Fabulous food. Superb service. Stuffed veal chop with red wine reduction is delicious. Well, we haven't had anything that wasn't delicious! Our favorite restaurant.

Service was a bit slow and waiter did not check on us often we had to ask hostess for many items throughout the evening But ambiance and food were delicious !!!

We had been to Fiamma several times before, and always had a great experience. We indicated in our reservation request that we wanted a nice table, as we were celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary. Upon arrival, the hostess took us to a table in the very back of the restaurant next to the rest room. We refused the table and got another, but it put a bit of a damper on the evening. The food and service were OK, but it was very loud, which we somewhat expected. I would recommend Fiamma for a fun night out, but not for a special occasion dinner. They did give us a complimentary desert, which was nice and appreciated.

Let me start off by saying we Love Fiammas! We chose Fiammas for our 1yr anniversary and the food NEVER disappoints. Service was great from everyone other than our waiter. Very pompous and at times felt rude somewhat rude with the comments made. We went out to celebrate a big event and I couldn't even get a second beverage (Ordered...never came). I believe this was due to him getting busy and forgetting. The next table visit was to talk about dessert (declined)...followed by check and out the door. I have been coming here for over 10yrs and 1 bad experience wont stop me coming back to one of Charlotte's hidden gems.
