt on the bottom and not cooked on the top... unfortunate, as everything else was great (drinks, atmosphere, service, etc.)
A very quiet Wednesday night - only about 5 tables taken for the evening so service was quick, and the food was beautifully displayed. Everything from the Lobster Bisque soup to the filet's to the cCème Brulee sampler was delicious. Will definitely be coming back.
Waitress was very slow
Drinks were lacking. Steaks were overdone. First grey $60 steak I’ve ever had. Deserts and service were better than the food and drinks unfortunately
This place is never a disappointment! Excellent all around!
As always great service from bar-to dinner and delicious
We both had a steak and it was excellent! Great flavor and tender. Nice for a date night.
Everything was perfect. The wine, the appetizers, the filet, potato and salad were all prepared to our requirements. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable.
Very nice place for a fancier dinner out. A little pricey but the food is quite good. Some fun options. We had the escargot. Which was very tasty.
Prime Rib was amazing, service was excellent. Just a great experience and evening!
The food was amazing, highly recommend for special occasions!
My wife and I had a great meal at Field’s celebrating our wedding anniversary. I had the filet that was cooked perfectly. My wife had scallops and also said they were cooked perfectly. The only thing that was a little off putting was the unfriendly drink waitress we had. The rest of the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Food was excellent. Service was great and very personable. The meals were enjoyable. They come with a price tag. You get what you pay for. My adult daughters and I were very impressed.
That was by far the best meal I've had in a long time! Excellent place to eat. Prime rib with fields style mushrooms and a premier potato. Definitely recommend!
10/10 went for wife birthday. Place was busy but not overly busy. Everything arrive timely and hot. Steak was fabulous. Do yourself a favor and go ahead for the 7 bucks and get it the fields way!
I have to say , Field's had the best piece of prime rib I have every had, it was done perfect, soft as butter with a great taste. Add in great sides , wonderful service and you have a great meal
Went there to celebrate my wife and mine anniversary and my daughters birthday. Made reservations for 630 and once we sat down it took quite a while to get a waitress and menu's. We did not have much time to look over the menu when the waitress came. Y at took our entire order from drinks, appetizers and main meal. We got our appetizers first before we got our drinks and when my wife got her brandy old fashion sweet it was the worst one she had ever had. Took the waitress 15 minutes before she checked on us and by that time we had finished the appetizers. Told her about my wife's drink and at that point my wife just wanted water. The table behind us was having the same issue. We could here them complain about the same things. Once we got our food, which was brought to us by someone else.not our waitress she did not check on us for another 20 mins. We where done eating and waiting for the check with the waitress. No where to be found. Waited 30 minutes to get the check just sitting there waiting. During this time the table next to us got a free dessert for there birthday. We finally got the check with no mention of anything about our anniversary or birthday. We waited another 20 min for her to get the check then another 10 for her to give me my change. By the time we left my daughter was in tears. She could not understand why the other table got something and she did not. Worst service we have ever had. Especially for the upscale restaurant you advertise.
We had a great time at dinner. Food was outstanding, the service was great and the ambience was excellent. We would absolutely return.
Was disappointed to find out they were out of prime rib on a Monday at 630p.m.
The lobster bisque soup was excellent! Had the most expensive steak on the menu and it was good but not worth the price I paid. Entree's were very good along with atmosphere.
The prices have gotten to be quite high. We love Frank Lloyd Wright so much and that is a big part of the experience. We were disappointed for the first time after coming here many times over the years.
Best Prime Rib in the World! Thanks
The atmosphere is very classy yet comforting. Last night there was musical talent singing for evening entertainment. The food is amazing and the service is excellent and friendly. Well worth the price tag for the experience. The food is served quickly quietly and to you specifications. The service is excellent with minimal interruption of your attention. Completely recommend!
The restaurant was a little too dark for me, but it was quiet and comfortable. The service was excellent and the servers were very courteous. The food was very good, but pricey. I would recommend it with the understanding you are paying for outstanding service and comfortable surroundings.
We love this place... it is our favorite Wisconsin steakhouse. The reason for 4 stars on service was that we could tell that they were understaffed. It took a bit longer for service. Other than that.....EXCELLENT!!
Extremely attentive service in high end ambience. Best meal we’ve had here in the Dells
Had to send my bone-in rib-eye beck. It was ordered to be on the rare side of medium rare but came out medium. The replacement was satisfactory.
The creme brûlée dessert was not prepared to order as it should have been in a restaurant that is this expensive.
I always look forward to dining at Fields. The food is exemplary as a service. Can’t wait to come back. We all had steak and we were all extremely happy. Wonderful cocktails and an excellent wine list as well.
First visit to Fields for a while . We were blown away from start to finish . Beautiful ambiance. Great service by two ladies. We dined on Wilderness salad , lobster bisque, bone in ribeye and butter brickle torte. . Everything was fantastic . All that and three cocktails for under $130! We will definitely go back !
Amazing food! Most staff were friendly and made the experience however 1 very crabby one- I saw other guests raise an eyebrow when she was serving them too.
Thank you. I come from Denver once a year and I am always treated very well. My family thanks you for taking care of us.
The food was excellent as expected. The only issue was that we sat at our table for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged.
This was a great place to eat. Food was fantastic and service was great.
