Fantastic food, incredible drinks, and the best sunset view on the island. We took the server’s recommendations and had one of the best dining experiences of our lives. The calamari with lemon aioli was delicious and I would eat the lobster pasta every day for the rest of my life if I could. Make sure to have reservations for a truly spectacular dining experience on Maui.
Excellent experience on all points!! We received discount for local residents, so even better!
Wow! Food was amazing and the service was stellar! They seated us nearest the ocean and you could hear the waves in the background softly hitting the beach!
Overall, a very, very nice experience. Attentive service, great food, wonderful outside venue. Yes, you expect Four Seasons pricing to be high, and the service and food somewhat justifies it, but it seemed to me to be too high. One salad, one calamari appetizer, and two pasta dishes and no drinks I feel should be around $120-$130 with tax and tip in an informal outdoor Four Seasons setting. It was about $170. Still, it was a very pleasant evening event for a birthday celebration and we would be happy to do it again.
Beautiful sunset and excellent service!
Sadly the location is the only thing going for this restaurant. I’m not sure I can recall a time that I’ve spent $25 on a small portion calamari and never on a small portion of calamari that had gone so far past chewy it was also crispy. The other items we ordered were not much better. This restaurant really needs to try harder.
Pricey for the food quality and presentation. Very dark atmosphere. Had to use my cell phone light to see what my meal looked like .Wine by the glass was very overpriced . Service was excellent. The wait staff was attentive and friendly.
Typical hotel food...not that creative but well executed. While staff is friendly service isn’t attentive or observant. For a 5 star hotel the service needs to be better.
We' ve had our wedding dinner there and were treated with so much respect. The food was delicious and the portions were enough for us.
Beautiful views! Food and service was excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!
The food is delicious and the view is phenomenal especially if you go at sunset. We really enjoyed meeting and chatting with Mitchell the Food and Beverage Assistant Manager. We loved it so much that we went back the next night!
Wonderful food and service. Spectacular sunset view.
Amazing food and views.
Beautiful setting. Good service. Really interesting music.
Had our 20th anniversary dinner here. Lovely ocean and sunset views. Food was good, service was good.
Mira or Myra was not a good waitress to pay that much money.
Perfect location, perfect view, great food! The waitstaff was very attentive, but never overly present. They were there only when you wanted them to be. Will definitely be back in the near future!
Our last night in Maui and our anniversary!
The view is phenomenal! The service great and the food very good. We had the fish of the day and cauliflower. So good! Wine is half off a bottle after 8! Cheers~
Wife and I were very happy with our dinner. Ambience was romantic. Our food was on point. With the amount of guests there it was pleasingly quiet. LOVED IT!
It was very delicious but also very costly, on the other hand, they were concerned from the start on about my allergies!
We were looking forward to our dinner at Ferraro’s, but sadly were disappointed. Cooper the sever was lovely but the food was underwhelming at best. We had many wonderful meals while visiting Maui, but this was not one. The food was mediocre and overpriced compared to other similar venues.
Beautiful sunset view and excellent food
We went to Ferraro’s with a group of six, including our four-year old.
As for the food, we have zero complaints. Kids pizza was great; bucatini was AMAZING; and rigatoni was really good as well.
My wife’s favorite part of the meal was the burrata salad appetizer. Everyone else (the seafood eaters) really enjoyed the calamari.
The desserts we had, gelato and this milk chocolate mousse thing, were not great. We’d get something else next time.
The drinks were pricey, even by Maui standards, and we weren’t ordering anything special (vodka/sodas, bourbon/coke, gin/tonic).
We each had about 3 drinks over 2.5 hours and our total tab (before tip) came out to be just over $800.
It is worth pointing out that this place has an amazing setting and is ideal for watching the Maui sunset.
Just be ready for a fairly large tab anytime you go.
All said, We will definitely be back next time we’re in Maui.
25th wedding anniversary... awesome venue to celebrate this special evening!!!
Ambiance is amazing here but that’s about it. The food was a major disappointment and at $45 per dish it was a let down. Server was a little pushy trying to get us to order bottles, appetizers and deserts. Overall the value was super low, but you’re paying for the ambiance. Expected way more from the Four Seasons.
A little piece of paradise right there in Ferraro’s! Get there early - ideally bag a front table and watch the sunset while sipping champagne... amazing start to finish
We celebrated the last day of our honeymoon at Ferraro’s. They gave us an incentive front table with spectacular views of the ocean. Was by far the best meal we had in Maui and perfect for celebrating a special occasion. Our server was fantastic as well, she made sure to take several photos of us as the sun was setting. My husband is celiac and she got him special gluten free bread to accommodate the allergy. They even send out a special fruit plate as congratulations.
A hotel restaurant at the Four Seasons. The food, service, and atmosphere was great. I highly recommend booking a reservation right before sunset because the tables are right next to the beach.
Server was terrible. Food was served practically cold..view was the only thing they had going for them
Our favorite place on Maui. Service and views always fabulous over the years. New Chef, from Italy and it shows. Everyone’s meal was fantastic. 5++
Food and service were great, but later at night I fell ill and was diagnosed with gastroenteritis. Not a fun night unfortunately.
The restaurant was very accommodating to my allergies and were extremely dedicated in making sure our evening was perfect and it was!
Very friendly service! The ambience was beyond our expectations!! We watched the last bits of sunset, after spending 1 hour on the beach. Restaurant belongs to the Four Seasons resort but we managed to get a second row table on the patio on the upper level. Food was pretty amazing! We ordered lamb ragu and lobster pasta. Tracy was very friendly and shared with us some of her hiking tips on the island. Definitely would come back next time!
Great meal and amazing sunset view. One of the best overall meals we have ever had.
Wonderful view, delicious food, great service. Best dinner in Maui!
Food was very rich and did not meet our expectations given the reviews and difficulty getting a reservation. Ambience was great as was the 50% off a bottle of wine for reservations after 8.
The setting is very romantic, I absolutely loved my dish (the rigatoni) but our reservation was at 7pm (after sunset) and we could barely see anything. We had eloped on the beach prior and I wanted a place that was romantic/candlelight dinner (so to speak), but this place was a bit too dark... I would suggest adding an extra light or two to the table, otherwise, it was great!
Unbeatable dining views! Lovely music while you eat. We ordered the burrata & tomatoes, it was delicious.. VERY small portion though. We also ordered the meatballs which were fantastic. For our entrees we had the lasagna which my husband thought was pretty bad, I really enjoyed my rigatoni. The service is great, and I definitely recommend just for the views alone. Perfect for a date night!
Ferraro's is our customary special-occasion restaurant. We've always had a remarkable experience until this time. First, we were offered bottled water, either sparkling or still. The inference was that it was complimentary, as we were not offered an option for tap water. Imagine our surprise when an additional $20 for two bottles of water was added to our bill. To add insult to injury, these pricey bottles of water weren't even put on ice while we dined. Second, the pacing of our meal was definitely off. We had to ask for bread to tide us over during the long wait between courses; our server appeared surprised we hadn't been provided with bread yet, although there was a cuvee of olive oil on the table. Then, the couple next to us, who arrived after we did, were ordering dessert before our entrees had even arrived. Although my husband enjoyed his New York steak, my Hawaiian shutome (swordfish) was extremely under seasoned. Even a healthy dose of salt and pepper couldn't fix it. To our server's credit, she quickly brought me a substitute entrée, the linguine with clams, which was quite good. I will not give up entirely on Ferraro's, but, sadly, will think twice before giving them another try.
