We were disappointed in our experience at Fiamma. We were looking for some apps before going to a show and ordered what should be easy hits for an Italian restaurant at this price point. The meatballs were very good but pretty simple. The burrata was fine, but the "heirloom" tomatoes it came with were so grainy I gagged. The fried calamari was somehow both soggy and chewy. We paid $70 (before tip) for these three apps and a single glass of wine.

I really wanted to like this place. I visited with my husband for our anniversary dinner while in Vegas. The service was okay was not the best. For instance, after a while they completely stopped refilling my water. Besides the greeting, they didn't do anything else to acknowledge it was a special meal for us. We ordered a wine flight and they just put down the wine for the last course with no explanation of what it was. But really, I was most dissatisfied with my entree, the Cacio e Pepe. It had garlic, which is totally untraditional. I could've dealt with that but it was dry and terribly unseasoned. It did not have that beautiful, silky sauce or flavor it should have.

There are too many other restaurants on Vegas. I can see why it was half empty. I would not return.

Food was excellent but wanted to have them bring out a little something for my daughters birthday but they didn't. The service was very slow. The food was delicious and not a lot of attention to detail.

One of the best spots to go in the MGM. Their short rib ravioli is my favorite dish on the menu. Great cocktails and wine list is a book! Highly recommend this place to everyone

Consistently excellent. The short rib ravioli is my favorite dish, and their burrata and tomato salad was lovely as well with a nice fresh basil pesto

I thought the food was fairly bland and uninteresting and very much overpriced in comparison to meals I enjoyed at other restaurants in Las Vegas. Of course, the menu is focused on Italian fare so I did not expect eclectic offerings, but the entrees we had were uninspired.

this is not a cookie cutter italian restaurant so if you are looking for an Olive Garden just keep going. The lasagna bolognese is phenomenal highly recommend it. It was hard to enjoy because some of my dining guest did not appreciate the authenticity of the food and complained the entire meal. You will enjoy this restaurant immensely if your dinner companions believe that Olive Garden is not a real Italian restaurant.

We are new to Fiamma, and were very happy with our choice to dine here. Our seating request was honored, service was impeccable, and there was a nice variety of your not-so-ordinary Italian dishes. My husband ordered chicken and polenta, which was a bit too spicy for his taste. I ordered the raviolini, and would definitely recommend it. We shared a triple chocolate bread pudding, and it was so good I almost regretted sharing it!

We enjoyed FiAMMA for dinner. The staff was welcoming and accommodating for my moms wheelchair. Our waiter was very good. We had the Gorgonzola and pear salad, spaghetti chimaera, risotto and fettuccini. We really enjoyed the peach Bellini dessert, the gelato and tiramisu. Everything was delicious. Highly recommended.

Food was delicious and the service was pretty good. We had the meatballs and they were amazing (but pricey at $20). The Raviolini is something I would definitely recommend. They charged my credit card twice, I mentioned it and the waiter said he corrected that. Awesome, but I check my credit card and it was never corrected - NOT awesome.

Pricy, duh, it’s Vegas.
Ok food, don’t get the risotto, though.
Good wine and desert.
Considering the $75 allowance from MGM it's a decent experience.

Poor service. Restaurant wasn't crowded at all and service was incredibly delayed the entire time. I have had way better and expected more from this fine establishment. The people next to us noticed slow service too and resorted to calling out for the server.

Really good and diverse menu. Terrific service. But... like many big hotel/casino better restaurants VERY pricey. And loud.
If you’re staying at MGM or Signature, good choice. But pricey.

Filet mignon was excellent! We also ordered the caprese appetizer which was very good- large portion too- can definitely share it. Had two cocktails- the lemon ginger beer vodka drink (forgot the exact name) was super refreshing and clean!

We dined at Fiamma the night we arrived in Las Vegas and chose it because we were staying at The Signature at MGM and didn't want to go too far because we would be tired due to the time difference. Fiamma was OK. It's Italian food you probably won't write home about. Although my short rib ravioli dish was pretty good. Service was, at most, average. No one had a personality

Food was ok but our waiter was strange (seemed over anxious or nervous but we were told he had been there for a long time). Tried to serve our entree while we still had our starters in front of us. Not impressed at all.

Not impressed, particularly for the $$$. Limited menu and nothing particularly unique. We ended up having a basic pasta dish. The homemade fettucine was good, but typical of good Italian restaurants. We expect premium dinner pricing in Vegas, but this was too much. We’ve dined at much better Italian restaurants in Vegas, with better menus and better food worth the money.
