We are Southern Inspired & Whisky Infused!

We love our whisky and cook with it every chance we get: Southern Fried Chicken with whiskey chicken gravy, Makers Mac’n Cheese and natural pork back ribs with our house made 40 Creek BBQ sauce are a few of our whisky infused entrees.
Some of our Southern influenced dishes are: Jambalaya and Rosemary French Toast with Fried Chicken and maple syrup.

We use local free run chicken and eggs, house made organic burgers and Oceanwise seafood.

Fets Whisky Kitchen has been a family owned and operated establishment since 1986. We are Vancouver’s Premier Whisky Bar with nearly 800 different bottlings and Vancouver's home of The Scotch Malt Whisky Society

Great service! This was only our second visit but we were remembered and greeted as though we dined there daily! Again awed at the breathtaking whiskey selection and the staff’s knowledge of the listings! CC had the ribs which were superb as was my jambalaya and jalapeño cornbread! The sticky-toffee pudding was life changing as was the egg nog cheesecake!

Our group of four wanted a whiskey tasting experience and sipped on a variety of different bottles from 5 different countries. The menus were easy to read and already interpreted by taste. The servers were world class and extremely educated. Best of all, the prices were extremely reasonable for tasting fine whiskies from all over the world. Great for beginners and connaisseurs alike.

Chicken liver pate was outstanding as was the scotch egg. Sauce with the cauliflower was bland as was the shrimp and grits! Noise level off the scale but our server was fabulous! Sampled five fabulous whiskys!

Great neighbourhood restaurant for food and drinks. The whiskey selection goes without saying, and the food is always spectacular! Highly recommend for any occasion.
