We loved everything about this restaurant. Even walking into the restaurant is spectacular.

First of all, the view and ambience at sunset are amazing. A sunset dinner is a great reason for dining here and my wife and I are glad we did. Food wise though? There is nothing special about it. For a Four Season’s restaurant, it does not live up to the standard I have come to expect from their other resorts. Outside of the price, the restaurant does not live up to being classified as “fine dining.” Price is nothing I take into consideration before booking a dinner; however, I do feel it should live up to other dinners in a similar price range. This dinner simply did not. The food quality, plating, portions, and service were all decent but not special. Also peculiarly, my red wine was served chilled (WTF?). It is a shame that such a beautiful setting is squandered with food and service that doesn’t also leave the diner “wowed”.

The host was extremely rude and unfriendly, we have stayed and ate at the Four Seasons many times but today was the worst experience ever. I think the host needs to find a job in a different industry

Beautiful views and ambiance, the food was delicious! We joined a group of friends to celebrate a birthday. Our waiter was disappointing. He took our appetizer order and brought the wrong items. When we told him this was not what we ordered, he argued saying he just wrote these items down five minutes ago. At the end of the meal we wanted to split the bill three ways from the table. We wanted to add the gratuity into the totals. He said he could not ring his computer for over the check amount. When he brought back the checks, he’d charged one card $70 over the total check. He was rude when we asked him to fix it and stormed off. This was very dissatisfying considering how beautiful a restaurant and how good our food was.

We have been going to Ferraro's for over 20 years and it is the best, service is outstanding and the food is always the absolute best and the view of course can't be beat.

We went here for dinner and had our reservations for 6:15pm. That is the perfect time because it is usually right before sunset. The staff was amazing and the food was unbelievable. We will definitely be back again!

We had an awesome dinner! It was my girlfriends birthday and everyone made her feel so special. Amy was our server and she was knowledgeable and entertaining. Our meals were delicious! She had the snapper with clams and I had the gnocchi with lobster. Definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

Outdoor, beach side, live music and authentic Italian!

Fantastic attentive service from the whole team, even with a large party with some difficult requests. Food was outstanding, and there is maybe no place prettier than Ferraro’s at sunset.

The evening could have been good but it wasn't. The weather was terrible and it rained very hard. The tables were arranged to stay out of the rain. As we were eating apps, the rain picked up, the wind blew and everyone scattered because they were soaked. It was almost like this restaurant had never seen rain before and had no idea what to do. Now, they can't help the rain, but the food and the service, they can. And they missed...

The only good part was my daughters meal. She had a sirloin steak with a side of fries and roasted vegetables which she enjoyed. Our apps were ok - what we finished before the rain filled our bowls of buratta and mine of meatballs to a point where they were floating.

We moved to the bar - the only place dry. The main meals came - we got some shrimp pasta dish and carbonara which tasted like gorgonzola infuse yuckiness. It was almost like the chefs gave up after it started raining. The saddest part was the service - once the rains came, they tried to reseat us at the bar and then that was the last we saw of anyone but the bartender. No refills, no nothing... They were too worried about cleaning up the rain mess and not the customers. Sad. Don't go here. Overrated.....

Incredible food, setting, and service - the best!

It was a beautiful setting and the live music was amazing. Service was great but the food was great for some in our party and just mediocre for others. It is very dark and hard to see the drink menu since it didn’t light up like the others. Portions are small and no one mentioned the birthday we were celebrating even though it was annotated on the reservation :/

Ferraro’s is a wonderful restaurant with a terrific ocean view. The food was exceptional and the service was attentive.
It is simply the best Italian restaurant on Maui!

Delicious vegan food, beautiful location, and excellent service. The music was great (I shazamed a couple songs) and felt present without hindering conversation.

Great ambiance (beautiful sunset location). good service. Food is mediocre, I think for the price point food should be of much higher quality.

Everything was great. Food and service were impeccable. The view and the sound of the ocean waves - worth every penny.

I came here with my boyfriend. I requested an ocean view and boy did we get it! Front row for the sunset. It was beautiful and the ambiance cannot be matched. The food was also so delicious. The lobster gnocchi is a must try and you have to get the mai tai served in an actual pineapple. I came back for lunch two days later just to get another mai tai. So good! Best meal of my life.

Amazing food backed by the most gorgeous sunset - all right on the ocean. It doesn’t get better. Highly recommend!

This is not an inexpensive evening, but it was worth ever penny. The setting is lovely, the service impeccable, and the food excellent.

Amazing! Second time and it was just as good if not better than the first. My food, Truffle Risotto, was a beautiful bouquet of flavor. A dish I will remember for a lifetime. Service is A+! And the views...THE VIEWS!!

We went for our 40th wedding anniversary and were not disappointed. Next table to our right were doing the same; next table to our left were celebrating the husband's milestone birthday.

Deanna the hostess was wonderful. Javier our server was excellent. And the food was delicious.

We could not have asked for more.

Fish was too salty, beef was so so (frankly we can make better at home). Expected a lot better food from a Four Seasons restaurant.

The setting is spectacular but food is not what it used to be . 50$ for 1 cocktail and 1 glass of champagne. Very very pricey.

Sorry, minor rant incoming. When vacationing I often travel with wine from my cellar to ensure that I'm drinking what I want with my meals. I brought a very nice bottle to enjoy with dinner only to find out they won't open it; no corkage policy. Get with the program people. I'd even pay the outrageous corkage fees found elsewhere around the island, but let me drink my damn wine. It spoiled the rest of the experience for me. They also lost money on me - besides the corkage fee - as I didn't order any other beverage and simply cut my dinner short (no coffee, desert, digestif, etc) so I could return to my room to crack the bottle. Also, I won't be returning or recommending the place to anyone.

The food was above average but given how much you're paying you expect more. I'm not sure how else to ding them for the wine issue, so it has to come out of the service portion which was otherwise very good. The ambience of course was excellent.

I hope they rethink the policy.

The restaurant to enjoy a beautiful sunset and intimate dining just above the crashing waves. The food was excellent and our waiter, Renalto, a pleasure! I would highly recommend!

Our second time celebrating my wife’s birthday on Maui and both times Ferraro’s did not disappoint. The view is spectacular, the food is delicious and the staff was awesome. I’m sure we’ll eat there again.

At the end of a week of indulging in some of the best dining Maui has to offer, this experience was truly the crown jewel. My wife used words like “divine”, “exquisite” and “incredible”. The staff was accommodating, pleasant, professional and went above and beyond. The view was breathtaking. The already romantic atmosphere was enhanced by the soothing sound of the guitar and violin that played throughout the evening. The meal was the best I have enjoyed in a long, long time. The meal and experience was worth repeating the next time we are on Maui.
