Perfect meal for us. Steak was perfection, Mealtballs were to die for. They were happy to get out meal out to us in time for our show reservation. Great service...
We have been to Fiamma many times, usually not for business. We were treated very well by the hostess, restaurant manager and our server Josip. We had 2 of the specials offered that evening scallops with polenta and Fusilli pasta with truffles. They cheerfully changed the polenta to spaghetti, and all of the dishes were great. Two of their signature dishes the Cioppino and the short rib stuffed ravioli were excellent. We all cleaned our plates.
Everything was excellent, food, service and ambiance. Thanks Fiamma
Ravioli was awesome!
Entire evening was exceptional
Our server was very rude. Food was delicious though.
Excellent dinner with great service. Waitress went above and beyond... Wine list is good with great options
Chicken parm was dry and sent it back.
Service was extremely slow
We were disappointed in our experience at Fiamma. We were looking for some apps before going to a show and ordered what should be easy hits for an Italian restaurant at this price point. The meatballs were very good but pretty simple. The burrata was fine, but the "heirloom" tomatoes it came with were so grainy I gagged. The fried calamari was somehow both soggy and chewy. We paid $70 (before tip) for these three apps and a single glass of wine.
I really wanted to like this place. I visited with my husband for our anniversary dinner while in Vegas. The service was okay was not the best. For instance, after a while they completely stopped refilling my water. Besides the greeting, they didn't do anything else to acknowledge it was a special meal for us. We ordered a wine flight and they just put down the wine for the last course with no explanation of what it was. But really, I was most dissatisfied with my entree, the Cacio e Pepe. It had garlic, which is totally untraditional. I could've dealt with that but it was dry and terribly unseasoned. It did not have that beautiful, silky sauce or flavor it should have.
There are too many other restaurants on Vegas. I can see why it was half empty. I would not return.
The Raviolini was absolutely delicious. Must have!
Service was awesome, interesting menu and food presentation was very nice!
Great service. Tasty food and wine. Loved people watching from our 'window' seat. Good value for money. Would visit again.
Food was excellent but wanted to have them bring out a little something for my daughters birthday but they didn't. The service was very slow. The food was delicious and not a lot of attention to detail.
One of the best spots to go in the MGM. Their short rib ravioli is my favorite dish on the menu. Great cocktails and wine list is a book! Highly recommend this place to everyone
Consistently excellent. The short rib ravioli is my favorite dish, and their burrata and tomato salad was lovely as well with a nice fresh basil pesto
Excellent staff and the food was great
Looking forward to my next visit
We ate at other Italian places for the same price, and they had batter main courses.
Great food. They brought a Birthday desert. Then they charged me for it.
I thought the food was fairly bland and uninteresting and very much overpriced in comparison to meals I enjoyed at other restaurants in Las Vegas. Of course, the menu is focused on Italian fare so I did not expect eclectic offerings, but the entrees we had were uninspired.
